When I drained cold 2qt came out so I put in 2.5. But when I drained it while the car was running .25 came out. If the .25 stays in and it ended up being extra, thats not enough to harm anything right?
No need to unless there's a catastrophic failure in the transmission. The part is only about $20. But changing it unnecessarily can do more harm than good. ruclips.net/video/Y2f7dFNP82k/видео.htmlsi=rzgD_tolWx7M23RP
Something interesting to point out for others. If you buy a non-OEM drain pan, the drain bolt that comes with it is the same exact size as the engine oil drain bolt. The bolt in this video was a pain for me. Way too easy to strip. I bought the aftermarket drain pan/bolt on Amazon for about $40 after tax. I figured, that if youre going to change the filter, you also might as well throw a new gasket on it as well. Its a bit of a mess dropping that pan, but its an easy job
You're measuring the fluid out because you're only getting a fraction of the fluid with this method. But that's fine because you will be keeping the fluid in good condition by changing those couple of quarts every 30K miles. Remember: Toyota claims the transmission fluid doesn't normally need to be changed. It's BS designed to sell more cars and parts, but it explains why they stopped equipping transmission fluid dipsticks.

Nice DIY! Thank you for sharing! I just bought a 2023 Toyota Corolla LE last year. Will this Camry DIY applies to the 2023 Corolla as well?
Nice 👍🏻 video looks very easy, no filter ?

Hello, Thanks for your video & appreciate it. Does car need to adjust to have level or just lift from front ?
Best if level

Always stick to OEM for some things.
You don't really need to change the filter if you change the fluid on time but doesn't hurt
Nice work 💪🏻
Underrated channel.
Good job brother.
Is there no dipstick on this age range Camry’s?
no
