Gwen, I love your realness. Everyone needs to take care of their priorities whether you are a professional athlete or have a desk job. Fitting care in.......like activating and strectching at home is so relatable in our busy world. Thanks from someone who gets up at 4 to leave by 7
I love your balance. Yeah, you're a gold medalist from the Olympics. Now you're also a Mom. Like, I'm 50% of that. Thanks for sharing. It's fun for this 58-year old mom that's just running along going for my 6th star at the London Marathon. Good luck to you, I'm watching!
Gwen you are so insperational! I don't run much, but watching your videos really gets me in the right mindset to crush it in my academics! Wish you and your family all the best :)
These are so important for me to do to stay healthy and injury free, but they aren't super fun or exciting... Thanks for making a video so I can do pre-workout movement exercises along with you!

Kinda wish I had a coach like Stanley 😂, look at the little man trying to get your back position correct! So cute! PS: I heard on Science of Sport podcast that elite runners tend to do that 1% thing of just adding a short 5-10 minute cooldown stretch that goes a long way in preventing injuries. What are the things you do post-run (T stands being one of them?) If you could do a video on that, it would be incredible! Thank you for this, looking forward to the core video too!
Glad to see that some of these I have already been doing and I can add some new ones! Awesome! I was wondering have you done the Myrtl routine? Ive been trying to improve my hip strength and saw it recommended.
I was curious if you do anything to loosen your calves before a run? I thought I saw you doing some concentric (or centric) calf drops in another video? Do you do this and/or anything else for calf loosening or calf warmup? Thanks, Tight calf sufferer
Super interesting but PLEASE for this kind of video, put the list of exercises in the description box! You’ve done a few videos like this and it would be so helpful to us viewers who want to copy your exercises if you could do that, thank you!
hey, Gwen, i didn't know you are olympic triatlhon champion. I thought you are just on the way to become professional athlete, but you are in transition... Do you maybe know the time of your 10 k run in olympic triathlon? I am curious to compare it with track running
Looks like Santa has been down that chimney....a few times.....Even Santa is healthy in your household! Omega 3's to counter all those eggs...but you have a great chef.

Gwen's Warm Up is longer than my whole run...just sayin 😂
Stan has gotten so very big. I love how you simply carry on while he is going about his business.
P.S. nice toy box!

Love this, thank you for taking the time to share it! Also love all the great windows in your home!

Awesome! I really like when you share exercises! I still follow the foot one you posted a long time ago and the one with Colleen more recently
I love the kid's toys in the fireplace. helps to realize that these athletes are mere mortals like the rest of us, who have scattered toys to pick up😀
very nice, Gwen! Great video
a really good insight - cheers Gwen!
I luv how you describe your stretching with figurative speech
Great stretch routine - thx 💯💯

Arunaabh Shah noted thanks for the suggestion
Dynamic for me pre run. Traditional stretch afterwards. And i hate both in equal measure.😀😀
Love the breakdancing part !!!
Thanks!
Thanks for this Gwen, I’ll definitely try this out!! P.S. that picture of you Stanley and pat is so precious ♥️♥️
Some good toys there. Can relate 😂

Sam Cohen haven’t tried it
I wonder if you (or someone else) has any tips for tight hamstrings though? Good video, definitely going to include some of those in my next warm up!
Robin TrysTri did you se the hammy stretch st the start? And then the reaching for the toes?
@@GwenJorgensen Yeah completely forgot about those! Thank you!

Thomas Dodson 2x20 each leg in straight and bent knee position twice a day! So 160xday

Can’t compare. In tri distances were never exact. Only had to be within 10%
And... You were talking something to a Swiss girl. What was that? It looked as some arguing :)
Can you do another Q&A video again soon?
Gwen, can you make a video on how to stretch after a run?
Yes please! I wanted to ask the exact same thing. Absolutely need a mobility routine to loosen things up after a run!
Looks like Santa has been down that chimney....a few times.....Even Santa is healthy in your household! Omega 3's to counter all those eggs...but you have a great chef.
What is your after run strech?
It is mobility exercise?
Anupong Pengkam dynamic warm uo
Please upload the core workout too
Manash Barman will have to have Talbot capture that
Hey Gwen!! I was wondering if you have dealt with an adductor/groin strain? If so, are there any exercises/rehab you recommend? Thanks:)
Sophia Reich I love dry needling for tight adductors
잘 보고 있습니다!
