At 8:00 in to the video there is another "sell" signal in red that you may not have seen after you would have bought in. Shortly after that another buy signal(green dot) was formed. Technically it was an anchor wave and then a trigger wave setup.
Great video mate, I am using vumanchu cipher B to trade divergences with alerts, the strange thing i am experiencing is that the indicator will always wait 2 bars till it confirms the divergence. ( so if you have a divergence in the 1 hour chart, it will wait another 2 hours before alerting you) do you have any idea how to change this in the code to make it more acccurate like alerting as soon as the candle closes? thanks in advance
The problem with the divergence lines is that it appears only after when the price already has moved up or down significantly. Unless it appears before the bullish or bearish price movement, it is useless. Test it on a live trade, or at least on the playback mode, and try to catch those divergence signs. I did that and it was useless because the signs appear 2 or bars after the price already moved on.
_"it appears only after when the price already has moved up or down significantly"_ the large dots do lag by 3 candles yep. The small dots don't. I factored all of that in and turned my (modified) script into a strategy, with buys only allowed above EMA 500 (on 15m) and in one 4 month period, BTC dropped -34% while the strategy gained 42% 😛There's lag on the large dots but that's factored into the backtesting I did and those *were* the results. I've never found anything better than this indicator, as long as it's used the right way and it's modified to include an EMA. Then it's a bit like the MACD with EMA strategy.
@@spiftheninja Since my last comment I found that I can set it up to cross certain points but I don't see an option for the MFI to cross the zero line. On another video for Market Cypher I see this option but not for the VuMan Chu copy. There's an option for an MFI Top and MFI Bottom Line though.
@@spiftheninja I was able to add a horizontal line at the zero line and set an alert for when that's crossed. I'm not sure how to set it yet when it comes to the MFI top or bottom so I'll play with it.
@@JosephHowes2003 So you can set the Condition to VMC_Cipher_B, and to the right of condition, you will see a selectable box where you can pick MFI Bar Top or MFI Bar Bottom. Then underneath it, you can change to Crossing or Crossing Up/Down. I wish I could send screenshots here. Let me know if this helps.
@@JosephHowes2003 I have had some set for MFI crossing since yesterday but they don't appear to have fired. Maybe we need to create our own copy of VMC with new alert conditions :)
I use this on 15m and have it so there's only a buy above EMA 500 (Gold dot buys are still allowed under EMA but, only those). If you don't buy above EMA, there's buy signals all the way down a dump, that might last for weeks! It can still be profitable even when doing that - but cutting out buys under EMA doubled the gains on my backtesting. In one period, BTC dropped -34% but the strategy gained 42%... so take that, hodlers!
What i loved best was the insistence on 0.0000
bruh thats why i left a dislike

Starting to see a lot of traders using this indicator as the secondary confirmation item with the "Moneyball" indicator (in Tradingview)
very useful and helpful video thank you I am still learning in the nusantara fx community

Blue & purple osc lines are Stoch-Rsi................. RSI is not displayed by default, and you do not have it turned on.

Most wanted vdos❤
What is the title of the video that comes after this video? The next class???
The "Subscribe" notifications in this video were too distracting.
Is there a way to setup a bot to do this for you? It seems that the only alerts for the VuMan Chu indicator are for the red and green dots alone.
You can also setup alerts for things like the MFI crossing the zero line. Just play around with the alerts! You'll find many things you can do.

You forgot a zero
What is the best time frame chart to use?
5m chart
0 is the same as 0.00000 lol
Useless unless test more than 100time
you can check our next video for the tested 100x times :)
Even a 100x test doesn’t prove shit. Good video man don’t listen to the haters!
