Your overestimation on cals is probably the tortilla, and your underestimation on protein is probably on the chicken breast and Greek yogurt. I would average ~50cals on a low cal tortilla, ~2p on the Greek yogurt and closer to ~30p on the chicken breast. All just guesstimations as well, but it’s definitely possible.
This is NOT 60g of protein per burrito. That's just straight lies to get views. 8 eggs, 1/2 cup of greek yogurt, and 1lb of chicken breast is ~180g protein total. Low cal tortilla is 60cal
@@hardcoreromeo2111there are no burrito size tortillas for 60 cals dude
Please for the love of all other countries - put the equivalent in grams or other metric on the screen... How much is a ducking cup of greek yoghurt 😂
Most other countries also use measuring cups..? Where are you located that doesn't have measuring cups? o.o Metric cups are only 10ml larger than American cups. It's basically a 1:1 conversion for cups. A quick google says one cup is 250ml.
2 eggs = 140c 14p
greek yogurt = 17 c 0p
1/4# chicken breast =140c 23 p
tortilla = 200c 6p
sriracha = 20c 0p
cheese = 90c 7p
Total = 607c 50p
Not bad. Whenever I see a better than ten to one ratio of calories to protein I get skeptical.
I am the 5100th like 😂
The taco seasoning might be a lil unhealthy but yeah
This is NOT 60g of protein per burrito. That's just straight lies to get views. 8 eggs, 1/2 cup of greek yogurt, and 1lb of chicken breast is ~180g protein total. He says these make enough to last the "whole week" but you can only get 60g per burrito if you only make 3 burritos. He doesn't tell you the exact number of burritos this makes, but the "whole week" is not only 3 days. You'd have to do this process twice, or double everything up, to make enough for 6 days of the week.
Use egg beaters/egg whites instead of whole eggs, saves calories
I doubt the calories
I love you
Wouldn't kill you to add some vegetables
Fat free cheese is not good. Better to use full fat
