FILM DESCRIPTION:
Minutes after Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis), her daughter Karen (Judy Greer) and granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) left masked monster Michael Myers caged and burning in Laurie's basement, Laurie is rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, believing she finally killed her lifelong tormentor. But when Michael manages to free himself from Laurie's trap, his ritual bloodbath resumes. As Laurie fights her pain and prepares to defend herself against him, she inspires all of Haddonfield to rise up against their unstoppable monster. The Strode women join a group of other survivors of Michael's first rampage who decide to take matters into their own hands, forming a vigilante mob that sets out to hunt Michael down, once and for all. Evil dies tonight.

I remember people were upset that Michael kills firefighters, I was like "The definition of the character is 'pure evil'...like the guy isn't gonna just put the tool down and thank them for their service"
They seem to forget that police hospital staff etc were also killed by Myers as well as most other horror villains I definitely like though that the firefighters instinct was to fight when he came out anyone else they would've helped
xd
And it’s not like he killed them because they are firefighters. Like anyone else, he killed them because they were simply in his way.

@@snakevenom4954 you new to the Halloween franchise? In the first movie it’s established that he kills whoever is in the path towards his childhood home. He’ll go into every home along the way and kill everyone in the home. This was established in Halloween (1978). So yes, he kills everyone in his way. Stop trying to use your own rationalization of what *you* believe “in the way” means. That’s irrelevant.

Especially when hes holding your friends bloody tool as a weapon
The fact that the hose didn’t push Michael back or stop him in his tracks is just bone chilling. Every fire fighter knows the amount of PSI that a fire hose can release is enough to knock down a human being.

Yeah but it’s stupid the firefighters should have won instead they went at him one by one instead of being strategic
Coming out and killing like the devil. This scene was very iconic and nice. It said after Laurie, Karen, and Allyson left him to die with it almost happening, Michael was furious. He was not sneaking around anymore and if he had to take someone head-on to kill them or a large group to score murders, that's what he'd do. Their fear made it easy for him to down them all but you can see it since they didn't really know who he was. All they saw was someone they needed to try and stop.

I love this version of Michael. I like the other movies where he's the hunter, stealthily stalking around buildings and silently picking people off one-by-one. This time, though... You can really feel Michael's raw hatred and desperation to get revenge on the heroes, to the point where he completely throws stealth to the wind and just starts going on rampages. I really like that this film showed us what Michael would do in these sorts of situations, where he doesn't have the advantage of darkness and stealth, picking off a single, usually unarmed target at a time. Does he have Supernatural strength? Sure he crushed someones head with a single stomp, lifted a table off the floor (which was moveable anyway through a remote), and is able to hold somebody up with one hand but these are all superhuman feats not supernatural.
Does he have supernatural Endurance? Sure he's been stabbed, shot, beaten, ran over, lit on fire, etc. But he's not exactly getting hit with tank shells but then again it's not exactly something you can normaly survive so again, his endurance is superhuman at most.

To me, Michael raising that Halligan bar after stepping out of the flames is him telling the firefighters "I'm having a bad night, and I've got somewhere to be. Get out of the way."
Then, when they raise their weapons to defend themselves, I can practically hear that tongue click and condescending "Okay..."
The fact they stay and fight makes them some of the more badass characters in the series
No matter what anyone says, this whole scene is perfect. Could watch it over and over.
It's poorly done an unrealistic like an old 80s action movie. Attacks you could see coming a mile away.
@@GIJosh-pm8jc if you think Halloween is a realistic movie you need to step outside and touch grass my dude

Needed to see this after watching ends. So disappointed by ends
I find it funny how jason whines about a little petrol and michael just walks through the water.

Michael: So...who wants daddy's belt first?
I like that they had michael fighting different, and the scene as a whole was badass.🩷
Those are the bravest firefighters in history. They are face to face with evil and just stood their ground to try and stop him, those guys deserve medals, pay raise, heroes parade, etc. if they survived
They’re not real
There were 8 of them. When I saw this movie in the theater, I thought "No way Michael can beat 8 firefighters." And then he did. Unbelievable.
Firefighters are amongst the most brave men out there. If this was real, pretty sure they'd fight back even if they know they'll die.
One of my favorite scenes in this movie is the next one after the Firefighter's scene at the next-door neighbor's house. He's so creative and improvised that when he saw her holding a knife he just turned and pulled the tube bulb from above the stove, broke it, and stabbed her in the neck. Then he went further and went through each sized knife on their magnetic rack discarding them one by one into her husband until he found the size he wanted. The magnitude of Michael's silent sarcasm and head tilts like he's either saying "Really?" or just admiring his work is LEGEND. 😂🤣
This should’ve been the opening scene of the movie. Then when the massacre ends it cuts to the usual Halloween intro with the theme and pumpkin.

RIP to the fool who thought he could kill Michael Myers with a water hose.
the fire hose actually has very high pressure, it would send a regular person flying
Bro. That hose would destroy him. End of micheal myers. Cause of death. "Fire hose"
Bro a firehose can literally rip the skin off of someone and send them flying Michael is a tank
@@sideways_chip_eater6420 nah they knock you down at most.
I think this scene was really well done. Mostly how after the firemen hear their collages scream from the burning building they witness the killer surface brandishing their weapon for a showdown that starts this movie off with a bang and sets the tone for how the movie is going to play out. There will be no stalking, no hiding for an ambush to kill, death has come to their little town and they'd better be ready Michael is done playing .
Michael Myers walking out of the fire like a badass

The Taco Bell employees watching me walk out of the bathroom.
oop
A survivor does NOT simply walk out of an inferno, only MONSTERS simply walk from flames. They knew a threat from a survivor, they showed training. RIP all of those brave souls.
I think this s the first Halloween movie where Michael takes on multiple people head on and not lurking in the dark somewhere. He's like a demon emerging from hell in this scene. Definitely a classic scene to be viewed over and over again.
Very thoughtful and considerate of the firefighters to wait their turn before attacking one by one rather than synchronising a coordinated attack all at once...
I used to think this one was terrible…. Then I saw Halloween ends.
I have a newfound appreciation for this one now 😂
@@davenycz WHAT, you think halloween ends is better than halloween kills? BRO
@@davenycz please rewatch the 3 movies.
@@davenycz halloween ends was mostly a love story and some kid making micheal myers teach him on how to be a serial killer
@@davenycz I don’t understand people that have this opinion. Halloween Ends is easily the worst thing I’ve seen all year. Kills was stupid but it was dumb fun. Ends was filled cringe romance humor and the entire theater was pissed.
Go back to hating it.
I like to think of these firefighters all as kids who have grown up in Haddonfield. They all heard the stories traded on the playground, had nightmares of this “fictional” boogeyman and obviously having never seen real proof he existed other than a seemingly crazy old woman they forgot and grew up. But seeing Michael emerge from the house like nothing was happening reminded them and if shattered all notion that the boogeyman they were scared of their entire childhood was very real and currently coming after them
Not a bad theory
Man this theory is actually really good. Sadly it might not be true but boy if it is that would’ve been dope and kinda sad lol
This scene & entire movie I loved so much! First time I seen Michael catching bodies against multiple ppl at once. I really got the sense he was actually pissed off in this movie I mean the kitchen scene was brutal
The curse of Micheal Myers hospital scene
The dude who was spraying water at him thinking it was gonna do something 💀
To be fair the hoses they use are very powerful and can really hurt a regular human. It's just unfortunate for them he's not a regular human.
When Micheal walks out of the building it’s like the Devil coming out of hell to wreck havoc on earth the firefighters look at him in complete fear not knowing who he is and what he’s capable of

The Theme sounds soo Evil Its crazy
Also helps Michael is looking directly into your soul
When someone take the last candy 0:33
Glad to see I’m not the only one who noticed that
As has been said before in the other clip, these aren't actors. They're real-life firefighters from the Canon Air Force Base Fire Department from Clovis, NM whom the film crew got to play this scene. Apparently they had a ton of fun doing it.
It's better to just hire the real deal, then pay actors to learn a job for such a short scene, this and Marion Chambers death in the film are disturbing, I think this scene is higher though, cause the firefighters were just doing their job, and that's exactly what we need in horror films, none of this Strode family bullshit
Which makes the anger some people had for the scene even more hilarious.
This is one of the coldest scenes
I love how the firefighter stood there and sprayed water at the michael so continuously as he walks towards him Lol
