I'm Rohit and have started my new career as a stock trader. Since I come from a job mentally background with lower levels of physical activity, safe environment, no push, lethargic surrounding and 'minimal effort' approach, I have become one of the examples of a very mediocre human being waiting to live safe and be dragged to death safely. The mindset I now need is an extensive one - one which has central characteristics of focus, hardword, pushing myself, round-the-clock alert, self dependence, no safety net, vulnerability etc. I have landed on your videos and now trying to reconstruct my mind/body/paradigm to be an achiever. I have been jogging since school days for about 2-5 km and i think it has helped me a lot in many ways. Recently i have joined kickboxing. I have tried kalaripayattu for 6 months. After hearing daily routine of you, I want to push it upto 10 km run and 1.5 hours kickboxing in coming 3 months. I do ocassional cycling. Cardio + self-defense is definitely unmatchable as sir said. My calf muscles strength have improved a lot. But i want to strengthen knees and backbone. Thank you for motivation and clarity on cardio + self-defence sir🙏. Also I never thought I could hear or watch a video directly from special force personnel 🙏.
Do heavy lifts 2 times per week for it should be heavy so u do only 3 reps for 3 sets then rest 5 min between sets don't do a lot or ull break bones, but this will strengthen bones if u do it with lot of rest

I also understand your concept sir during lockdown days as I am from himachal,me and my friends those days would got up at 4 am in morning and go for a hill run around 10 km after if we got time we use to play in the woods creating a combat scenario in our mind and escape through the mountain finding different paths Our diets also constitued of home made food and 3-4 eggs daily meat sometimes At evening we had fixed certain days of the week for certain activities like cycling,hiking,playing sports or some intense workout This concept helped me building a really good physique sir Plus me and my buddies are also sf aspirant

I am watching this for the first time and I am very much impressed. I am 65 and diabetic, when i was young I was to go to gym and i had six packs. At 24 I started drinking initially it was good but then it is become habit. I gave up smoking on 1st October 2003. I do drink but nut now it is moderate. Is it possible for me to get back in shape? I was waiting for such video. Now a days when it comes to fitness people think making muscles with supplements is only cool. But what if we need to fight or defend in some tragic situation. For that we need mental strength along with cardiovascular strength that you explained totally agree sir. There is no use of huge muscles we are not able to actively response in immediate situation that is real check of our fitness.
