TMC's prescription of development of the state and its people are two fold.
Daily lottery and monthly doles for party cadre wherever from Bengal, even across the border! Sourcing is by illegal taxes not forming part of GST from business and enterprise and whoever is with deep packers. For supplemtal income bash India in foreign and digital media. Nowadays that is a big earner.
Unfortunately that is NOT the prescription of GOI and most of the progressive states.
Mamta led TMC is regressing Bengal (she includes Bangladesh in election time) beyond redemption.
Work culture is non-existent there. Expecting gifts and doles and subsistence living is accepted as a fate.
This was the case of our planners headed by two Sardars and our PC - all three with highest education and were never elected as they were far far away from the people for whom they were planning. PC was never selected or elected from TN except once by a dubious whisker of a few hundred votes.. That tells you the truth about him.
Hon.PM changed all that diffidence in the planning process with the help of Niti Aayog's and we returned to normalcy and in spite of Covid devastation growing at a very fast pace not even dreamt of before by the Congress regime of 70 years..
