Wenn ich bei der neuen Sony a7cii im S&Q Mode bin, wird dann die fertige Datei mit 4k60p auf der Speicherkarte abgespeichert?
Ich muss also quasi nichts mehr in einem Schnittprogramm verlangsamen, ich habe die fertige 4k60p Slow Motion Datei schon in der Kamera?

Wenn du die "Aufahme-Bildfrequenz" auf 24p stellst, dann ist die Aufnahme bereits verlangsamt, wenn du sie im Schnittprogramm in eine 24p Timeline ziehst. Danke dir auch

Hey, thanks for the very informative and helpful video! I have a question regarding picture profile. In other videos, people recommend PP8 for slog3, but I see you're using PP9. Is that still slog3? Whats the difference?
hi, thanks for watching, pp8 has the color space sgamut 3 which is easier to grade and recommended for cinema. pp9 has sgamut3 as colorspace, which has a wider color range, but it is a bit harder to grade
Cheers much most helpful plus easyliest to follow Sony camera tutorial on S&Q mode so far, however why would you want to film in 24fps wouldn't that come out looking choppy on a TV screen with 60/120hz refresh rate? 😊❤

Almost everyone is shooting for the web these days, and every decent monitor/screen can do a natural 24fps.
Besides that most TVs have decent conversion - every movie you’ve ever watched was shot in 24fps - do they look choppy on your TV?

I just started playing around w/ s&q on my A1, but the camera wont let me change the aperture, any suggestions?
Check that your camera is in manual mode: Make sure that your camera is set to manual mode, as aperture settings are only available in manual mode.
Check that the lens is set to manual focus: If your lens has a switch to change between manual and autofocus, make sure it is set to manual. Some cameras will disable aperture adjustment if the lens is set to autofocus.
Check that the lens is compatible with your camera: If you are using a third-party lens, make sure it is compatible with your camera model. Some lenses may not communicate aperture information with your camera, preventing you from adjusting the aperture.
Try cleaning the lens contacts: If your lens has electrical contacts, try cleaning them with a clean, dry cloth. Dirty contacts can cause communication problems between the lens and camera, which can prevent you from adjusting the aperture.
Hi, awesome video! I have a question. What is rec frame rate compared to normal frame rate setting. Like why is rec frame rate 24p then frame rate is 120p?
Hi, thank you! it is the framerate which you want your timeline to be in.

@@naturestheticz you can ask as many questions as you want :D yes you can, if you drop 120 fps footage in the 24 fps timeline, it converts to 24 fps, and if you import 24 fps footage it stays 24 fps, if you want slomotion you change the speed of the 120 fps to like 20 %

I was actually unaware that A7IV can do 120fps in 10bit, this opens lots of possibilities, but I ran into an issue. I shot some footages in 120fps in s&q mode thats 24fps x5. so how do I bring back those footages into normal speed in premiere?? my guess is 500% speed!!
Once you import the footage into Premiere, you can drag it onto a 24 fps timeline, and it will automatically adjust the playback speed to match the timeline. However, if you want to further adjust the playback speed, you can use the speed/duration function in Premiere to speed up or slow down the footage as needed. Another Methode is to interpret the footage: "interpret footage."
Here are the steps to follow:
Import the footage into your Premiere project.
Right-click on the footage in the Project Panel and select "Modify > Interpret Footage."
In the "Modify Clip" dialog box, change the frame rate to the normal speed you want to play the footage at. In your case, you want to play it at 24fps, so set the "Assume this frame rate" option to 24.
Click "OK" to close the dialog box, and your footage will now play at the normal speed.

Hi, because i am working in a 24p timeline in my editing software, i do not want all clips out of camera to be slowed down. in the 24 p timeline i can choose which clips i want slower and bring it down by reducing the speed to around 20 percent

@@m3d137 i think pal ist just fine. yes i don't have any autofocus issues, but make sure to play around with the sensitivty, and i would recomment you to use touch tracking, thanks for watching, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask!

Hey ich habe heute eine SanDisk SDXC Extreme Pro V90 UHS II in meiner A7IV, gehabt und beim Hacken setzen bei 120p sagte mir die cam das ich eine CFExpress Typ A oder eine V90 SD nutzen soll. Was ich ja obviously gemacht habe. Mal so Problem gehabt?

Hey Benedikt, was ich nicht verstehe ist die Einstellung der Rec Frame Rate. Was ist das ? Ich stelle die Framerate doch unter Frame Rate mit den FPS angaben ein. Wofür steht denn das "P" bei Rec frame Rate? Welche Bedeutung hat die Rec Frame Rate Einstellung?
Hi, damit ist praktisch die "Wiedergabeschwindigkeit" gemeint. Wenn du die Rec Frame Rate auf 25p stellst, dann siehst du die Wiedergabe in der Kamera bereits in Slowmotion. Stellst du sie auf 120 FPS siehst du es in Echtzeit

My A7 IV won't show higher than 60 FPS. I know it used to do at least 100. What did I change to limit it?
did you set your camera do FULL HD? 4k only shoots up to 60 fps

It doesn't change to 1080 when I switch to S&Q by itself? What am I missing. It would be good if I didn't have to change the global settings to 1080 when I want to click over to 1080 it just happens when I go to S&Q? Or am I thinking about this all wrong...
Interesting question... if you shoot in 60fps and slow it 2x to fit a 30 fps timeline, how much of a difference would it look compared to 120fps slow3d to 2x and put into a 60fps timeline?
Both will be 2x slow motion but will the 2x slow mo of 120fps into a 60fps timeline have a more detailed uncinematic kind of look?
Are you able to do this as a video?
The reason I'm interested is because I have seen some nature reels on insta and the animal movement has a cool look which looks ultra smooth and crisp. It looks alot different to the s&q mode of my sony cameras
I don't know but you can't record in 4k at 120fps on this camera so

very different, recording in 120 and slowing it down to 60 makes it much smoother than 60 to 30
I dont understand at the beginning of the video, the frames are at 4k 120fps, are they took with a7IV or not, what is going on?
it was recorded in Full HD but exported in 4K for RUclips compression

@@pavlelalovic9859 it actually does no do much, because it is still HD, but it is just better for uploading it in 4k on youtube, because youtube compressed the footage, 4k always looks better on youtube :D

you have to be in FULL HD mode, in 4k you can only shoot up to 60 fps
