- That's right. Part two is here. We go over all of the rare, unique and new pets coming in the burning crusade classic. Not very many rare spawns but there are some really cool pets to be had in #tbc for sure.
Which one are you most excited for? Trachela? New Wind Serpents? Let me know! I'd also be interested to hear if there's anything else burning crusade classic related you'd like to see. Whether it be hunter specific or not.
I know there was some weird audio in this video. For some reason, streamlabs decided to completely mess up and decided to switch over to regular obs for now. Hopefully the audio won't mess up again in the future.
Any advice for how I can improve the vids? Post it in the comments! I'd love some feedback.

Chimera's were tameable in the Wotlk pre patch at the end of TBC, when they added the tame "exotic" beasts talent in Beast mastery.
That's why a lot of people remember tameing it, because technically it was a part of TBC, just the very end. You could also tame the molten core hounds with that talent.
I took a raid to BWL and Tamed Cromag....

You showed the ghost saber at the end. I got that pet at level 22 on my hunter back in 2008! Still use it today!

Its all about the red lynx in tbc and ravagers!
One of my favorite parts about being a hunter was hunting and taming exotic beasts. It was like going on a exploration within a game that may not have intended you to do that (I'm sure Blizzard did:) but still.

You know what made me originally quit wow? I tamed the rare spawn Rak'Shiri (Aqua frost saber) in vanilla. I had that pet from before 60 all the way through Wrath. Then when Cata came out they changed him to a white frost saber because the creature no longer existed. I was broken XD

I agree with you, I didn't quit the game at this time but I remember being very disappointed. Haven't logged in for like 3 years I believe. Tempted to try TBC Classic but I don't wanna raid or focus on the gear, I just wanna relax leveling with a wind serpent as a buddy and actually take the time to read the quests and dialogue. It feels nostalgic thinking about, and adventure is something I miss about the game. I'd like WOLTK Classic since I started playing around that time, but that's not very likely to happen.
Got off topic but I'm debating if I should unfreeze my account or not, haha.
I love my 68 Rogue but this second hunter i started including retail 14 years ago. Is a lot of fun being able to have your pet take on 2 while you kite the 3rd. Rogue can only do that when geared with combat sword or Mace spec.
Warp Stalkers are cool with their teleports and can make for gimmicky PvP pets, but if you’re looking for the best DPS outputting pets, you’re gonna either want a Ravager or Wind Serpent
what about worms? they reduce enemy armor by half

Damn I forgot about that guy! I watched some of his stand up a looong time ago, I think it was pretty good.
I really like the super tall squid guys found in zangramarsh. I tamed the rare one by the old portal which gave you a buff which allowed you to walk on water in the local zone. Very useful for questing in the area. This was in mop days. The buff had been removed in bfa or so.
Don't forget that spore bats were the most commonly used pet in pvp back in tbc.
I’ll switch from BT to Ghost Saber for BIS pvp cat. I’ll get Trachela for soloing and I’ll use a wind serpent of some kind, unsure which model
Ghost Sabers are so nice. Definitely my second favorite cat in classic.

Hi, i just wanted to add one more Carrion bird to the list, Dire Raven/Brood of Anzu can be found in Blade's Edge(Ravenwood)/Sethekk Halls, and it looks like the first flight form that druids can get.

Seem to recall ghost wolves in Karazan, I think they were tameable at some point but so long ago....
That was GTSG that was tamed not the Kara Wolves.

From vanilla I want humar the pride lord because he's pretty fuckin sweet, other than that I think I'll actually tame a ravager and a warp stalker great bids man love the way you talk and the work you put into em
Humar is pretty sweeeeet. I'm so jealous he remains unique and my araga gets turned into a normal cat :[
Humar is on a three hour respawn timer not that long of a wait for a cool black cat if he's not there. There is a cat that's a named in azeroth with supposably a faster attk speed back in the day I had humar and that one and a wolf. Kind of stuck in a rcf in real life but I have permission to leave once we get off quarantine from covid and gave my cuz some money to build me a computer and get back into gamin especially TBC classic and diablo four when it comes out

Since Broken Tooth's attack speed will be fixed I guess I will play with Shy Rotam for pvp and pve, maybe with a Ravager if its really really needed for the meta, but I hate ravagers :'(
Gore is strong as fuck, has the highest average damage for an ability and has good passive stats. I'm not sure how much dps does tho.
@@DreamerRusty Yes but cats can learn BITE + CLAW and Ravagers only gore or gore + bite?
@@remsrems They both have bite, so in that regard they're equal. So the difference is gore and claw and gore has more damage over a long period. Later when you get crazy amounts of crit, you'll want to get a wind serpent, because due to "go for the troat" your pet wont be able to make use of its energy, unless its a wind serpent(50 focus ability).
Cats stink in pvp. Get a scorpid or snake vs casters and a bat vs melee

Haha well, I was wondering why people weren't clicking on the video, not a problem with the video itself.
I'm pretty happy with the content of the video.. It was supposed to show off the models, not pet family abilities. I will go over that in another video, but I'd like to wait until at least beta so I can test stuff out, instead of just relying on archived information.

Raptors didn’t suck in vanilla, they were equal dps to cats or better if you use dash on cat considering it’s a waste of that focus that regens oh so slow!
