Good Video!🙂I liked your list! In case you are curious, there is a hidden indie gem called "No Time" that is an "open-world" time travel game with an interesting story.
I'm so glad you made this video. I entirely agree, while having this many games is great and all, I've seriously been disinterested in trying to really look for games I want to play in the steam store, it's felt like there's been so many popular and well made games coming out this past year that I can't take the time to bother myself in finding those hidden gem games that I just end up buying whatever's on sale, definitely getting vividlope and slayer x. Seriously, seriously, seriously great content, your videos are awesome and introduce me to games I've gotten really into, looking forward to next year for Indie Game Oasis!
Really happy I discovered this channel, I'd really like to give 24 Killers and Moonring a try; the former because I liked what Moon was going for, the latter just 'cuz it looks fun! Incidentally, after seeing Let's Revolution, I want to shout-out another obscure Minesweeper-adjacent title, Katja's Abyss, which turns the experience into a turn-based tactics game with units to build and monsters to fight. I'm surprised there's so much potential to expand on Minesweeper's foundation!
What is your hidden indie gem of 2023?
You've got to check out VA Proxy; it's going to be one of the best indie games of 2024.
Thanks, added it to my wishlist!
shoutout to the moonring dev, he sounds like a real one

You're welcome! That's pretty much the goal of this channel so I'm glad you discovered some new games :)

Thanks, haven't heard of that game! I agree, there's a lot of potential in adapting these classic games for a modern audience.
I already have heard of Slayers X, I am really disappointed by this false advertisement. Then again, I still need to actually play it.
Use this video as a reason to play it then ;)
lots of good recs on here (well of the about half i played through)
Thanks, which one is your favourite?
el paso, elsewhere probably my favorite on this list@@indiegameoasis
