you got a lot of rail fans here too JT. all the hard work you put into your videos entertains us retired folks all day sometimes.,, and we love your new dog who is fitting right into your family...
You and Gambit do train videos right - by keeping the camera aimed down the length of the train so we can see a lot of cars that move fairly slowly across the screen. The perspective view is nice to watch. Some other channels (who shall remain nameless) often focus the camera on too-short of a section of the train. This makes the few cars that are in frame move very rapidly across the screen, which makes it difficult for me to focus my eyes, and is frankly rather annoying. So, thanks for the way you video trains, JT - and please keep doing it. I look forward to watching your videos whenever they appear! 👍👍
I was looking for Shoestring in that open box car!! Lol. I think he was headed to Canada or Alaska though. Some long mixed freight trains this time Brian! Great spots again!😊

Great long long trains today JT! Carlisle is a lovely place for watching the trains go by. Thanks for all you do to keep us entertained & educated too. ❤😊
Magnificent catches of the trains coming by and pass at this beautiful location, I like it 5 stars, keep up tbe great work, Greetings from Portugal to the USA.
Merchandise plus grain and steel as well as tank cars all traveling to somewhere in North America but not before they pass by JT's camera. Ironic that probably one of the smoothest Crossings in the area is on the little-used Dupps spur
That's a huge violation with the hatch standing open on the hazmat tank! A big fine will be coming if a FRA inspector sees that, for the shipper and the train crew! 😮😮😮
It's an LP/propane tank. There should be no open port there, right? Probably a pressure relief valve, right? No immediate hazard to either the environment or contents for it to be open. Possible hazard from physical damage - hitting something hanging low over the tracks.
in case no one else has mentioned it. the lid on the tanker car, that is where the valves are located to release whatever chemical they are caring. it is not open to the contents
Always a lot of great trains going through Ohio and Kentucky where there is a lot of really nice scenery and countryside, Also great to see your dogs and cats playing and having fun,Thank You.🤠👍 🚂🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🇺🇲💨
Thank Jaw Tooth for another great video, I like when you film at Carlisle, OH and the top of the hill coming up off the river, love watching those engines sand the tracks to help in their traction. Have a wonderful Evening, love the animals, You need to come to our home in Smithfield, NC we have all kinds of wildlife in our yard, deer, foxes, rabbits, squirrels, birds, etc. Have a blessed week filming.
Sometimes CSX will use the Dupp track as a temporary holding area, maybe about a half mile or so. I saw the track cleaning train sitting there one weekend. I go to church with a man that worked at Dupps. His job was to keep the grass and weeds cut off the track each summer!!
Hello Jaw Tooth from the UK. Another nice video from another interesting location. Some very long trains! in fact one was only a few wagons short of 200! Can you answer me a couple of questions please. 1. What is the longest train that you have filmed (approximately)? and 2. Is there a record in the US for the length of a freight train?
Thank you so much for your wonderful videos and enabling us car-counters to do so by watching your videos. You always suggest to watch another video and I am looking for one but can’t find it. I would very much like to watch a Scorpion in action and see it de-train, and load up a MOW train. Do you have one like that? Again - thank you for your wonderful channel!!
I have one or two video with remote control. CCET used to have a remote control caboose. It was pretty cool but they didn't use it much. I got it in a couple
I figured it out.. My media player was causing it to look like crossings weren't flashing. I guess the A/C current & oscillations of the LED flashers at the crossings didn't mesh. When I slowed down the media player, all the signals worked.
The frame rate of the recording device will sometimes block out the flashing light, or in some cases make the light look like it is strobing rather than flashing.
I noticed that first dream had Norfolk Southern on the front end and a CSX for a DPU. More than likely what it was is two trains hooked together, CSX was probably going to yard in its final destination.
The trains in this video were interesting to watch, Jaw Tooth! Everyone oof the trains were manifest/mixed freight trains, so we had the opportunity to see a nice variety of freight cars. Did you notice all the steel coil cars on the last two trains in this video? I wonder where all those steel coils are going.
FRA regulation states:173.31(d)(1) No person may offer for transportation a tank car containing a hazardous material or residue of a hazardous material unless that person determines that the tank car is in proper condition and safe for transportation . As a minimum, each person offering a tank car for transportation must perform a visual external inspection that includes: (iv) all closures on tank cars and determine that the closures and fasteners securing them are securely tightened in place by the use of a bar, wrench or other suitable tool, Since that car was carrying LP gas, it is not legal to pull with the hatch open.
I'm gonna be near Dayton/Cincinnati next weekend for my annual Labor Day discgolf trip, and this weekend I'll be in Fort Wayne, IN. Any recommendations for good recording spots?
Merci beaucoup pour cette très belle vidéo et très bon dimanche ! ✨👍🙏

I don't care if it's two trains passing each running opposite ways or on a siding. Love those meets

Good Morning Brian.. Have a safe day one and alll..
@jonwatt678 you know it, one day, I will travel to the USA and film the trains with Jaw Tooth.

I like the fact that more coil cars are moving, maybe we are making more things in America
more "luxury" housing that will sit empty for foreign investors to park their money in
Well done Brian. Thanks again for coming up!!!
Any time! I had a great time. Carlisle is one of my favourite places
It is awesome how they can get a heavy train like that rolling and up to speed from a standstill. Another great one JT. Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it
That steel train was flying! I've never seen one that long before, especially without a DPU. Awesome! ❤😊😊😊😊
I know!! It was shaking really bad
You got some long trains in this video

Great catches like usual JT

@@JawTooth I have caught NS8114 leading one UP one kcs one bnsf today on my line.
Interestingly we have a Carlisle in the UK too. It was once a big railway town.
One thing about American towns and city names is that we're unoriginal and boring, usually end up just copying other places or putting "New" in front
❤❤ JT gives new meaning to "training"! Thanks Brian! 👍👍
Love that!
Carlisle, Ohio, is a nice area, thanks for the video.
Thanks for watching!
Love the angle of the first oncoming train. It was perfect!
And thanks for sharing the fine art at the end!
