I am just having one issue. In Windows 10 The CPU of my laptop used to shut within 10 seconds. But now In Windows 11 it's taking more than 20 seconds to shutdown. Is that a problem?
Yaah I also felt this problems Windows 10 booting fast and shutdown is also fast but when I upgrade to windows 11 it's speed remain like normal windows 10 but booting is somehow slowly
I had a issue I shutted down laptop(W11 pavilion gaming Laptop 4gb graphics 8gb ram ryzon5) it's display got shut off but power button light still on and we not able to do anything , then I pressed power button 7sec then it got OFF and finally its ON but when I restart it again the same issue again I had to press power key for 7 sec... This problem I am facing Please say "Yes" if u have also same problem. Or describe
Same here (Acer Aspire 3 A314-22 Ryzen 3 3250U, Windows 11 2H21) mine got the problem randomly. sometimes my laptop can turn off immediately without any problem (with one or two times turned off to sleep mode because got to do something else), but sometimes the LED indicator won't turn off, even after minutes to hours (more than twice the laptop goes turn off to sleep mode). Then i have to do the same thing like you did, hold the power button for 5-7 seconds. I don't know if it's just bug. But can you tell me, what version of windows are you currently using?

If this doesn’t work, go into advanced power settings -> sleep -> and set “sleep after” to never by loving the counter all the way down

Me too. In Windows 11 it's taking more than 3 minutes to shutdown
