    This tutorial really helps me understand those critical points that I need to address on my STAR framework. The only thing that makes me so frustrated was how I could get so many "stories" to answer these behavioral questions. :(

    I think the word "Conlict" is an extremely misleading choice of words to describe a Difference in business practices.
