- Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope you all had a lovely day. This is a short video of my Thanksgiving Day which included Patrick pulling the camera out early and filming breakfast time, playing with Stanley and then a Turkery Trot in which I was fortunate enough to win a pie!

I enjoy your running and down-to-earth personality. I love how you and Pat interact with Stanley. Like when Pat told Stanley he gets a head start because Stanley has three tires and Mommy has only one, so Stanley has to work harder. So sweet! Go get it next weekend!

Gwen! I can't believe I did this race and didn't even see you. What's even worse, is that we were so close! I appear in the video at 07:07 during the start line talking to my wife and my son. I still can't believe I didn't see you, I would have loved to meet you personally.

The Blue Fairy passed me years ago running Twin Cities Marathon. I considered it an all time low... until I realized I beat Pinocchio. Enjoy the low country, Savannah and Hilton Head are beautiful.
Amazing to see so dry roads when I'm fighting the elements running in -1C/30F on my daily runs. It's either slippery ice (I don't use spikes) or it's so much snow I can't see the color of my shoes :-p

Exceptional camera work on the 5K! Not sure how you did it..based on one of the shadows though, maybe the cameraperson was on a skateboard being pulled by an e-bike? Must have tricky and likely required multiple cameras. Loved the inset images every K with the performance metrics.

Great running Gwen. Do you by chance have any advice for correcting upper cross syndrome? I notice your posture is a bit closed and forward in the shoulders and head when you run. Thanks!

Yeah... just a regular day... run to an event, run the event, run with some friends you met on the event, run from the event back home, get a bit of rest, then get ready for an evening running session...

sorry, but as much as I love running videos, I'm not sure about 'gold medal athlete wins local fun run'. Where was the interaction with fellow athletes? Perhaps a bit of shared pie or, indeed, leave the prizes for amateurs. Love the humility of Evan Schwartz

She's in excellent shape. Her cardio is phenomenal.
Heart gets larger and stronger from cardiovascular training. Larger/stronger/more efficient = less total BPM

I’ve watched Gwen for the last decade and it’s clear the irritability and hunched spine are likely a result of inadequate nutrition. See an eating disorder specialist and you won’t fall down.
