Honestly thank you for bringing up how traumatic it is for children to be abandoned by their parents. I think all too often we want to blame the child for having "daddy/mommy issues" rather than recognizing the responsibility of the parent who traumatized them.
This, I can’t imagine how hard it would be having a father who capitalized on people having no idea you exist, his image is improved the longer people are under the impression he is a loving and attentive father to Jessica - I feel so sorry for iris. And zooming in on the messages it seems like she is having a go at her mother for not providing more care/attention? She says that she gives “the bare minimum”… I feel like there’s merit to children’s claims when they feel like that even if we don’t have an understanding of it. Children are conditioned by the emotional state of their home, so if they haven’t got the emotions under check it’s highly likely the home didn’t. They don’t know any better
I LOVED that she picked up on the spiritual connection she has to her fans and the fact that we were all aware that something was up without her explicitly stating she needed help. Call it new age woo-woo or whatever you want, but I firmly believe we are spiritual balls of energy having a human experience and we are all connected and when you tune in to that soul- you can communicate your pain and happiness whether you’re aware that you’re doing it or not.

A place where I'm "ok" more often than I've ever been before in my life. It has taken a lot of self work and working through my trauma and feelings and I don't think I'll ever be 100% ok. I have bad days with flash backs and panic attacks, invasive thoughts and memories etc but I'm finding more ways to manage it when that happens than I had in the past. Meds can only do so much imo. I hope they have better treatment and better professionals who treat it in the future cuz it can get really dark sometimes and hard to claw your way out of the darkness and not let it consume u and run your whole life. This message was probably way too long but ima post it anyway lol

Her whole life she's been surrounded by narcissists. So, when I see her erratic behavior, I have to realize, she lost everything, she missed out on a normal childhood and has been a prisoner to her own family and to the industry. I've been through a lot myself, but she was never given the chance to have a normal life and my heart really goes out to her.

Idk if she is unable to or something, but i think she should do talk shows or something. But perhaps the Lithium fried her brain a bit or something and she doesn't talk so well, who knows, so many no talkshows, also she may have trauma from doing talk shows before. But, if she was able to do talk shows then that would be a good way to get her voice out. Or perhaps she's got a big book deal and she has another book coming.
honestly when the time comes to take/insert the pills to induce the abortion, there's nothing a doctor can do.. they might do an exam prior to but the important exam would be after it's done, to make sure everything came out. The doctors call in the meds to pick up and you go home and do the deed. When my baby stopped growing I had to do this and no one prepared me even with going to the doctors, of the pain and suffering that occurs. I'm glad she's talking about her experience because many of us suffer in silence.

I just got done reading Britneys book this morning and I think Britney could have exposed a lot more but she is a classy lady she would never do that she could have clearly exposed Justin in the early days and she kept quiet no matter how bad he hurt and ridiculed her. A place where I'm "ok" more often than I've ever been before in my life. It has taken a lot of self work and working through my trauma and feelings and I don't think I'll ever be 100% ok. I have bad days with flash backs and panic attacks, invasive thoughts and memories etc but I'm finding more ways to manage it when that happens than I had in the past. Meds can only do so much imo. I hope they have better treatment and better professionals who treat it in the future cuz it can get really dark sometimes and hard to claw your way out of the darkness and not let it consume u and run your whole life. complex means reoccurring Trauma over a longer period of time like abuse, normal ptsd is a single occasion that causes trauma, like a car accident.

Her whole life she's been surrounded by narcissists. So, when I see her erratic behavior, I have to realize, she lost everything, she missed out on a normal childhood and has been a prisoner to her own family and to the industry. I've been through a lot myself, but she was never given the chance to have a normal life and my heart really goes out to her.

I love Britney and the book was great. But I do wish it was longer. She needs time to figure out what she wants to do, but I think we all want to hear more from her.
Idk if she is unable to or something, but i think she should do talk shows or something. But perhaps the Lithium fried her brain a bit or something and she doesn't talk so well, who knows, so many no talkshows, also she may have trauma from doing talk shows before. But, if she was able to do talk shows then that would be a good way to get her voice out. Or perhaps she's got a big book deal and she has another book coming.

honestly when the time comes to take/insert the pills to induce the abortion, there's nothing a doctor can do.. they might do an exam prior to but the important exam would be after it's done, to make sure everything came out. The doctors call in the meds to pick up and you go home and do the deed. When my baby stopped growing I had to do this and no one prepared me even with going to the doctors, of the pain and suffering that occurs. I'm glad she's talking about her experience because many of us suffer in silence.

I had 2 miscarriages it is very, very painful, and not just your body pain. It rips your heart. You never feel the same afterward even when you do get other children.
