Quitting caffeine basically cured my anxiety. I wake up with energy now. And i went from peeing up to 10 times a day to like 3 or 4. And it never feels like i have to go NOW anymore. And i stopped sweating a ton. Losing weight quicker. Funny how bad it can be for you. And how much it makes everything worse once your health starts to degrade.
A small coffee has about 40 to 50mg of caffeine, and it was a half life of 5 hours in your body. Drinking more coffee does not extend this period further, it only increases the caffeine spike and causes crashes. I'd say a maximum of 3 cups a day to remain alert, morning, after lunch, and just around sunset if you plan to do night activities.

Caffeine literally doesn’t work for me if anything it does the opposite of keeping me awake but I still drink it for the flavour
