I just got a 2003 Accord V6 Coupe and I’ve been hella looking into putting an aftermarket front and rear bumper, skirts, and spoiler but I just never seen a video here on RUclips that made me realize how clean it looks on an Accord until now. Hope you do an in-depth review with the mods you did on the car!
My uncle passed away recently and left me his 02 Honda Accord EX V6 Coupe 180k miles on it and Ive been wanting to really get it looking good and sounding good like Jons car. Love this video and def an inspiration to get mine looking as clean.
I have a fully built 6th gen with a F23A in a 5speed on some wheels and coils and let me tell you it is the coolest most fun car I’ve ever had I never want to loose it
I still have this car and I love it! Going on 4 years and just hitting 20k 😎👌. Oh and I’m subbing btw...lol. Amazing quality on the video and content. Keep it up!
I my self own a red 2000 Accord V6 EX. Stock. No mods whatsoever. I'm the second owner. My brother-in-law bought it fresh off the lot back in 2000. It now had 139K miles. I love it. I know the trans will go eventually too. My friend told me to swap the trans with an Acura CL trans of the same year, then we can turbo it. Maybe.
This is exactly what im gonna do when i get my 2002 Honda Accord v6. The aftermarket for these cars are insane, but, even when I look up this car modded theres nothing tasteful. I wanna be the person to change that. The amount of bodykits available for such cheap prices are amazing. Cant wait to get it hopefully tomorrow.
1 year later, I ended up not modding it at all, it lowkey would've been an unnecessary amount of money spent since I'm trying to make a track/ tuner car. I'm saving for a Infiniti M35 AWD, or a Volkswagen CC VR6 4 motion
Tyler EG get a better brake setup by taking the Brembos off a Acura TL s and do a coupe front end swap if u got a sedan and itll look bad! F23a1 isn’t that bad either just wish they had a bigger aftermarket support.. you could also look into a G23 Build if u don’t want to completely swap. U can also get a strut bar from an 03 Acura TL.. stiffer sway bar from Acura TL too..

my pearl white 2002 accord sedan ex has 360 k miles. all original powertrain except for routine maintenance. bought it 2003with 10 k miles. original paint still gorgeous. never had a shaded parking space in its life. replaced some interior with woodpanels from pick a part . replaced all maintenance parts myself. its the love of my life after my wife and son
I've always been a fan of Honda. Clean, simple & gorgeous bodies. Easy to follow. Then they're inexpensive, easy to work on & parts readily available? C'mon! I just bought me an 02 Accord SE. It's a project car & daily for me right now. Later I'll get a newer daily & then continue to keep this Accord as a side car. I barely sanded the first layer & have a long way to go. Definitely inspiring seeing videos like this. My end goal is a clean, all matte black color. Nothing too ricy or over done. Simple. Stock for the most part. Also, mine is automatic & I definitely will eventually switch to a manual. If it isn't too much a hassle. If anyone knows good brands they can recommend on any parts, suspension, engine, trans, body, lights, anything. Please let me know. Much appreciated.
The 01-02 coupe is my favorite body style of Accord. I have an 02 ex 5sp, h23a swap. I wish I had started with a V6 and done a J35 swap instead though. Super clean car.
If only they made the 6-6 back then I’d still have one. Had a ‘99 EX Coupe Manual for about 10 years including through high school and college, many great memories in that car including lots of road trips with the boys.

hey brother, i live 15 minutes from easton lol. i picked up a 2000 accord coup about 2 years ago, it has red paint, not faded one bit, it had 89k miles on it. i got it for a steel. ive always had fast muscle cars, now i want something other than a muscle car thats fast. i work in a body shop so fixing the dings and painting it wont be a problem but im lost as to where to go to to make it fast lol. lets not forget stopping power, i need that to haha. any help would be great.
Nice! Is it like a daily commuter? Or you wanna build like a show car? Usually for me, i like to do simple things like lip kit, coilovers and a nice set of wheels. Then if you like music, add a headunit, with aftermarket speakers, and when it comes to engine mods, keep it simple, especially if its your primary car and youre on a budget! It really depends what your goal is for the car, and what your budget is :)
@@FujiboHeavy Its going to be both a commuter and kinda like a show car and the Honda that I have is pretty fucked up from sun spots on the paint to dents to a front bumper missing nd everything else so its kinda like my lil project car
going to be pricy there not easy hp like stangs and corvettes . so i got hks titanium cat back got headers i need to install when clutch goes out i have stage 2 clutch. after dyno tuning and lil bit of code removal i got my Honda to evuntually reach is stock 190 hp how much did it cost me about 400 bucks i did put injen comp ob2 ect. just dont forget to make sure cams ect are good shape or it will cause lil lag. honestly i know dyno tuning by a pro is expensive but if he def knows what hes doing you can gain lik 15hp just by calibrating the car as perfect as possible, make fuel richer ect
I just got a 02 accord sedan v6 first car bone stock other new tires. That’s the first thing I’m doing paint correction only thing wrong with the car minor scratches and minor leather wear. So I’m getting the car looked at and changing the oil. Awesome vid !
So I just had my 2002 accord painted and I got a fucked up paint job and body work. I need side skirts and a back bumper lip. I ordered parts from Carid and they sent my bad parts that didn't fit. Cheap fiberglass...the guy who painted it completely screwed me over so I have to get the whole car painted and have my hood straightened up just to make me satisfied...any suggestions on how you go the parts?
knownbutunknown aww man! So sorry to hear bro! Most parts we search for on eBay usually. But looking at the feedback is crucial to make sure you’re dealing with a legit seller with legit product. Or even searching junkyards for parts is a good way to score replacement body panels and other random parts. But really it starts with knowing what you’re looking for and Buying the right thing, and don’t be afraid to spend extra money if they offer warranty on fitment etc. what parts do you currently need for your car? Also the person who did the paint work, is this like a business with warranty? Or just a person you know?
@@FujiboHeavy you know I gave this guy a chance and I realized that he was not a professional. I just lost money on it and I have to do it all over. I want a body kit similar to the one you have. Side skirts and a lip for the rear...and thank you for responding 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
knownbutunknown gotcha! So this accord was my brothers. The body parts were def aftermarket, so fitment wasn’t 100% like oem. But as long as you can get it mounted on with minor modification (trimming/drilling new holes etc) safely, it should be okay. But as far as paint goes it’s hard to find someone legit but also not really expensive. Are you just looking to have full exterior sprayed? Also what is your budget, and lastly where are you located?
@@FujiboHeavy I need the whole car shot again. There is trash in the paint and the hood needs alignment. I still have those parts but it didn't fit. I'm trying to see how I can send you pictures
My first car. Loved this thing should had never sold it. The interior is probably my favorite of any honda everything's in the right place egonomily and symmetrically. Always wanted to mod the tail lights with leds to go across the full back. Got a 8th gen civic now and hate it. It looks like a hybrid and its built so cheap. It's an 08 with 120k miles the seats fake leather is peeling, motor mounts have gone out twice, starter, water pump, two wheel bearings, and alternator have all gone out. Cars drinking coolant and leaking oil around valve cover gasket as well. Honda quality is not what iy used to be for sure.

How can you tell if your Honda Accord V6 Coupe is a EX or an EX-L ?
I want to see your 7th gen!
hey brother, i live 15 minutes from easton lol. i picked up a 2000 accord coup about 2 years ago, it has red paint, not faded one bit, it had 89k miles on it. i got it for a steel. ive always had fast muscle cars, now i want something other than a muscle car thats fast. i work in a body shop so fixing the dings and painting it wont be a problem but im lost as to where to go to to make it fast lol. lets not forget stopping power, i need that to haha. any help would be great.
I have a 2002 Honda Accord EX (Coupe) you got any suggestions for me to upgrade it both engine nd look wise
@@FujiboHeavy Its going to be both a commuter and kinda like a show car and the Honda that I have is pretty fucked up from sun spots on the paint to dents to a front bumper missing nd everything else so its kinda like my lil project car
ahh okay cool! What kind of budget you working with?
going to be pricy there not easy hp like stangs and corvettes . so i got hks titanium cat back got headers i need to install when clutch goes out i have stage 2 clutch. after dyno tuning and lil bit of code removal i got my Honda to evuntually reach is stock 190 hp how much did it cost me about 400 bucks i did put injen comp ob2 ect. just dont forget to make sure cams ect are good shape or it will cause lil lag. honestly i know dyno tuning by a pro is expensive but if he def knows what hes doing you can gain lik 15hp just by calibrating the car as perfect as possible, make fuel richer ect
I just got a 02 accord sedan v6 first car bone stock other new tires. That’s the first thing I’m doing paint correction only thing wrong with the car minor scratches and minor leather wear. So I’m getting the car looked at and changing the oil. Awesome vid !
Where can I find the lip bro
What lip kit is that? I’ve looked everywhere for it
I'm not exactly sure. I will ask my bro!
Damm car is clean af.. nice
Nice video! Can you give me the direct link to the hood protector please that has the Accord logo. I don’t wanna buy the wrong one.
Nice Car man !!!
Thank you!
I'm trying to see how I can send you pictures
knownbutunknown you can dm them to me if you have IG? @fujiboheavy

Yes, a nice build but unfortunately it is the slow af 4cyl. Should had opted to wait to see if you could get the 6cyl I believe was a 3.2lt
