So impressive. I am not interested in ballet or anything like that but I can watch Beth run for hours. I cannot think of anyone making it look so elegant and at the same time effortless. No wonder she is doing so well with her career.
Her form is so relaxed & smooth! It's like she's not even working. Then you look at her training partner and her cadence is thru the roof trying to keep up. Pretty damn amazing.
@@Indigoway the training partner doesn’t have the muscle mass to “push herself” forward creating the fast momentum that Beth has. Hence why the training partner has a fast cadence to compensate which creates more momentum.
Great video, thanks! First found out about BP after her (unofficial) WR so nice to know more about her here, another example of how powerful your style of content is, especially if the athlete is as open and generous as she's in this vid. Interesting to see these triathlete athletes with serious running skills, impressive. She really looks like a top runner in terms of form and stride. The typical British weather setting has kind of grown on me for every video you've been releasing, something about the grey vs colours that's appealing. Makes you wanna run! 🤷😊
I love the capture of these great workouts with the world’s best athletes. As aspiring runners ourselves it would really be helpful if you might ask, “what is the purpose/goal of this workout”. For example, I believe this workout is an endurance strength workout. Being able to still spin the legs with some work in them and allowing the system to practice flushing any lactate buildup between sets. But maybe I have it all wrong. So many runners and coaches do workouts they see/read about others doing without understanding the accommodations the workout is targeting. I’d love to not only watch elites perform but also perhaps learn a little along the way. Thanks for the great videos and access to these athletes.
Its so crazy you guys published this. I just watched her video earlier on what she does on injury prevention. She also referenced running only 30 miles a week with an hour long run. It made me feel good with my 35 mpw lol. I think she said the most volume she did was during university at 70mpw but suffered stress fractures.
During the repeats Beth has a higher heel lift with her right leg and this imbalance “may” be the reason why she has tightness in the right side of her lower back! Another great video!!!
30miles 😂and she was doing less then that that’s crazy if she did 55 65miles work her way up to them miles she would get so much faster and so much stronger other training and cross training ain’t the same as logging a certain amount of miles a week she should run more she would be a beast 🔥💪🏼
Wow, another video already? Hands down the best running channel on RUclips
agreed
Beth’s form is very smooth
Finally Beth Potter! Thanks, Sweat Elite!

Aww man I feel like it's Christmas every time I see that a new video has been posted.

did you count the cadence? Any theory why its higher?

So for someone ignorant of the UK running scene, how come so many of these athletes are based in Leeds?
It is a national performance centre
Very nice
Do you guys ever sleep?
It's interesting to see that a huge amount of pro athletes are from leeds or at least are situated there
Great video 👍 Does anyone know why the WR was unofficial?
