"Inspired by .." means that you look at something and take the essence or some certain features from it and transform that into sth of your own. He did not do this. He makes money with his social media and therefore should be treated like a musician who copies music from other artists. That's why there is a reason between sampling and plagiarizing.

There is a clear line between inspiration and copy. I see no difference in his "creation" versus the original. Getting inspired means putting your own ideas on art/design/work and to critically analyze your inspiration. he didnt consider anything of this, which is why it is a copy even though he is calling it "inspiration".
