Nice house. Please when showing the house, you must go to the back so we see the back yard and space for the poly tank. You not doing that is lazy work. The outside backyard is equally important as the inside. This is constructive criticism so you get better doing your job. Shalom
Beautiful, spacious, well lit homes. I am happy to see the plants, and lawn outside, But I miss larger yards and Tall shade trees. Inside, I would love to see a tub for bathing children, and a soaking tub in the primary bathroom. An enclosed wc with exhauset fan helps to keep the romance in the marriage.
That is absolutely amazing may God continue to bless you your family's as well keep up the good work keep it up don't give up don't you let anything or anyone else hold you back just continue to be you i with you more laughter more joy more happiness more success more blessings than ever before because you are totally deserve it all you are special and very smart you are a angel from the sky you are absolutely best you are spectacular also marvelous you are absolutely breathtaking you looks like a beautiful treasure a breath of fresh air I love you but remember that there's someone else outhere who loves you even more he's name is Jesus christ be humble be brave stay positive stay safe out there you are very awesome very clever also charming super duper cool.
I've always feel like I tell you a 1/2 of the story. Some people will say you only need 50000 but when you go there. You need more than 50000 too much corruption in Africa.
Beautiful houses 🏘 👌 but please 🙏 trees 🌳 are needed 🙏 when I wake up early in the morning 🌄 I want to see trees 🌳 learn from Nana Akufo Addo Dankwa , Planting millions of trees 🌳 every year. Help Ghana 🇬🇭 🙏 help the government for development of the nation.
Awesome, but you aren’t on WhatsApp, I just tried to contact you . I will be in Accra from 6/14-6/20 and would love to meet with you regarding some property. Please let me know if you are available, I am looking to buy!!
As an African American I must agree, these houses aren’t really affordable. I can’t afford this and it seems that my people and other diasporans are being targeted in order to fleece what you perceive as us having a lot of money. And I know for a FACT the average Ghanaian can’t afford this. I’ll just slowly build my home by the ocean and avoid being taken advantage of
DIS DE BEGGEST PROBLEM FOR GHANAIAN REAL ESTATE..NOO TREES..WHERE IS DE BEAUTY OF DE AREA WITHOUT TREES..TWEEAA KAI...WILL NEVER WAST MY MONEY FOR DIS HOUSES..NOO TREES,,WHAT WRONG WITH U DE ARCHITECTS..NAD DE DEVELOPERS..
Plz stop saying the master bedroom, no vex no vex its traumatized master bedroom is litterly comming from the slave plantations, jus say the lge bedroom .please
I love these homes in Africa. They are inviting. Here is my difficulties. When I started looking at homes in Ghana the rent and too buy was affordable, to rent a 4 bedroom homes was $350.00 a month, to buy the home with the property was $25,000 to $50,000 and the price increased if you wanted the furniture. A Realtor said that they went up on the price because America's rent is high, this is true. This is the problem, we don't have entertainers money. There is more poor people than rich Africans in America and in Africa. Who is your target? Oh, please don't take talk about mortgages who wants a thirty year mortgage. Its best to buy the land and build your own home. Seems as if, we can't come back home, America is all around. What a SHAME. Where do we go?
Just like in America if you move outside of the city it's cheaper but I do agree that a lot of the pricing is too high but only because Ghana doesn't have sidewalks good roads grocery stores highways and more everywhere the conveniences that are in the we have in the states is why it's expensive Ghana is expensive in city areas imo it still doesn't offer the conveniences to make it worth it
I totally agree, the Western creep is showing on most of these estates and gated areas. Going from one concrete jungle to another was definitely a no-no for me. I chose the Eastern region where it is hilly with natural topography and only 30 minutes drive to Accra central outside peak times. Point being, the buildings look great, some even fantastic, but the balance of the land resources that were there before the bulldozers flattened it all just is not considered. It says to some of us - profit over the habitat was the aim, because the surveyors would have if directed - accommodated for the ecological land forms and projected growth rate. Does that mean ground maintenance taxes to the residents? Sure it does, but they will be able to see where that money is going to.
If you want cheaper accommodation then you have to move away from Accra, everything is imported so therefore prices would be high. Investors get loans from back with high interest as its a dollar account loan usually, so yes credit facilities in Ghana are limited. Developers are aiming for ppl in the diaspora who doesn't have time to build their own homes.
@@colint8259 you've got that right! I chose to stay near the water but it takes me 45 minutes to an hour to get to Accra I didn't want to do the concrete jungle either.. I love being able to harvest my own food

Stop saying master bedroom, they no longer use master to describe the main bedroom. Use primary or main bedroom please.
Are these still available?
Please ask the lady to add more real estate registers and vocabularies. “Right here, proper ventilation, usher “ was too much
