Yeah he's not bad at all. Other than him trying to hastily kill Shinji, he's a good kid who's alone in the world and trying to be the best he can be. He's like a mentally stable Akechi.

@@KenAmadaIRL Hard agree. Yeah, he's a little tsundere about liking 'kid stuff' like Neo Featherman and whatnot and his anger towards Shinji can be jarring, but outside of that he's really a wonderful kid.

I don’t like him because my favorite is Shinjiro and I feel like he may have found some compassion for Shinjiro after awakening to his own Persona, seeing the dark hour, etc. but I also totally understand his anger. I just don’t like how he acts like Shinjiro killed his mom on purpose (although that honestly could be the impression he’s under).
It also begs the question though…why wasn’t Ken’s mom in a coffin during the Dark Hour? She only could have been killed by a Persona if she was out and about during the Dark Hour. Could Ken’s mom have the potential and passed it down to her son?
