In this video we fix a dirty and oxidized Neo Geo Cartridge with DeOxit products. They work amazingly great on the edge connectors which are notorious to get dirty and cause connection issues.

Many MVS carts that have come through my door have received this treatment. Nice work breaking it down for everyone.
Thanks, I got a slightly different version of the kit, the Audio/Video Survival Kit which is slightly different in contents [no nail polish bottles] but I was able to recover/get working a "non working" AES US Cyberlip that just needed a good clean that I got for cheap :)
Yeah, a lot of them are really dirty. I clean everything that I get. I don't want to transfer any of the dirt to my PCB contacts. ;-)

I don't think they make those EXACT ones anymore. But I did put links in the description for similar kits. The DeOxit Technicians' Survival kit is the closest one and has everything you need.
I have an aero fighters 2 cart that worked before I moved my 4 slot cab. Now it works except sound is gone and it kills sound on the carts behind it. Any ideas? I’ve swapped it into other slots and same thing
Do other carts have sound with AeroFighters 2 removed?

@@delsarcade I have not I will have to order some from amazon. I'm thinking it's more likely a chip, but neo geo stuff sometimes have weird issues.
You could've bought another Metal Slug 3 cart for less than the cost of all that Deoxit.
Note even CLOSE, the Metal Slug series is the most expensive to obtain, but I hear ya. Lol! I did get most of my DeOxit from a sponsor though... So that helps!
@@delsarcade LOL I need to go look in my MVS drawer and see if I have any Metal Slug games. I can play it on just about any other device, at this point, so I could live without the cart. ;)
