There needs to be a whole investigation into that family's dealings. Everyone. Jamie (sister) was still involved in the concervatorship, it may or may not have been in name alone. But she was put in charge of a part of the concervatorship during the first 4-5 years for a short time. She let her father use her to abuse her sister. I have no idea how deep the brothers ties are in all of this and Jamie's husband has played with Dad Jamie and money. Every legal adult in that family smells of garbage to me.

I think at some point their family caused some of this jealousy that JLS feels toward Britney and sometimes it happens unintentionally like I remember Ashlee Simpson saying she always felt like she was in Jessica’s shadow BUT I think they are still close and worked through their issues. Then there are the Duff sisters that now don’t get along. I don’t know much at all about Britney’s current attorney, but it IS TRUE that she is the only person who can file criminal charges against Jamie Spears, the rest of her family, and anyone else in the court system who exploited her and made money off the conservatorship. Her attorney would make a hell of a lot more money (not to mention the insane publicity he’d get) if she did decide to go ahead with charges. So believe me, as someone who is currently studying law (and comes from a family of lawyers) - he has definitely made this option very clear to her. I know she’s said she wants to see them all in jail, but I’m sure it’s still incredibly difficult nonetheless. Because even though they treated her so horribly, she has such a kind and forgiving heart. :( Not to mention, even if she was 100% committed to holding Jamie accountable, she would have to endure more scrutiny, more pain and publicity… everything and all of her past trauma would be brought into the public spotlight. As someone who has suffered so much from public harassment and ridicule, I can only imagine she’s not overly enthused at the idea of enduring more of this court drama. Perhaps in more time, she will heal as best as she can, and maybe then. But she’s gotta do what’s best for her emotionally, obviously (as I’m sure we all agree). I wish it was as simple as prosecuting Jamie without having to drag Britney through it all again… but it’s not.

To answer your question, the care plan was implemented at the time the conservatorship was ended. It was described as a sort of soft launch to her re-entry as an independent person. We don’t know if that care plan still exists today.

I think at some point their family caused some of this jealousy that JLS feels toward Britney and sometimes it happens unintentionally like I remember Ashlee Simpson saying she always felt like she was in Jessica’s shadow BUT I think they are still close and worked through their issues. Then there are the Duff sisters that now don’t get along. I can’t comprehend it bc I have 1 younger sibling and we are close but he’s a male so maybe it’s different for 2 sisters especially throwing in show business. I would never let that come between me and my sibling the way JLS has. I do think Britney loves her sister bc u can’t help raise someone and not love them unless ur a sociopath like Jamie lol but she’s just been hurt so much by JLS. I’m a teen mom- had my baby girl at 16 too.. although our situations are insanely different in the sense of money, the media, etc but I couldn’t imagine- now even at 24 still struggling to get by- to ever keep bringing up how hard and stressful it was to have my baby young. My mission is to educate and encourage young girls to make better choices.

I don’t know much at all about Britney’s current attorney, but it IS TRUE that she is the only person who can file criminal charges against Jamie Spears, the rest of her family, and anyone else in the court system who exploited her and made money off the conservatorship.
Her attorney would make a hell of a lot more money (not to mention the insane publicity he’d get) if she did decide to go ahead with charges. So believe me, as someone who is currently studying law (and comes from a family of lawyers) - he has definitely made this option very clear to her.
I know she’s said she wants to see them all in jail, but I’m sure it’s still incredibly difficult nonetheless. Because even though they treated her so horribly, she has such a kind and forgiving heart. :( Not to mention, even if she was 100% committed to holding Jamie accountable, she would have to endure more scrutiny, more pain and publicity… everything and all of her past trauma would be brought into the public spotlight.
As someone who has suffered so much from public harassment and ridicule, I can only imagine she’s not overly enthused at the idea of enduring more of this court drama. Perhaps in more time, she will heal as best as she can, and maybe then. But she’s gotta do what’s best for her emotionally, obviously (as I’m sure we all agree). I wish it was as simple as prosecuting Jamie without having to drag Britney through it all again… but it’s not.

Extremely ironic how bitter and miserable a woman she is given the position (aka privilege) she’s been in her whole life, the freedoms she was able to enjoy while her sister was basically a slave to her and rest of their family. Absolutely astonishing really. She hasn’t been able to hide how nasty of a person she is since it’s catching up to her on her outside appearance. Yikes.

Jamie and I were born only months apart, and I have hit the wall too. It's really sad. I would hate to be under public scrutiny like her, but maybe it's better than having people point and laugh behind your back.. wish we could all just love each other

I normally don't comment on looks because it's rude. However I can't help noticing Jamie Lynn and Britney were both pretty little girls and pretty teens who looked almost identical when they were the same ages. Britney hasn't changed much. Britney is a more beautiful version of herself as a child. I don't know what happened to Jamie. Jamie's face got very sharp and pointy like. Does anyone know if either of them had some cosmo work done on their faces? They don't look like sisters anymore.

Is she fully out of the conservatorship now? Why is there a care plan at all?
Jaimie was never in the conservaship it was her sister Britney for nearly 20 years locked away to keep her quiet and her father controlled her MONEY her family are evil.

To answer your question, the care plan was implemented at the time the conservatorship was ended. It was described as a sort of soft launch to her re-entry as an independent person. We don’t know if that care plan still exists today.
I’ve been watching I’m a celeb’, and so far she has got over her homesickness and is doing well in the trials. And everyone likes her!
It mentions her diagnosis, that's ONLY reason to not make it public. why not just block that word out?
