Nonsense. You don't know how to lose fat. Why you are spewing lies to your audience. You need to be in a calorie deficit in order to lose body fat, it does not matter what you eat. You can still lose fat by eating junk foods if you are on a calorie deficit. But that generally not recommended, because it will harm your health. Also weight lifting and cardio sleep are very important in order build muscle.
