My PC is a custom rig built in 2018, mounting 2 linked 1080Ti and i7 processor, pretty old, but ZERO issues with WuWa. no stuttering, no crashes, nothing and i am running the game on max settings. I had some minor issues with ping spikes on NA server that went away by resetting the router. I'd suggest to check the drivers, RTX cards did have lots of issues in recent times. Kuro also fixed major bugs in no time and still fixing them as we speak. On the other hand Xinyan s tier shield bug carried on for almost 4 years and counting. Just to name one. WuWa is on the right path, needs some improvements on story telling, QoL ( some dungeons are WAY too costly) and maybe the music, so far 7/10
Im on sea server the playstore rating is 4.5star out of 5. I think in Asia wuwa has a lot more players than the western side, wuwa doing good in here
i love it so much! but i also thought I loved genshin when it first released, so it really depends on which direction KURO chooses to take in its future updates. For genshin, I got bored around 2.7-3.1 because of its repetitivity and boring exploration (IMO). When I first played WuWa, I was bored during the prologue and dropped it for a few days. However, when I decided to pick it up again and finished the story, I was so immersed in the graphics and mechanics of the world that I fell in love! 1.1 was really fun, so I hope they will continue to have rewarding and entertaining updates like this one! (I play on a strong desktop and a Samsung Z flip LOL and they both run beautifully)
Samsung Z flip 😭 probably the perfect phone to play this game on. Yeah I’m hoping they come with some very strong updates so that players stay entertained!
I'm running WuWa on a CPU from 2016 and a graphic card from 2013 and it runs fine on this fossil of a PC LOL I legit haven't run into a single problem yet (knock on wood).
So I really don't understand how people's PC's can't run it...there's no way they're playing on PC's older than mine...right??
It seems everyone is having different experiences 😭 we have ppl with pc’s better than mine having issues and you’re experiencing zero issues. Whatever the root cause I hope they fix it soon since the main issue everyone has is the performance

Personally i like wuwa! I played for lingyang (the lion boy) cuz i thought his design was cute & liked his premise. The rates for me treated me well too (atleast for 5* characters) & felt pretty reasonable to me having played some gachas before. Only thing i can really complain about is how it does lag sometimes but for me it depends on wifi, and also how it heats my phone (iphone 15) really fast.
Oof heating the iPhone 15 very fast is an issue considering it’s one of the best phones out. THATS why controller support was something that was super important for them to have on day 1
I would give it a 7. I love the game, but I play on my Ipad and I need them to put a controller support because trying to do high level holograms is not even fun 😅 and the camera/lock on is still quite annoying. Guess that’s what I get for not having invested in a PC yet 🤷🏻♀️
CONTROLLER SUPPORT should’ve been there day one since it’s on PGR

This should’ve definitely been a console release. I hope it can be on PlayStation and Xbox. I don’t see the reason to leave Microsoft out of this one.

I play it on PC. Intel core i7, nVidia 2060 8G, and 18G RAM.
Had issues with sudden lag spikes that shot up to 999 ping for no reason, and needed a bit to calm down. Mildly long loading time launching the game. Otherwise I had no issues with it.
I'm giving it a solid 8/10 despite the technical difficulties, ping hicups and the issues with english VA (I never use english in these games). I knocked 2 points out of the score because of some story elements I wasn't fond of.
Part of the PC issues are related to the Drive the game is installed, i know a lot of people that has the game on an HD what usually would be fine cus the game doesnt demand that much more to run, but Wuwa has a serious drive read ratio (i think its how its called) what makes the game stutter a lot on slower drives, and to be honest i installed the game on a sata ssd, and still had those sttutters, while my pc far exceed the requirements to run the game, the game got stable on an NVME drive only for me. Thats a serious optimization issue since at lauch on the data SSD the game did run worse than hogwarts legacy, good FPS but terrible frametime.
Funny you said if running on iPhone 8 😅 lol been playing wuwa since release and don’t have any issues lol besides the heating up the phone but only after playing on it for like 2hrs straight lol

Iam worried because i heard all this talk they making the performance better in 1.1 and they didnt actually do anything...? The performance in many cases is worse, it still has 60 fps cap. Still cant customize keybinds and the camera / lock on is much worse. I cant personally get exited about new waifus if the game runs like shit. Edit. And iam running on rtx 3060 gaming oc and ryzen 7 5800X, 32 GB ram.
Bro has a better build than me and is lagging 😭 how is that possible. Yeah im they need to fix this especially when you have a really good build and it’s not working properly.
really? i mean there's still some stutters here and there but at least for me it's running way better than 1.0, i can actually play the game on my notebook on low settings now lol

i agree with most of the points in the video, although i did have to leave a comment after hearing the ark bit because from my own experience, ark is a mess. i play with 32gb ram, rtx 3060 12g, and a i5 10400f and i still have trouble playing it on the lowest settings, let alone with mods. otherwise great video!^^
We have the same rig besides the cpu. I haven’t played ark on my current rig so I’m not sure how my current rig would work. But thank you for your kind words
Complaining about ping is the game is skill issue because the ping doesnt really matter on this game.
it DOES matter in a fast switching game, when your characters take 1 extra second to take the field. This " skill issue" meme is becoming very stale, kids. Very very stale.

It's cool, but it feels too much like Genshin besides the combat. Instead of copying things like leveling mechanics, item drops, artifacts, etc. Then couldn't have done something different. It's just Genshin with better combat. Thats it, and people will let that sink into their heads when the honeymoon phase is over.
Haha true. I think the base formula they have rn is that. Wether that’s a good or bad thing is subjective but hopefully with time they can stand out more besides just combat and exploration
12:35 GTA V is a decade old game but still is more graphically impressive than Wuthering Waves but the PS4 can run that game pretty fine.
That being said, many people can run GTA V at 60+ fps but have stuttering issues on WuWa. WuWa is poorly optimized.
