very nice sticker and with the laminate sheet it protect them from being wet and such reminder of what is important in life with the nice word love them👍🙂
Here is a game changer for me - when laying down the top laminate, I line up the opposite side that is not sticky (holding up the sticky edge up from the paper) and then smoothing it down so the sticky edge adheres to the bottom sheet.
Love both types of cuts for stickers. Die cut is nice for an individual gift to someone.

I am thrilled with my Joy-xtra. I never could get my Maker to do kiss cut stickers correctly. It always made die cut ones. I was totally frustrated with it. I am looking forward to trying out the stickers. Loved the video! Thank you for sharing.❤

Now that Cricut has a 'Guide" option in the cut settings, I use that instead of hiding the template. Its a nice addition to the settings.

Love your instructional video. I follow everything except for the laminate over the sticker paper, as I have a color laser printer that I get great results without having to do the laminate thing.
The laminate really has nothing to do with the printer aspect, it is to make the stickers waterproof and long lasting. :)

I have a laser printer because I found inkjet's ink dried up on me. Do you have an inkjet that you recommend that isn't outrageously priced?
Hi Bethany, I didn’t see how to you determined it be a kiss cut. Should we select default or less pressure to make it kiss cut ?
The product cut setting is kiss cut. :)
@@Bethadilly what if the product wasn’t set as kiss cut. Like instead of the die cut you made I wanted it as kiss cut would the pressure be less?
If you want a kiss cut, you will just select the sticker paper product you have. If you want die cut, you will need to test cut for the pressure or cut setting that works for you. Take a peek at the video again, I do walk you through both cut settings. You’ve got this!

So does the cricut have trouble reading the registration marks with the laminate over it? Usually I cut the laminate so it doesn’t cover the marks.
I have had zero issues so far, unlike in the past.

Hi. Newbie here. Do we have to use a brand new mat each time we craft? I keep seeing crafters peeling off plastic from their mats.
The mats are reusable. The clear plastic sheet you see is a protective film that you should save to cover the mat when you are done cutting. The mat itself has a sticky, adhesive surface that holds your paper or medium in place while the machine is drawing or cutting. You need to remove it and set aside BEFORE you place your paper on the mat to cut or draw. The clear plastic sheet keeps the mat clean and the adhesive sticky when it is stored or not in use.
