Grace, I have watched quite a few of your vids over the last few months and didn’t even notice or consider that you were a “small” creator until you mentioned it in this video. I’ve been so inspired by the way you are creating, how honest and genuine you are. Keep creating, babe! Your work is worth it. What you are building will be worth it.

I can really relate to most of your points. I feel like I always put up a mask when I'm with most people, but when I create content, I can truly express myself. However, I get scared to post that content because the person in the video isn't the same person that people know me as.

i appreciate the transparency its really nice, how did u figure out what you want to post at first? did you start posting like a certain thing then shifting to posting something else after? because i feel like i have a certain idea but when it actually comes to putting in the work i think about it and then my brain labels it as corny.
@@alinazeer704 Hi lovely 🤍 I just started with vlogs / lifestyle then as I experimented I found more of what resonated with my voice and style - but honestly I’m still figuring it out and trying new things! My advice would be to just start and not be too critical, just begin with any idea you have - you’ll figure it out as you go. In relation to the label of ‘corniness’ - from my experience is a way of self sabotage / self protection from something scary & brave. I still find myself labelling certain ideas negatively but am in a practice of letting go and creating truthfully regardless. That was a rant - hope that’s helpful and good luck on your journey!
