Thanks for the hard work and video Andy...that target ID is the first that I know of on a PI...comes in real handy as you have shown.. I hope they come available in the US soon...I have a whites TDI Pro that I like to use for salt water beach hunting...I'm wondering if the coils I have for that machine will plug into the 1500? thinking maybe so as when I bought the TDi pro it came with a bigger camo coiltek coil like the one you are using in the video...this is going to be real good if so as I have a clean sweep coil for the TDI.. strick
The TDI works with GPX coils, which sounds like you have one. If it's a mono coil, it should work great. If it's a DD, one side will work, which will reduce the actual detection size of the coil in half.
@@RelicsRings You don't known how pulse induction works? The machine fires a pulse of energy into the ground then shuts off and waits for the return pulse then analyzes the pulse for any anomaly. Pretty simple and can't be improved on, Garrett tried to improve it for decades.
@FXNorm yea, the return is called pulse decay, adjusted using different timings. I know how pulse works. So I guess you're saying you'll stick with induction balance?
I have one of these. I have found a few gold nuggets in highly mineralised soil that a VLF would struggle. It’s a great multi purpose machine.
great vid, waiting to see how it does in the salt

That is so cool it has a target ID. Awesome video! Are u heading to Nv to test on some nuggets??
It was borrowed for a week. I no longer have the detector. But Steve used it in NV and dis find some gold with it.
The real game changing part is the price😊😮
Target ID on a pulse induction machine is a game changer. Of course, it’s only in pinpoint mode, but still a useful and exciting feature.
Is it waterproof. Id love one if it ids. Thanks looks like a nice machine.
Unfortunately it's not waterproof
Nice but will hold off until 24 th June .
Minelab goes much deeper, why would you want that thing?
Well it's less than half the cost of a 5000. So it's a good first PI for a person
This june24th.
24th X---FACTOR MINELAB DETECTORS TEASER LOL 😂???????.
Pulse is only on half of the time . I'd rather have full on.
Not sure what you mean by pulse being half on.

Any detector would of found those targets, nothing to see here...
I get your jealousy bro....
