Well, movie Galvatron was voiced by Lenard Nemoy, who also voiced Master Xehanort, so... Evil kinda does fight his motif.

Let’s be honest, Megatron and Galvatron were the best parts. You can see that the writers gave a shit about these two (and prime somewhat) and as a result, we have the most accurate representation of Galvatron and the most sympathetic Megatron.

Either way, regardless of Nemesis' and Galvatron's intentions of destroying Unicron being genuine or not, the fact remains that if the Autobots and Decepticons give up the Allspark, it's a self-fulfilling prophecy in a manner.
(Edit): If the Allspark were to fail in destroying Unicron, then Cybertron would die along with its remaining inhabitants, and Megatron and Optimus would become enslaved to Unicron once again. For some reason, the writers decided to retcon the fact that the Matrix of Leadership is the one artifact that can truly defeat Unicron.
It's a dumb idea ! Only Primus has the power to destroy Unicron, or maybe a tun of nukes.

@@eu29lex16 well, yes, but that's more of a proxy thing. In some continuities the Matrix doesn't come from Primus.
These are the things that can affect Unicron:
- Primus himself (Numerous established lore)
- Matrix of Leadership (1986 movie, Prime cartoon)
- sheer firepower (Energon cartoon)
If what I remember correctly I think the series creator said in an interview that the reason they needed the all spark was because unicron merged all his incarnations into one form and because of that the matrix was not gonna be enough any more and instead required the pure spark of primus aka the all spark.
Honestly, I don’t get why people hate this show. Yeah, it has problems, but as a die hard Transformers fan, I loved this show. I’m sad we’re not going to get more of it.
I thought it was well received? Not to mention, its like the only lore and character driven Transformers show with no human involvement at all.

Jason Marnocha did an Incredible Performances as Megatron and Galvatron in The Transformers War For Cybertron Trilogy. Jason Marnocha Pays Tribute to Frank Welker’s Raspy Voice and while Megatron his Own Character. Jason Marnocha still Uses Frank Welker’s Raspy Voice for Galvatron but he is Calm and Sane as The Late Leonard Nimoy (1931 - 2015) Performance as Galvatron to make his Version of Galvatron.
He does a pretty good job as the voice of Megatron. Obviously he doesn't hold a candle to Frank Welker's legendary performance as Megatron. Now, I don't hate this Megatron, he does a pretty good job, even better than the VA for Optimus in this trilogy but overall I think Megatron is much more in character than Optimus is since this Optimus is a rather controversial take on the character and he isn't really confident or has the same energy as Peter Cullen's Optimus.

Kinda wished there was a scene where Megatron takes on nemesis and prime takes on galvatron. Would be a badass team up AND they'd both be satisfied defeating each others future selves
Well Galvatron’s voice is no Leonard Nimoy or Frank Welker, But it is pretty good.
Idk how I never noticed it before, in all my years of watching The Transformers, but if you take the prongs off of Galvatron's helmet, you get a smoother version of Megatron's helmet.
Watch this scene with the song The Story Never Ends by Rina Chinen.
It makes it more emotional (which I didn't on purpose at first) but it goes well with how Megatron's descent from saving Cybertron to saving his own skin (Galvatron) makes it more compelling. It'll show how Megatron will eventually lose his way in the end.
Also, the show the song came from was unearned due to how the characters in that show was...all over the place.
You can see how much Megatron is fucking horrified over the return of slavery.

It probably has to do with how old he is.
He called Megatron "Young One" and considering they are all immortal, Galvatron is probably millions of years old.
So that means all that time he was able to temper his mood to the point that instead of screaming to the heavens every moment he got, his anger is tempered inside him until it breaks free.

Starscream knew from the golden disk earlier
Optimus Primal stated that in their timeline/universe, they were under the constant threat of Unicron and his heralds Galvatron and Nemesis Prime. Optimus Prime knew of Nemesis because of Primal's mistaking of him as Nemesis and before they left Earth for Cybertron, Primal wanted to inform him of the being he may end up becoming, but Prime didn't want to hear it at that time. Prime immediately knew who Nemesis was upon seeing him for the very first time.
The Predacons are from the same timeline as their Maximal counterparts, so of course they would know who Galvatron, Nemesis and Unicron are. Before the uprising against them, Galvatron says "We even gave that golden disk to that idiot Predacon!" indicating that Megatron (Beast Wars) and Galvatron met at one point.
Perhaps off screen, the Maximals shared their knowledge of Unicron and his heralds with the Autobots. Megatron had reoccurring nightmares of his fate (some of which are due to his exposure to the golden disk) which is ultimately confirmed when he meets Galvatron face to face, who pretty much reveals who he is. Starscream gets his knowledge of Unicron and his heralds due to his exposure to the information presented on that golden disk, and because he constantly screams about it, the other Decepticons have at least heard of them.
Megatron: *Who the hell are you?*
Galvatron: *I am the future, Megatron. Or should I say....."your future"....*

Yeah, and Frank Welker still is the best Megatron ever had next to Hugo Weaving but The Way Frank did Galvatron’s voice in the post movie seasons made him sound more like an Angry little Chipmunk 😊

Too bad it's not the allspark that can destroy Unicron, its the Matrix of Leadership, established by the original canon
This is a different canon.
In the Prime cartoon the Matrix could only return Unicorn to stasis. The Matrix and the Allspark combined have the power of the 13 Primes and Primus himself, which would probably be needed to completely destroy Unicorn.
I just remembered that only the bearer of the Matrix would be allowed access to the Allspark in season 3. That’s why Galvatron said that Megatron needed it. Even so, having both the Matrix and the Allspark would likely guarantee Unicorn’s destruction.
Also, it’s possible that if both Primus and Unicron were destroyed, it would be catastrophic for the entire universe. In the Cybertron/Galaxy Force portion of the Unicron trilogy, Unicron’s destruction created a black hole that altered time and space and threatened to destroy that universe. So the mutual destruction of both deities could end an entire universe.

Well in reality g1 galvatron from the og Series never was willing to serve unicrone and was more like megatron but galvatron needed helo to be free in the movie and also galcatron is not capable to destroy his planet nor betray himself/megatron, in my opinion g1 galvyron is better ,wfc was grea but galvatron and optimus prime beeeded more of that g1 cartoon characteristics of the characters they were

Damn, I haven't seen the show myself, but judging by these clips the sound quality is trash. The voice acting is ok for some characters though but others just sound bored at best. What kind of budget did Netflix have?
Everything is ok except BW megatron' voice and this is not original sound clip.
Watch the show on Netflix and you will see the perfect audio quality.
