Thanks for having mr. Sweat Elite film these! Awesome content. Personally I love the simplicity when there's only running, some smart (or entertaining) discussion and no music video style editing.

I love this kind of videos (sweat elite style) For some reason being able to hear the athletes steps is so relaxing. Keep it up Gwen.

Evans running style is beautiful!! I love watching these videos of you, Evan and Bobby. Bobby's coaching seems very grass roots style and I just love it! After watching all of your videos these past 4-5 years, I can't help but feel this is perfect for you!! Maybe one day soon, could you consider going through the drills with Bobby? I'd love to hear why he wants you doing certain drills, which areas of the body he is aiming to stretch / activate. Thanks and lots of luck from Australia for the upcoming races

your running style is improving because it looks different in a great way- seems your cadence is higher, your shoulders are more down and relaxed :)

It’s so cool that Coach Bobby is not only standing around on a track watching you practice (although I’m sure that does happen sometimes). He’s out there on his bike with you guys while getting his workout done.

Your looking great. Yes better turnover. Your very inspiring I also like listening to Bobby. Just listening to him in the video is vey helpful as well. Many coaches know what workout's work but Bobby McGee also knows why each workout works in a scientific way. I remember him from a few USAT certification courses I took a few years back in Santa Monica.

If you haven't seen yet Ridley Scott's The Last Duel starring Matt Damon and Bobby McGee, do it. The scene with both guys on their bikes pointing their brooms to each other is epic!

Another great video. Was wondering why Coach Bobby was carrying that big stick and what he was going to use it for, then we were told it was a broom. 😂😂😂

I really like these workout videos you're doing now. Also, I wonder whether you've consistently been wearing the Alphafly for this sort of workout, or is that a recent change for you?

When doing these workouts, consider trying out being the one that leads more and pushes the pace. Don't condition yourself to rely on following your training partner. And don't wind draft the whole time. Not trying to be critical, just adding some feedback, as these very small variables even though it might make the workout harder, it will translate to being fitter since its closer to what will be the situation in racing conditions. Overall great workout! this workout should be in your weekly or bi-weekly regimen.
