You most probably have an abundance of skills, qualities and experience to bring to the role already. When they ask you the question "Tell Me About Yourself?", I recommend answering it in a manner similar to the following:
"I have a wealth of experience that I feel will be suitable to the job description. First and foremost, I have a thorough understanding that safety is absolutely critical to this role, and everything I do in a work situation has safety at the forefront of my mind. I am also able to follow strict rules and health & safety procedures whilst also having a thorough knowledge of risk assessment, both standard and dynamic. Whilst I can be relied upon to work alone and deliver upon the organisations goals and targets, I am also a highly competent team worker who can work with others both internally and externally to deliver upon tasks and projects. I fully understand that the success of your HMS Excellent is dependent on its workforce working together, acting safely at all times and also providing excellent service for its clients and customers."

Q. When have you delivered outstanding customer service?
In relation to the interview question "Tell Me About Yourself?", I recommend focusing on the following areas:
1. Your ability to lead and manage and also take responsibility.
2. An ability to communicate effectively.
3. An ability to be customer-focused, whilst still maintaining procedures.
4. You are safety-conscious and can follow rules and procedures.
5. You can work under pressure and remain calm at all times.
