I completed this challenge 2 days ago. I must say, you all should try it. I felt so good doing these exercises. I have grown stronger, I feel quite fit and I have lost a lot of fat too. My body looks quite toned and I am very satisfied with this challenge. @@rupinjeremiah9589 Hey! Late reply and I'm not OP, but I'm also doing the challenge and I'll tell you that YES these lessons are absolutely for men as well! Don't worry about your arms giving up. That's A SIGN THAT THE MUSCLES ARE GROWING! :) You shouldn't use "proper" weights if you cannot keep your form correct or if you cannot complete the rep as a beginner - just stick with something light (like a stick, light water bottle, a clothing detergent bottle for exercises you can do, etc) and I promise you WILL progress enough where you'll be able to incorporate weights! Also, having no weights doesn't mean it's womanly ;) it just means you're working out at a pace your body can handle! You can DO IT!

As a man I really want to be strong and empowered in front of my MIL! I tried arm-wrestle test against my mother-in-law's arm but even using two arms together against her one arm I could not even move her arm! :(

As a beginner I can highly recommend this workout! It IS indeed challenging (who would have guessed xD) but I didnt have too much struggles. It is doable. Im so thankful that Im able to do these free programs! Thank you Chloe! My hands are trembling but I feel happy that I managed to do this! You also can do it! :D
I'm loving the new weighted program! I like that Chloe incorporates both body weight and weights. I'm doing the get fit challenge 3x week, and running 3 x week because running is my goal right now, but i love being able to do something to keep my muscle mass, and make me stronger at home, free, and with the equipment I have. When I don;t feel like doing anything on my own at least I have the video to keep me company.

I've never prioritized my arms, I used to workout my core and my lower body but never my arms. I wanted to gain arm strenght as a new goal so I started working on my arms more often, I worked on my push ups and I eventually build some arm strenght so I started using wheights, swapping to body wheight arm excercises to wheighted was really hard but exciting cause I love working With dumbells (makes me feel so strong lol), I Usually struggle finding dumbell arm workouts that are ACTUALLY for beginners, this worked excelent for me, it was really hard but not impossible, really appreciate your workouts!
I LOVED this arm workout!!! Straight to the point!!! No fuss, no muss!!! OK, after this workout & my cardio around the lake by me, I'm a sweaty mess! SHOWER TIME!!! Thanks Chloe!!!

i don't care what anyone says. i've tried multile fitness programs on yt but chloe makes the best most well-ballanced arm workouts. 🔥 it's not too easy that it bores me, and not too hard that it makes me feel inadequate. love you, queen.

I like how it says the progression in blue on the top right. I like seeing the 65%, 85%, 99%, 100%, and how it changes to yellow when it is time to rest.
As a beginner I can highly recommend this workout! It IS indeed challenging (who would have guessed xD) but I didnt have too much struggles. It is doable. Im so thankful that Im able to do these free programs! Thank you Chloe! My hands are trembling but I feel happy that I managed to do this! You also can do it! :D
I'm loving the new weighted program! I like that Chloe incorporates both body weight and weights. I'm doing the get fit challenge 3x week, and running 3 x week because running is my goal right now, but i love being able to do something to keep my muscle mass, and make me stronger at home, free, and with the equipment I have. When I don;t feel like doing anything on my own at least I have the video to keep me company.

This is my favorite workout!! My back is so much stronger which is great for my scoliosis. My arms are also slowly getting toned!

I have been working out since December. So, I haven't seen many changes in my body but the most important thing is that I feel very confident and happy I hope with consistent training and a proper diet I can transform my body. Keep doing work out without focusing on the goal.

Omg I did your 2 week shred last year and FELL IN LOVE with it. I lost inches and was looking good! But…..soon after i was really seeing results, I got pregnant 😅 can you do a postpartum workout? I literally LOVE your videos!
I've never prioritized my arms, I used to workout my core and my lower body but never my arms. I wanted to gain arm strenght as a new goal so I started working on my arms more often, I worked on my push ups and I eventually build some arm strenght so I started using wheights, swapping to body wheight arm excercises to wheighted was really hard but exciting cause I love working With dumbells (makes me feel so strong lol), I Usually struggle finding dumbell arm workouts that are ACTUALLY for beginners, this worked excelent for me, it was really hard but not impossible, really appreciate your workouts!

This one is great alternative for upper body without hurting your wrists. I need to remember this one during my challenges to change it out for others that require a lot of holding yourself up with your wrists.
