Wellcome back Andy glad you ok. Will be a struggle for a few months.! Ive had covid again two weeks ago struggling with fitness and had a stomach bug too. Has been horrendous again! Glad to see you back take care 👊🏻
Sorry that you've been unwell Andrew, but glad that you're on the mend and finally able to get back on the bike!! Great video as usual, excellent riding and scenery too!!
Hi Andrew, I was wondering if there was something wrong, I'm glad you're ok, and you're recovering well! It's good to see you enjoying being back on the bike. You definitely made a great choice on destination, it looks amazing, I wish I was there with you mate!👍
Not a bad set of trails to start after over a month off 👍 not been riding myself for about a month, DIY big shed build for all my bike stuff 😉 and I've missed the riding and editing, must have been hard for you missing all that, great to see your vids your an inspiration to me and many others 👍😎💪
good to see you back riding Andrew and some nice trail skills there - always interesting riding new trails! good to see the Highlander shredding the ebikes - good luck not over cooking brakes on those trails though :) nice one
Good to see you back :) hopefully, I should be back on the bike in September after finally getting my pins out of my failed hip and a full hip replacement done. now need to get fitness back ready for our postponed trip to Scotland next august :)
Good to see you back Andrew. Covid sucks. As does food poisoning! Enjoy the great outdoors. Doing more MTB myself partially inspired by looking at your films!👍
@@McTrailRider Riding the northern section of the Great North Trail - Fort Augustus to Cape Wrath - in September. Should be good if the weather behaves. 🤞
Dont know if you already tried but I used to run Galfer's ebike specific brake pads and helped me a lot with brake fade from overheating, dont know if you have that problem aswell.
I’ve used Galfer pads in the past, and I’ve think they are fantastic. Thankfully my problem at the moment is simply noise, the performance is still great with no fade 👍
Glad your now feeling better and the videos return get a Levo and you would be back up and runing within days thats why people have them as Specialized offer the best service of any ebike at the moment.
Good to have you back and some mighty nice trails there. Wondering what you meant when you said it was too dark for the max lens mod? Does it require more light than the standard lens, or was it just too shaky on the chest mount in low light?
Most of this is audio straight from the GoPro, but the shots at the start from the chest were used in conjunction with the dji mic. You can connect it to the GoPro media mod, but I just used it as a separate audio recorder.
Shit when you cant ride for a few weeks or so, your fitness levels take a hit and even more so when you have been ill too............. Thx for the content......... ☮👍👍
@@ianhorsekelly9144 my issue was more of a communication problem and I’m going through a different process as I didn’t buy my bike. I would have had a better/faster experience if I had bought it 🤦🏼♂️

Thanks for your support mate
Agreed Gee. Still the go-to for so many of us 😁

Glad you are better and back on the bike We missed you 👍. Fantastic video and riding
Thanks dude, appreciate it 👍
It's always daunting when the first ride back after a time out the saddle is somewhere you've never ridden before. Well done!
Very true, but it’s well and truly broken the seal now👍
Really good to have you back Andrew. The wait was long but worth it 👍
Appreciate it mate 😊
What an awesome place. Glad to see your back and on the road to recovery!
Pretty much fully recovered now 👍
I'm on the COVID recovery train too, it's pish. Three weeks out and still got a lovely hacking cough. Good to see you back!
It’s not great is it😬
Hope ya get the ebike sorted soon mate, great to see you back!
Got the ebike back yesterday, can’t wait to use it again 🤗
cant beat some steepness to blow the cobb webs away , looked a brilliant location !!!
Certainly does the job 👍
Thanks Andrew...good too see you back .I am OAF, and just went through Covid myself , I was able to get Paxlovid , and it worked !
Interesting 🤔 I was keen to just let it run its course and see how I dealt with it. Lack of energy was the main issue after though.

Good chatting to you and Piers in the carpark! Aigas is a great little spot. Deer Dodger always lulls you into a false sense of security haha! 😂
You to mate. Apologise if I wasn’t much craic, I managed to develop a massive migraine once I stopped.
@@McTrailRider Not at all, was good meeting you both!
Outstanding shredding Sir
Thanks Richard
Thanks for sharing another ride. I thoroughly enjoyed it. You don’t need no ebike man.
Nobody needs an ebike really, but it doesn’t stop me wanting to use them 😜

Your TrailForks is so fast! Fast phone + fast internet combination eh? I suppose offline maps don't need a connection but still that was way fast.
I’ve got the maps downloaded, which is the main thing. Only requires a gps signal from there 👍
Welcome back buddy
Thanks dude
Back in the game!

Thanks Nathan. Had a Levo before and loved it, but I simply couldn’t afford one these days.
Good to have you back and some mighty nice trails there. Wondering what you meant when you said it was too dark for the max lens mod? Does it require more light than the standard lens, or was it just too shaky on the chest mount in low light?
The Max lens crops in on the sensor which results in less pixels and poorer low light capability.
Good to see you sunshine, excellent vid as always!
Thanks Nino 👍
What microphone do you use and is it compatible with gopro s
Most of this is audio straight from the GoPro, but the shots at the start from the chest were used in conjunction with the dji mic. You can connect it to the GoPro media mod, but I just used it as a separate audio recorder.
