I watch Bobby's videos but also do my own research. Keep in mind, he is paid to promote products and his content is as much advertising as it is informative. Just do the best you can. So many of the "better for you" foods are so expensive! I think any changes you can make torward natural foods is a good thing.

Spot on, Sunidais. Gurus can be bad for our health (and pocketbooks). Natural foods such as dairy, fruit, vegetables, etc..support good health. The seed and vegetable oils harm the liver and are involved in all the degenerative diseases. Sugar gets the blame (a coverup for the seed and oil industry, perhaps?). Dr. Fred Kummerow (U of Illinois professor in biosciences, known for exposing the harm of trans fats) lived to the age of 102. In an interview just a few years prior to his death, he was shocked to learn that the polyunsaturated fatty acids were being touted as health food, as "essential". He said he had never eaten them in all of his life and believed it was important to avoid them.
I've found only two brands of ice cream that don't contain any harmful gums (carageenan, guar, gellan): Haagen Dazs and Straus.

You are doing great!!! The food industry has pretty much gone to the dark side when it comes to all the chemicals they put in their food now . Bobby is such a stinker lol. I love Rose Honey. He hates natural flavorings. I have given up alot. Just basically eating pasture raised ground beef and eggs. I eat wild caught fish. I eat only clean oils. I try to stay away from processed foods like chips etc. And I love potato chips. I have a number of health issues. Its a battle with the medical community, insurance companies and the food industry. They only care about one thing 💰 Just do the best you can is all we can do.

I surprisingly like pitted prunes to substitute my craving for sweet chewy candies. So far, it's working. I haven't found a good alternative to Lay's Potato Chips. I buy the smaller bag at the checkout. My body lets me know when I eat the wrong foods. I can hardly do coffee anymore. Developed a sensitivity to the caffeine. My doctor tells me that I need more fiber in my diet because of my elevated cholesterol. I do enjoy garden salads with chopped apples and berries added and that's helping. Avoiding cheeses, bacon and eggs for a time has also helped but I haven't eliminated them from my diet. I used to scramble my eggs in the bacon grease!

I ran across an article by Dr. Shawn Baker on youtube. I was amazed how the Dr he was interviewing uses Iodine to help his patients. HE said often he seen Cancer growths shrink when his patients regularly took Iodine. He named all these diseases because Americans are not getting enough Iodine. I just started on an Iodine supplement because of this program. And I am in fairly good health, so I cannot say it is helping me, but I hope it will be more of a preventative. I also started on the carnivore diet that Dr. Baker suggests, 6 months ago, and it really has proven itself. I fell and cracked my left wrist, and as long as I was only eating meat, I never had pain. That is just one incident that proved to me that the carnivore diet really does do what it says. My energy increased by 10 times. It really makes one feel good. But I think, if they want it, a women should have one carb a day, like an apple. I think we need it. I think men can go totally meat. But women will have days where they need a healthy carb. There are all kinds of youtubers who talk about the carnivore diet. it is really worth looking into, and it won't let you down like all the veggies will. Alot of people say they cannot eat meat or don't like the taste, but experts recommend to only eat meat when it tastes good to you. Meaning, if you are already full from the salad or carb, it will not taste good. Many carnivores only eat in the afternoon, and the early part of the day drink water. I go every other day, where I eat a heavy high protein breakfast (eggs, bacon, butter), and a steak or chicken in the evening. The next day I only want to eat meat later in the day. But it took me a long time to feel like I could do that. We are trained to snack, snack snack, but eventually you won't want to. Because of my snacking past. I would make a dozen eggs into deviled eggs. Every time I found myself in front of the fridge, I would eat a deviled egg. (didn't know how I got in front of the fridge--that is stress eating), After a few months of this, maybe 2 or 3 eggs a day, depending on stress level when I ate more throughout the day. I began to get stronger and stronger, and then going into the carnivore diet fell into place. I definitely had blood sugar issues, and the eggs helped with that. The carnivore diet is a cure for auto immune, diabetes, and so many thyroid issues.

Tudca cleanses the liver and helps to break down gallstones. I have big tummy problems. I get occasional tummy attacks. Enzymes help, including papaya enzymes, as well as green apples 🍏, but that Tudca stopped my tummy attack cold. I know my pattern, as it never stops when in full bloom. It's not over until I wanna throw up. I took a Tudca, and I didn't reach the wanna puke stage.
FYI, I have chronic gastritis and gallstones. I used to have acid reflux, which I don't anymore. That went away after I kept taking probiotics. (A pomegranate will bring it back).
If you have a low thyroid and you take levothyroxine, limit the Tudca. Levothyroxine is stored in the liver for the next dose. If the Tudca cleans out the levothyroxine from the liver, I would take some iodine. I try not to take Tudca very often because of this. That said, if you have liver damage, you need it.
If you don't take levothyroxine, or any med that you need to be stored, I would go full blast with the liver cleansing. Milk Thistle and Tudca are fantastic to do the job. There are other great liver cleansers too, like dandelion tea.

Steel Cut Oats and regular popcorn are better for a person then prepackaged. Saving $$. I have a friend that soaks her Steel Cut oats portion the night before for next morning cooking. Then adds berries to it. Popcorn kept in the refrigerator or freezer cooks better then at room temps. I don't buy ice cream. Too much sugar. I've been buying and eating Ezekiel 4:9 flourless sprouted grain bread that is gluten free. Pricey at over $7 a loaf at Walmart. It's in the freezer section. But many people spend that for one sandwich when eating out. It doesn't give me the sugar high like I do with other bread. I buy organic spinach and take it out of the plastic container. Put spinach in a gallon freezer bag with some paper towels. Squeeze the air out of bag and it keeps a lot better. I buy organic whole milk by the gallon. I buy organic or range free eggs. Depends what's available.. I buy some frozen vegetables as they are prepped at their peak freshness. Plus less waste from spoilage. I buy Kevita Kombucha when on sale. I don't buy soda. Can't remember when I've had one. Too many calories and sugar. I drink water. Interesting video. Thank you. Blessings to you.

Your food hall looks great. All things in moderation. You have always looked healthy to me. I feel people on the upper end of the good BMI, are healthier than those on the bottom of the healthy BMI... Where I a difference, is in your skin and eyes, they just seem brighter than 6 months ago. I don't eat ice cream unless I am with someone else that has or wants it. I guess I just don't really care for it that much. Freez lemonade and I would be all into that... A bomb pop is a temptation I am hard pressed to pass up, but more for the memories than for the taste. I have started dehydrating vegetables for next summer... I love having a homebase. My 1970s dehydrator is still working... It is hard to believe how many moves and how many, purges that thing has survived. Thank you for another informative and entertaining video. Blessings, Linda.

I'm very proud of you for working harder to eat healthy. Don't beat yourself up for what you've done in the past. We are fortunate that our brilliant cells regenerate themselves so we can cure a lot of ills by making good choices. I do try to eat healthy but ths is not new to me. I am somewhat of a vegetarian as have really lost the taste for most meat. I love salads in the summer and soups in the winter, and I eat a lot of nuts as my highest protein intake. I really don't worry about losing weight. I've kept myself at around the same weight for many years. Once in a while I go on a sugar jag which always puts five pounds on me in a week! But I am able to lose it by going back to my healthy diet. I read two "amazing" accounts of individuals who have reversed early dimentia by going on a vegetarian diet, doing exercise, both weight training and cardio (and it does not have to be a lot!) and staying active with their minds. I believe these things are the clue to healthy longevity. Blessings to you!

Hello Linda, Good content. It's surreal how much groceries are costing now. I read recently that a family of 4 is now spending 11,000 dollars a year for food than they did a year ago. I do go to the farmers markets for fresh produce honey and herbs. I haven't been going to Walmart for months because in my opinion their stores have become disorderly and chaotic where I am. I don't mind doing self check out but the lines are long. I heard Sam's is introducing a system that automatically scans everything in your basket with AI? Imagine that. You have a lot in your basket that is nutritional and natural. It's hard to find things that are easy amd also healthy. Trans fat is in so many things. I think j we need to retrain our taste buds to welcome healthier choices. I enjoy salads and vegetables too. But in order to keep them interesting I have to jazz them up with ingredients that jump start the greens. I will add artichoke and avacados, orange slices and berries. I am not a red meat eater for the most part but I do enjoy tuna and salmon or beams in my salads as a source of protein. I don't see groceries prices going down any time soon. So for those on fixed incomes it means becoming very learned and engaged with creative alternatives to make our food plans as healthy and achievable as possible. I spend a lot on bottled water and buy electrolytes to add into the water for hydration and caring for my heart health. Most of us have some amount of fatty liver disease that can be reversed. Most of us that have been eating a diet that includes a lot of processed foods have kidneys that are stressed from trying g to clense all the toxins chemicals and additives from food choices we have repeatedly ingested. I like you am on a new journey aimed at improving the choices for food making it into my shopping cart. In my head I keep seeing distracted by a repeated chant that gets in my head and replays itself. It says to me it is just too much work trying to buy good food. I try to push that aside. I make it fun to shop. I go to the farmers market with my own wicker basket and select my items. I go to the store for bottled water and my electrolyte mix. Then I visit a local coffee and tea shop where I sit for a while and enjoy a cup of lovely fresh coffee or steeped tea. There I jot down tho g in my journal while I rin a systems check mentally and annotate what I have done well and what I want to change. These are small things really that make important differences which although subtle at first make significant strides toward longevity and quality of life. The bible teaches women how to buy a field. To rise up early and exercise wisdom that sustains life health and home. The women who lived during the time that God told his people what to nourish their bodies with and how to prepare it didn't flinch or complain about now they would grind flour or bake their bread. They didn't hesitate to weave their own clothing or complain about work of more than an 8 hour day. They carried a lam for others to find their way by. I think that means ministering to the hearts of others by serving God in ways that are visible to others amd leaving a foot path for others looking to find their way too. You have been doing many of these things for a long time. Your humility and obedience to God is visible and you have carried a lamp of light and wisdom that both attracted others but also made the vision you have duplicatable for others. The lord gave women a map and examples. She goes to inspect a field and buys it and with her earnings she plants a Vineyard proverbs 3q; q6. She finds wool and flax and busily spins it, she is like a merchant ship bringing her food from afar. Proverbs 31 13 and 14. She makes gsrmets and sashes to sell Proverbs 31:24. The kingdom of heaven will be like 10 young women. 5 were foolishness and 5 were wise. The wise took flasks of oil with their lamps. Matthew 25 1:4. You are an example of the wise woman who has prepared and is ready for the coming g of Christ. Amen

Something I’ve been told by several doctors is as long as you’re eating any bad stuff your body cannot heal and that you have to eat healthy 100% without any junk food or inflammatory foods to give your body some pure time to heal. Makes sense to me. Like giving up gluten which my thyroid doctor said to do and that gluten also affects other organs in a negative way too, but you have to give ut up 100% for months and months to get any healing. This was a fun video. thank you❤

This "Bobby approved" thing is costing you a lot of money. Why not just use common sense. You are an adult, you know what is healthy and what's not. Not criticism, just wondering.
