✪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬THANK YOU ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬✪
I like Ghana because of beautiful landscape, it's green country. Greetings from somalia to my african brother/sister+s
As a Ghanaian very familiar with Oyibi, this house is ridiculously priced
It's targeted for the rich cos no way in hell average earners can afford this. Hell, if i had that money i could build a much bigger and better house than this.
After paying all that money, u gotta buy your own kitchen appliances and wardrobes. No pantry in the kitchen, and no storage closets for those extra household items u just can't find places for
RIDICULOUS!!! Price not worth the house 😒
100,000 dollars is not for the rich ; 500,000 dollars plus is for the rich but I feel you.
@@MajorrBison Do u know how much 100k dollars is worth in Ghanaian cedis?
That nasty Dodowa Traffic & terrible roads is enough of a turn off there are cheaper houses at Appolonia City which is much closer to Accra
Totally overpriced
@@MajorrBison even in the western world, do you know how it take to save 100 000$. All this houses are overpriced. An average Ghanaian earn 400-1500 ghc/month. Even a medical doctor earn 3000-6500 ghc/ month and they can't even afford a 100 000$ house.
Most of this houses are empty because of the price.
Well living in America and the prices here, this home is very cheap
Camera man did an amazing job!!
Lacks style a glorified concrete jungle is what I see where are the fruit trees etc after a couple of months I would be bored and want to go home
No shops or amenities was present
Everyone wanna copy the white mans mistakes rather than learn from them. The whites got the buildings up and then later thought damn, we need to add some nature, before they turned around and planted trees.
We out here just killing the same trees that make our air better for us smh...
You took the words right out of my mouth. I could never live like that 😪
Beautiful for land development
Of ghana not enough to bring
I would built simple house have washer/dryer water heater other amenities affordable housing
These builders want make profit
Ghana needs ppl that are wanting improved ghana.
Keeping cost down
More trees should be planted along the road for more shade and privacy
What privacy thing are u going to do under trees 😂😂😂😂😂
Very professional: Like the background music, You got me dancing in Capital letters.💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾
😂😂😂 Thanks
Beautiful estate but no play ground, rest place or recreational area. You need to plant trees around the place for shade. The place looks hot.

Great job. I am not used to real professionalism from the real estate in Ghana. I think you proved me wrong. They usually show you unfinished overpriced dirty houses, but you did a great job and very professional cameraman. I like it
I think the Ghanians are getting much exposure through social media. This exposure has helped them to have a more professional approach to doing business. Love this.
The next step in all of Africa a recycling plant, very necessary considering the trash build-up.🤜🤛👍🦋🍀🌱🌿🌳🌧☀️🌹🌚🌝🌏🌍🌎
THE OYIBI PLACE SHOWN IN THE VIDEO IS GREAT, BUT THE WHOLE PLACE NEEDS A LOT FAST GROWING TREES AND FOLIAGE TO GIVE IT A NICE GREEN COVER AND SHADE.
The doors are so beautiful and I like the colors 😍
Great presentation, great project for sue. Please plant some trees 🌳 around. Mother nature woull be so happy if you do so
Oyibi is very nice place one of the best decisions of building my house there the weather is amazing close to Airport and away from traffic the best part is the lands are now double the price
The prices are Rediculous for Africa! No constant electricity not close to shops or resturants. People dont make that type of money living in Ghana to affored such housing pricing. You guys need to look at your pospective clients and create better marketing prices to suit their neds instead of profit margins!
Who told u so come here in ghana and come see if people don't have money moreover they will estate will turn to a city with business and industrial enclave
Nice house but too expensive my Ghana friend said if he has that kind of the money he would build his own house.
You Can build a house bigger and nicer than this with that same money and get change base on the location
Absolutely true especially outside Accra
If are acting like it’s not expensive everywhere it’s actuallly an affordable price compared to buying houses at £500,00+ pounds for just a 3 bedroom in the U.K. of the us anywhere at that

Thanks for sharing, presentation is very good 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾
Thanks a million
I like to give thumps up to anything that is good coming from Africa and most of all I wish Africa opens up more and more advertising to the world
If I'm going to invest in Ghana, its going to be near the ocean and have some land....and some palm trees....and not be a box, right next to another box.
💯🤣
Then hurry up cos the ocean land is finishing
Coming from America the payment plan is CRAZY EXPENSIVE!! for your average person here.
beautiful properties. i love the minimalism & modern architecture, but there's not one bathtub + i'd need an option of a walk in closet. wardrobes take up too much space in the actual bedroom.
Something is missing or is it me? The streets are bare, the aesthetics poor. This is a missed opportunity to create a true symbiosis with nature.
At 21:53 It's a nice house, I wish these types of houses had backyard where you can chill or put a fence around the house and plant some flowers or put a patio in the back of the house and just chill with houses like this its not possible
Thanks boss for leaving a comment
These are great homes, nicely priced and well designed! The payment plan is not bad either! Love it
Very nice house. Your cameraman is a pro. Thank you 🙏🏿
Wow! I can't recognize my own village..🤔. I love the pop up colors 😍.
Because the village is gone bro.
Ghana is beautiful 😍 ❤ love it.
Thank you for this video I like the way you always give the dimensions of the rooms great job
Thanks for taking us on tour and showing us around. Great job!
People in Ghana must be very rich!!!! $175,000????? wow!!!!!
Yea must make more money in Ghana than in the states to be able to pay this much for homes without yards. My 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is 90,000 with front and back yard.
I have central air and heat in the USA plus other perks!
Some people buy a million dollars house in Ghana 🇬🇭
@@masonamaitiswritten5305 yeah, makes no sense to me either. And just think that before they built the houses, the land was their canvas. They could have easily designed the houses in such a way to allow for front, and back yards, but no, they have gone the way of many such estates, charging heaven, and earth, and only offering a tiny portion in return.
@@andredoracle6326 right! And not giving any incentive to leave a home with land and yard for thousand dollar homes with no yard nor view. Just to say "look everybody I'm in Africa!"
Where are the closets? Storage? Pantry?
They look nice and well planned out. But the single family lacks closets. Why is the powder room so narrow. Thanks for sharing. Looking for more vidoes from you.
Thanks NaturalBrauty for leaving us a comment.. We appreciate you
Nice place.. Everybody will be happy to live here.
Africa is the future. Thanks 🙏 for the great Showing .
Nice presentation though, and your cameraman is💯💯🔥🔥🔥😁😊
It's a 4 bedroom two story single family home. However with all the land there, why are the houses so close together?

Africa is the great future. Make Africa great. 🌺💖😎😎.
If we don't have money for something we always say it's expensive that's the way the life is in everywhere, even here in the west there're some people who can't afford to pay a rent some people are sleeping on the street, some living in their vans, sometime ago in Ghana they used to build cheaper houses but now Ghana is consider to be a middle nation, I don't have that money I should have been rushing for one, the prices are not bad
These properties are beautiful. My only critique is not having a open floor plan between the kitchen and the living room but they are beautiful.
Lovely! The prices are not bad!
I enjoy the tour. Thank you.
Yeah.. Too pricey... Thats almost 600k cedis... This is for the up end market... The average Ghanaian who earns just a thousand cedis a month has no chance here... I for one want to go into estate business but build simple 2 bed houses for around 60k on half plots and one can pay off in at least 15 to 25 years through renting to own scheme.. Which is about 250 cedis a month.. That is what the average Ghanaian is paying at the moment.
I pray you’re able to achieve this 🙏🏽
thats the way to go. Most estate houses in Ghana are way overpriced
There's been a huge spike in house and land prices in Ghana, I think they realised their people (diasporas) want to come home and decided to exaggerate prices. Sadly, we diasporas aren't that rich (nor stupid), this greedy habbit is only stopping us from bringing home the skills we have learnt abroad.
If more people like you build houses with the average Ghanaian's salary in mind, the economy would boom!
Just gotta look out for the greedy landlords who buy 20 houses and resell for extortionating costs.
@@GoddardEmpire this has nothing to do with diasporans .Most house are consumed by ghanians not diasporans .
@@kennykross3306 I don't doubt that Kenny, my point is that there's been a hike *recently*
Not arguing that most houses and land belong to Ghanaian's. My point is that things have changed drastically.
From what I've heard (I have family in Ghana, born and raised too so I'm not just in London talking nonsense) the average nurse can't even afford these new homes. How disgusting is that? You work a job keeping people healthy but can't afford a roof over your head.
You're honestly telling me these prices are reasonable and the average Ghanaian can afford them?
Check out blue rose city in Kasoa where homes are sold for $25,000 and up!
A few years to come, Oyibi will be the place everyone wants to stay and imagine how much it'll cost to live there
True my brother
Very true I bought my land there 3 years ago finished building my house and is very amazing place to live. Now the land there is double the price the weather is soo good for those of us who live abroad. I love oyibi close to Airport too
The estate is Appolonia estate not Oyibi . Check on the internet. Appolonia city ok

When u are doing a video like this, we the views... sometimes we need the location so we will know it will be close where we want .maybe if someone one wants to buy.
Plants! Yes!!
These real estates need good roads
Nice homes spacious nice location. What the name of that song playing. Goes great with the presentation
The place would be nice if it came with air and a washer and dryers.
This is very nice... You are doing a great job bro
No 🌲 s no closets space in the 3 bdrm?
More than amazing!!!.
Blessings Sister. I love what you are doing for Ghana and the African diaspora. One love from Jamaica.
Very good finishes. Worth the prices❤❤❤❤
Yo the guest bathrooms are always tight. You need a bit of room. The concept ain't bad but ya can widen the rooms for space. One thing I realized they ain't got no walk-in closet. That's a necessity. Beautiful houses though I ain't gonna front.
Very Beautiful Finishes
Put all addresses on differents envelopes on keep them in the lockers to when the House sold we can give the new owner the key easy to fine OK
Beautiful house!!!!! No garage and walk-in closets?
BEAUTIFUL but just like any western house
Word of advice to anyone when viewing house - do not touch the toilet unless you know you're planning to wash your hands immediately thereafter. Toilets are dirty and given someone would have already touched it when fitting it, it would have already been tested which automatically means that germs are forever multiplying which of course cannot be seen by the naked eye. Let the camera guide viewers not your hands.
Gurrrrl shut up! Everything has been touched by sum1 else.
Lovely idea and concept, however for a 4 bedroom townhouse to have no bath not even the master bedroom is a real disappointment. That would put me off buying one.

I LOVE THE 4 BEDROOM HOUSE
The houses are cute outside plain inside, gated communities in America are very upscale. I’m not in a gated community my subdivision looks way better than this, I want to see an upscale gated community in Ghana.
So the water and electricity is included in price? Just asking for clarification.
They are very expensive compare to Sweden 🇸🇪 apartments..
Hmmm.....

If it’s a gated community what are the extra fees for security and estate maintenance? I assume the developer will appoint an estate management company? You didn’t mention the landscaping of the estate? Obviously that will be required I assume a landscape architect will design planting of trees, again that will in turn be a further fee I guess.
Nice house but too expensive and powder room on main floor too narrow. The grounds nice and spacious. Luv the big rooms and the fixtures and finishes. Windows and doors very elegant. Upper middle class houses.
Nice estate 👍👍👍but please build 3 or 5 high rise buildings also
I'm at the 4:50 mark, I'm looking at the roofs. I wish they all had solar panels for renewable energy.
I'll keep watching maybe there's plans for that perhaps.
Wow double portail before getting In TO the propretie interesting
OMG the master bedroom has bathroom cabinets. Thank you
$111000 _ $20,000 So thats $91.000 ÷18 months that like $5000. A month .then qhat is the intrest after the 18 months ?.
You pay it off by the 18th month. After that, it's yours free and clear.

They are expensive not even luxurious 🙄
A luxurious house would cost more, do you know what luxury is? 100,000 usd or 175,000 usd is not suppose to be luxurious, that's basic.
@@MajorrBison my brother, you live in GH. What's the salary range n land economy? You build houses like these n expect 50-70% profit. The things u call luxury are just basic in some of the countries you are copying. Personally I would not buy such a house in Accra which such money, I will rather build two better ones in meddle or northern GH. I don't know what value Accra adds to these properties to tell you the truth.
I think you meant shower rooms instead of bathrooms. I didn't see an actual bath in these houses.
It’s Ghanaian English. Every room is a bathroom to us as long as that’s where you take your bath or shower😅
Beautiful houses. My only issue is we are in Ghana but we are quoting prices in dollars... sad paaa
Mawuwoe Adanu because they are targeting foreign buyers and not Ghanaians that is why.
Oh sis true oo.. sometimes I get confused with the whole conversion stuff...I think they should state the amount in cedis as well so that we will know what we are up for🤷
@@frimpongharriet3106 $1 = 5.4 ghc
Great video. But I can't help but notice all of that beautiful land and houses are still built right on top of each other. No room to spread out from your neighbors.
That's a lot of land, nice color scheme. City vs rural Area - give me the rural area, for sure; however, it's overpriced like America.

Wow ,! Amazing house
Why do we keep building like Europeans? it’s counterintuitive in our environment, waste of time, money and energy.
There’s plethora of sustainable architecture on the continent to tap into and adapt to our actual needs not some cinematic fantasies.

yes, yes, yes!!!! totally concur

No store room. No laundry area. No walk in wardrobe for master bedroom
23:44 looks like the only issue is there is northing else near that neighborhood.
More things will be built. The current situation everywhere retarded construction.
You must first install both Air conditioners and water heaters.......
Nice 👍 building architecture
The building looks like a prison from afar which puts me off, but the inside is nice, only that the bathrooms are tiny
Do You guys have internet? Access in the Area?
The aerial view is beautiful but where are trees? If as you advocates to be "well planed", I expect there to be space allocation for plants
in between the individual buildings. The greenery I am sure can do with a tree. Trees give a lively look to the complex - more.
The architecture & interior are beautifully done to a high standard which is very accommodating. I think the price for a three bedroom, is reasonable.
You will have to use electrical extension cords all through out the house
The average Ghanaian in Ghana can only dream. This is mainly for we da lucky Ghanaians abroad. With my 7 thousand pounds monthly dispossable income in London i know i can easily afford something like this although I'm not rich
You are here again British citizen🤣 under my foot and your 7 thousand pounds a month. Do you work for the queen?. Your income is about 1500 pounds 2400pounds

Even when I was working as a cleaner I was earning not less than £3000 after tax. Even common software developers are making crazy money and not to talk of Actuaries or Quantitative analyst who working as contractors. Pls take my advise and get a professional qualification( not just and a degree and u will know u don't have to settle for the £1500, u were talking about.

@@Godmann2 Now I know most Ghanaians both home and abroad have no clue what's going on here. The Ghanaian guy who got deported from the UK( Kwaku Adoboli) was earning £200,000 pounds annually as a trader in the city of London before he was arrested. He also had a PHD. Education is key if u want to move up the income ladder. I'm not saying it's only education that can make the magic happen but it's one of the ways. Unfortunately most of we africans hate education. @@Glass_Nkoaa yeah but his case is 10 in 100 people
First impression, not a single tree in sight.
No mosquito netting either? So, must always rely on AC? But with regular power cuts, that's going to drive the cost further up to use a generator or to rely on solar energy.
And like someone mentioned, why no play areas for kids, a local park, maybe a tennis court, a local library?
This estates developers should try to build tall buildings to save land it seems we're wasting lands in the country. In a future we'll have problems with lands.
