Nice work, the paintwork is great and the sharpener is a cool idea! For the bridge pieces, chopping up the edges makes them look a lot less sprue-y. You can also make good sized rocks by bonding several gw sprues with polystyrene cement and carving them up - it's pretty much a weld, they're not coming apart and if you do it properly you don't even get a seam. Last tip if you don't mind working with fire, you can shape the round cross-section sprue frames into bottles and stuff like that to decorate your other terrain 😉
Having seen your videos on scratch building (especially the tree one) I know this is good advice xD As I said in the video this was more about how and why. If I can do a quick bad job, anyone can do it too 😁
Hey, Sam! Just to say I really enjoyed your videos, it's a shame you've not been able to post any videos recently. I get youtube can be hard to break into and I only hope you're not disheartened and have found other things that you enjoy to do instead. Keep well!
Great use of "hobby trash" 👍 would work especially well for Ork terrain or the like.
Agreed! That's the beauty of Orks, everything counts. Really they are the most eco friendly race, recycle everything :-p

@@TheBasicBrush didn't say you did a bad job, that's terrain I'd happily play on 😁
Bad might have been a bit harsh. I wasn't trying to do the best I could do. I wanted to make sure it was achievable by anyone 😁
Great work...I was surprised at how good the wood looked.
At some point I need to cut out all my empty sprues and then bam I'll make more 😁
Some excellent ideas. I'll have to give it a try. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching 😁
Dude I have never thought about using a sharpener on my sprues! Awesome!
Just make sure you put it back where you found it 😉🤣
@@TheBasicBrush After All, Why Not? Why Shouldn't I Keep It? *intense stare*
Great video, this is really great, but I was wondering what you used as the wall base

Donald Trump would be proud of your wall :p
Won't keep much out, I am not a skilled mason :p
