my favorite form of disrespect is when a taunt can kill, the only games that I know that do this are Tf2 and Smash and I hope more games do it in the future.
I actually was gonna talk about luigi's spike taunt but the video is already like two fifths about smash so I cut it lol

In Street Fighter 3: Third Strike there are a few characters whose
taunts do a very small amount of damage. Taunts being genuinely useful in that game, you tend to see them quite a lot but actually killing with the ones that do damage is super bm.
Titanfall 2, and the last 3 call of duty games do that. It's super disrespectful

In card games the best disrespect you can go for is either A tried to get your opponent's health as far into the negatives as physically possible potentially wasting more time or B killing them with a low damage spell or ability.
My strategy is to build an army of cards so when they play something it gets wiped out instantly
Also any cards that give you health I just play to see how high I can get before winning

Using literally the most powerful shit and spamming everything when they are on 1hp is the peak balance of salt and disrespect
I play hearthstone alot and the main deck I play basicly just says go fuck yourself cuz the opponent can't do shit
Guilty gear actually has this really cool mechanic, where when you taunt the opponent, on top of leaving you vulnerable for a bit, it actually gives your opponent some meter for free, making its use for disrespect 1000% better
Nothing makes me want to play a game more than being insulted by every other player.
My favorite and least favorite is just walking around like you're totally unaware in situations where you should be running jumping and fighting, and letting them get hit by being too brainless as you avoid all of their attacks just by shambling about. It feels so silly and satisfying to score, but I feel so dumb on the receiving end because I have no excuse as to why that just worked on me. It's beautiful.
Playing some rocket league, the best way to play 1v1 is just stand there, menacingly, and your oponents will struggle to even shoot.

My favorite disrespect is when I start foaming from the mouth and ejecting out of my chair like those pirate barrel toys if I win
Step 1: have a person talk trash to you after you die
Step 2: die to them again, start talking before they trash talk again, be really happy-go-lucky with whatever you say
Step 3: avoid dying to them, and don't attack back so you can keep the most corny conversation going as possible as you run circles around them
Honestly nothing beats tf2 in my eyes, even something as simple as staring at their ragdoll and furiously nodding is amazing

in some street fighter games, claw can do an input (i can't remember if its shoryu + kick or something else) to throw away his claw, which means his moves do less damage and have less reach
in most guilty gear games, using the taunt button will give your opponent full meter, sending a message to the effect of "oh you are still struggling to beat me? let me help you out with that"
Bowser’s side b off the edge is my go to move if someone is at one stock and I have more. It kills you first, so it’s the ultimate show of, “you were so trash I could waste a full life just to finish you”. A friend called it cheating when I did it to them once because they were just bad (also they’re a Sora main, just for context)
do not forget the falcon driver spike, still a spike but if you don't land it you lose all jumps and bye bye but when you land it it just kills like one flash of red and they're dead

One of my favorite moments in my gaming life was when I was playing smash ultimate duos with a friend. He died so it was a 2v1, I managed to take out one of them so it was a 1v1 with our last stock but I got into kill percent and was in the air recovering. I had no chance, so I just tried to survive as much as I could. The match ended when I accidentally countered his spike attempt with the Dedede recovery spike.

My favorite thing to do to flex in Third Strike when my opponent is getting flustered is to just use exclusively Rye’s low heavy kick to knock them on their back over and over again. It’s incredibly easy to deal with and punish, just block low when you recover, but if my friends are panicking enough they never do and just get locked into this humiliating cycle of getting knocked on their ass.
I don’t think this would work if I weren’t playing against people I know lol
In card games, infinite loops, not only have you outplayed your opponent so hard that youve managed to set up one of these things, but now you leave them with the choice of either surrendering or suffering waiting to die

Choosing after one match I won the weakest character and pulverize the opponent with no effort. Or choosing the weakest weapon etc like taking the knife and run across an open field towards him and even if he has a good gun it doesn't matter he will be sliced. Also concentrating on one opponent and making sure he always die by your hand as soon as they come back is a really aggravating experience for players

4:20 you forget of the true king of smash disrespects, the footstool. you want to make your opponent know they are dirt then kill them with something that doesn't even deal damage. (and then the god of disrespects is Luigi down taunt kill).

Can’t believe you forgot executions, like in cod or apex. Plus spamming them is beautiful. Nothing is more humiliating than a bloodhound stabbing you hundreds of times while his teammates dance around your downed body until they finally grant you the sweet embrace of death. I don’t play cod myself but in apex the ones where Valkyrie kicks you in the face and the Gibraltar one where he literally sits on your face to kill you are immaculate.

One of my favorite Disrespect plays actually comes from Yugioh. "The unneccesary negate" is essentially when you have more methods to negate/interact than your opponent has means to extend, so You just shotgun everything.
A favorite moment I look back on was in a recent format with an incredibly toxic deck called "Kashtira." I was in a favorable position with my deck having a stellar matchup against the top decks, But I lost the die roll to go first against a toxic top player in my area. He drew a brick hand and I took the game with him mentioning I will only ever win with luck. He goes first again, and makes his full board. I did the unthinkable and broke his board with Traptrix which notoriously doesn't have very strong tools going second, and finished my board off with my strongest resource card, a card that puts pressure through the threat of getting follow up next turn, and 4 set trap holes.
He goes, and draws his starter. He had 3 in hand, and on his first summon, I bottomless to banish, and also chain Floodgate trap hole to set it face down. Floodgate alone would stop him in his tracks since Kashtira needs a clear field to summon their monsters, but the way my chain resolved Sets the card face down, then destroys and banishes the summoned monster.
I basically said "I don't even need to use the card that makes my matchup good against you"

A great disrespect in shooters is to stop shooting and just dance around all the bullets coming at you. As soon as the enemy has to reload, get the cleanest and quickest kill you possibly could. Another amazing disrespect is the suicide rocket launcher / grenade.
One time I was playing hunt showdown with randos. My team was really bad and died immediately. So I just told the enemy team that I submit and they could do what they want to me while I hold a non threatening medkit.
But they just shot me on sight. I was pretty sad that they couldn’t spare me any disrespect. Like cover me with barbed wire or something. Or simply blow me up. Or even make fun of me in chat. But nothing but a lame old bullet.
