Survival hunter on Gehennas EU here, id rather max out my agility and be expose bot, to a ceartain degree. id prefer the two axes as you can pop Mp5 on them instead of stones, and as its already tight on mana, im prolly going to maxx out thrill at the start of next phase.

Good video bobbed, one quick note though. Belt of One-Hundred deaths isn't actually better than Deep Shadows. Even after the hit rating factor. The difference is extremely minor but deep shadows still comes out ahead in a BiS situation. (Not like any of us hunters would see one-hundred deaths ever anyways)

Alright big question here I would like your input If I manage to pull together more than 3% Crit by replacing the 4 piece bonus and only keeping the 2 piece bonus, isn't it better than 5% on only steady shot? If Steady + Auto have +3% crit each, it's better than having +5% Crit on just steady shot? Or am I missing something here
Well definitely 3% overall crit is more than 5% just on steady. I tried to put together a lot of sets, especially with the engi helm and nothing overall beat using t5. The t5 pieces on their own are all pretty good.

@BigBobbedBoi I did infact get the Opera Dagger you were after, however I ran HC Auc Crypts somewhere in the 35-45 ballpark. Didnt see that ugly claw drop once, I have Legacy, and I have the Dagger from Consortium Exalt rep. But the pain of HC Auch Crypts is unreal. I got the dexterity pattern for enchanting there, way beyond exalted rep and ive seen every other item it drops over 10x at least. The claw is supposedly the highest dropping item from the first boss. What the hell, man?
With phase 2 out now i just boosted a hunter to swap mains what professions would you recommend can't decide between skin/lw to catch up or JC/enchanting/engineering

Hi Bobby, personally I'm considering dropping t5 gloves for Merciless Glad gloves if leggings of murderous intent becomes a pain in the ass to get, the extra damage on multishot could be good in a lot of fights on phase 2
I did the math on that for p1 and it unfortunately sucked. I was really expecting it to be worth it as well, but it wasn't. I don't think p2 would change that.
The Kara rep arrows won't be out until P3 I believe - so yeah the adamantite arrows will be BiS. Looking forward to actually making some money from Engi crafting, finally

Isn't a second active trinket like Badge of Tenacity interestung for every Hunter to swap in fights? P2 bossfights will take a couple of minutes so you should be able to make use of multiple trinkets
For SV Hunters, would T5 gear push us high enough crit to switch to Wind Serpents so our pet isn't Focus capped from GftT? Also the time to switch the spec from 0/20/39 to 7/20/34?
Wind Serpents sim 7 DPS higher in P2 SV BIS gear, but they eat valuable storm strike debuffs, don't take em, also, their AI is really stupid. As for what spec you want, 7/20/34 sims higher but most will advice you to only switch to that spec if you also have DST. But double rapid fire/misdirect is always nice, and more on demand instead of playing the RNGesus game. Take what you like more

Was wondering the same….as good as it SEEMS for soloing…it might not be great if you get some massive crits and generate threat from that, plus those crits translating to massive heals on the pet generating threat too….especially if you’re survival lol.

Wait, why don't hunters have prio? Hunter/Mage/Warlock tokens so, I would probably get any mage that's willing to arcane prio for the 2pc, but after that go to hunter for the 4pc. We're also going to have 2 tokens dropping at a time so it shouldn't be that difficult to get.
@@gamersrevenge6528 I mean GDKP is even more of a nightmare. You'll probably have all hunters on a 2-3 unusable pieces for the first few months of P2 if they're just bidding against each other.
@@Bigbobbedboi We run 3 mages, 2 arc 1 fire. Unfortuntely, the DPS gain for fire mages is quite a bit more than for hunters, so we're behind 2x 2piece arcane, and 4 piece fire
It's about play style, if you like doing damage yourself and thats all you care about, stay BM. If you like the thought of putting up a huge debuff for your melee and being a huge utility for the raid, go survival and stack agility
I still play klazzic. I mean.. I knew what it was going into since I played original TBC and had an idea of what 2021 blizzard would do with it. I don't play it 24/7, but playing a hunter in TBC klazzic is definitely dope sheeeeit.

after testing SSC on ptr i am thinking the 2 piece will be very nice. pet takes a FUCK TON of dmg on trash and bosses.

Multishot is just a very small proportion of our damage, compared to back in Vanilla.

If you DO have a guaranteed Boomy, and are very unlikely to play surv, would black eagle be worth over deep shadow?
pure dps its like 2-3dps lower in sims, but it has INT, which is valued as 0 for sim purpose, but 0 mana does less damage then non 0 mana
