No kidding eh? And I just stopped at 14:48, showing Ken worth logging trucks from Australia , and the narrator says” logging is vital for the North Carolina economy ? Get your fucking 💩straight
If you don't know, its called a thumbnail. The purpose of a thumbnail is to attract viewers to the video. @@desertstar223 It’s called clickbait when using a thumbnail like that. And it needs to stop, or else we will only have videos with AI voice overs like this crap.

That’s an interesting comparison! Do you think it’s because the destruction seems almost effortless, like how termites can silently damage something over time? Or is there something else about the situation that made you think of termites?
I love the way them harvesting heads work. To think for all these 65 years before i retired we would limbed all those trees by hand with my faithful STIHL 32. Amazingly Fantastic. I am so glad i found this show...{q}
The old man cut the saws and sawed very skillfully, he finally cut down the tree after using a total of 12 saws! As for the tractor driver, was it because the road was too difficult or was there something wrong with his mind?
Not sure the name of the machine but the one that scoped wood out like it was scupping ice cream. The marks left on the tree were exactly like the marks left in stone in Machu Pichu . Ancient mystery solved ???
La naturaleza tarda miles de años en crear un majestuoso árbol, el humano, con sus máquinas, los elimina en un instante. A este ritmo no quedará ningún árbol en el planeta, ¿qué haremos entonces?
I’m not a tree hugger but where I live they have been pulpwooding 100’s of acres in many different areas. I absolutely hate to see the once beautiful mountains that were once covered in beautiful trees, now with bare dirt and tree debris everywhere. It almost reminds me of pictures of the battlefields from WW1 and WW2.
Be nice if they used trucks from where he was talking about. He said North Carolina and showed trucks from other places. None of them had a NC tag on them
The author of the channel should decide what his narrative is regarding to cutting trees, on one hand he laments about fallen tree and on the other hand he amused by cutting trees technology.
I get what you mean - it’s always important to be mindful of nature. Hopefully, there are ways to enjoy what we love without causing harm to the environment. 🌍🌱
Love how the narrator talks about North Carolina's timber industry while showing trucks driving on the LEFT side of the road with speed limit signs in KPH from NEW ZEALAND!! Come on folks.. what else is fake?
The Ecolog was Caterpillar 570 and 580, before that it wass Skogjan. The technic was to complicated for Caterpillar, thats why they sold the brand. These kind off complicated machines are invented in Sweden, they are realy specialized in harvesters and forwarders for logging. The forwarder Cat 574 was also a very good and productive machine.
I don't get why this tractor is not 4X4....at 7.12....narrator 'checks' all good for it but I disagree..lacks power & torque & quattro..!!..he's lucky it was not raining & muddy there...he's struggling bad already on dry terrain..!!..often it"s not that dry....
The commentary is so cringe! Precision doesn't mean what you think it means. AI voice. Talks about a tree worth saving that is dead. Makes comments about the power of a setup to see it get bogged, reads marketing material as content.... FFS bro, are you even trying?

Your AI text to voice is annoying. Especially with a dozen or more errors throughout this video. Why did you think that was such a good idea? It sounds so dumb.
Why don’t you try putting in the content that you say in the advertising in the beginning and other words you say you’re showing one thing and you don’t show it at all what a waste of my time Junk

Es ist erschreckend welch riesigen Schaden diese Maschinen anrichten.
"Schaden"
Was würde Baumbart dazu sagen?
This guy is insane for taking in trees this big! Even more so for climbing them!!!
There are some great machines in this video but the little train was the bomb
I like the sound of the chainsaw Engine.
The old man that gut the saws stuck well he got the tree down after useing 12 saws total !

Sorry for those old trees to be cut down, but that was the bedrock of civilisation. Thankfully there are these big machines now to make it easier.

It's sad to see these huge old trees die.

They are all carrying New Zealand number plates
beautiful sawmill
Thank you very much!
At 14 minutes its new zealand with stem trucks i used to drive one its not north Carolina
I like it
People back in the old days would put horse shoes in the crooks of trees. Knew a guy who found some with his sawmill.

You can't almost always tell a European truck from an American truck.
In California, we dont do logging we just let them all burn down. That is sad.

I am NOT any sort of tree-hugger. That said, I really hate to see trees felled in old growth forests. That's just stupid.

I understand the environmental concerns, but by the same token, your house is probably made of wood. It has to come from somewhere.
