Spurious speculation here. Israel has very strong intelligence in Iran. If they are to attack, they would have known whether Iran has the nuclear weapon. If Iran has it, they would have made known to the whole world to deter Israel.

Im more worried about how much sovereignty the uk is losing to the u.s. 12000 u.s troops stationed in the uk. We have just handed over chagos islands back to maldives to keep the us military base there. We are complicit with genocide . And to top it all off British citizens are not allowed to know what happens on u.s military bases in the uk let alone the ones outside of the uk (cyprus etc)

@@petethepeg2 A nuclear weapon is useful only as a deterrent. If you have it, you must speak it loud and clear so that your enemy will be wary to hit you hard. Hinting is not the way to go to deter.
So Israel has 6 months to do what is absolutely necessary.

To the best of my knowledge Iran does not have weapons-grade uranium...yet. They therefore don't have nuclear weapons.

As Iran ships in conventional weapons from North Korea, what would prevent them from purchasing a few nukes? They must already have them.
If it becomes known that NK is behind giving nukes to Iran and Iran uses them, NK is in for either conventional or nuclear destruction.

Possibly, but I don't actually see North Korea or Russia selling their nuclear weapons. It's incredibly dangerous to proliferate nuclear weapons and once it's happened there is no going back. Pakistan certainly won't sell any of theirs to Iran as they are different Muslim sects.
Another factor is that it would probably expose how developed, or not, the donor country's nuclear arsenal is. Which both Russia and North Korea may prefer not to do. Russias ex-Soviet arsenal is old and is bound to be badly maintained. Also there is still a question if North Korea actually has functional nuclear weapons. There were a couple of underground tests, but it's entirely possible that they were faked with conventional explosives. Of course the US probably knows for sure if they do or not, but it does serve America to say that North Korea is nuclear armed. The reality is above our pay grade.
That's my 2¢ anyway.
