Christians still sin, though. We are saved by faith and works of repentance, and baring fruit, but we still sin. How do you know he has no fear of the Lord?
Would it have been better for him to say bad words on the way home, or at home? Is it not sin either way?

This is no fruits of the spirit; he used the profanity twice. And blames the congregation; he didn’t even think twice about repentance;

So i am writing a job application but my my work history is kind of messed up, the longest i have been employed by a job is 6 months and that was 7 months ago plus there is jobs where i just spent like two weeks or even 2 days at one. I have lied on my applications in the past and got jobs. But know that i live for Christ i don't want to lie, i believe i can just omit the jobs where i spent very little time but still i have been unemployed for 7 months and this looks bad, please help, God bless you

I used to work with a guy that had 5 months of being converted and he would say $*** a lot and one day I finally rebuked him in a loving way and his answer was "well my pastor says the same thing" .. I hurt for these teachers and leaders that are leading their congregation astray

Truth. So many people are in the bondage that church is just a Sunday thing. I was stuck in that bondage for 15 years. Nobody corrected me until God threw Isaiah in my YT reels one night in the summer of 2022, removing the scales off my eyes fully that September of 2022.
This is a problem RAMPED in the Bible Belt, unfortunately.
But God is raising up a remnant that is going to wake up the church everywhere.

I really don't want to say this but this is what I see: the demons within them are laughing. Those are the exact troll demons that laugh and cause drama on forums, and the exact troll demons that pipe up when a pastor calls out a jezebel demon.

I completely agree with you Isaiah. I use to swear/cuss a whole lot BEFORE I got saved. I was a drug addict & an alcoholic before I gave my life to Christ 25 years ago. Now, I’m a pastor in Canada, and I’m so grieved & sick and tired of all the filth, ungodly, unholy, compromise to sin nonsense that’s going on. We need revival! Lord have mercy! We need true, genuine repentance & conviction to come back into our lives, to our churches and behind our pulpits. 😢🙏🙏🙏

I immediately lose respect for someone who claims to follow Christ but uses profanity. One of the first things the Holy Spirit convicted me of when I became a Christian was my speech. I think a babe in Christ knows that it’s wrong, let alone a pastor who is supposedly a mature Christian. I haven’t cussed in over 10 years. And it’s because I abide in Christ, not the world. If this pastor cusses in the open, you can only imagine what he does behind closed doors.

It’s not okay! I’m a youth leader and it’s already a struggle to get kids to understand reverence…such a lack of respect straight from the pulpit!!!

There was a time when jeans and T-shirts were disrespectful during service times in church, as was playing in the sanctuary.

I should add that wearing your cleanest and best shows respect, even if it’s patched jeans and mended t-shirt.
With today’s families, there’s money for preteens to have cell phones, and designer clothes, so wearing play clothes for after-church convenience doesn’t seem quite right, when it’s possible to dress more respectfully.

I remember seeing that. I watch his testimony on Randy Kay’s RUclips channel I’ll never forget that. It makes total since for that certain word to be a name of a demon. That word is so disgusting and you can feel it when ppl use the word. And in most ppls opinion it’s the worst and most vulgar. Also, that was an amazing testimony

Your 100% on point Sir Something that I slipped up with myself sometimes but praying that the Lord will help me to not do it even in a slip. The word says to present your body, a living, sacrifice, holy and acceptable before the Lord. That’s all we need to live.

Wow smh, I'm not going to be a hypocrite, The Lord has broken away the strong holds I was battling alcohol and drugs and fornication, now its cussing which I'm struggling with, and I can begin to feel the conviction if I do slip up and cus, and it tends to happen when I'm at work and around co-workers that are swearing non-stop. Im 32 grew up in the church but back slid for a long time got into the street life so much has happened to where I have no choice but to come back to GOD. I started my spiritual walk about January this year, and GOD has knocked off all my addictions, and today praying earlier Im asking GOD for help on cussing. As im literally reading the Word, Im on the verse 1 Kings 2: 36-37, where King Solomon is punishing Shim‘ ei the Benjamite for "cursing" King David in the past. Now your video pops up in my notification about this pastor cursing during his sermon, as I'm reading this verse if this isnt a sign idk what is, I believe this is GOD sending me this conviction to control my tongue to allow this stronghold to be broken. Amen, There are multiple people around me that say their "Christians" and then slap God in the face by cussing and acting like it's no big deal . This "Pastor" is leading people astray and is a horrible example! "Holy Spirit, Wake him up!"

People like this are the reason why I struggle with using horrible language. I need to control my words and hearing pastors using all those words makes it difficult to do at times.
I choose not to swear not because I see anything wrong with the specific words themselves, nor do I see anything wrong with the heart (assuming it's not directed towards somebody). Though I'm only 16 so I'm still young in the faith and could be wrong on this.
But, I choose not to cuss because it causes people to ask me "Hey, why do you never cuss?" And it gives me a great opportunity to introduce them to Jesus.

Thank you for reading the scriptures. As s youth I had a cussing problem when angry. I had to pray for deliverance. And I like to read scriptures on the mouth from time to time, to stay clean.

My pastor last week said something that I really respected when talking aboutt the world. Instead of cussing (repeating what the world said), he said, "This place is a holy place so I'm not going to dishonor God by repeating the exact word".

A couple of years ago I brought to a church in Warren, NJ whom I befriended on my bus commute to NYC. The friend was sort of a disillusioned muslim and was a scientist. He came with his teenage son and that was their first ever visit to a Christina church. In the church, the preacher used lengthy video clips from Hollywood action movies as an equivalent of modern-era parables. Needless to say that my friend took it as a waste of his time, left mid-service, and never returned to church. So sad.
Oh no!! That's so horrible! I am so sorry that happened! 😢 (God will encounter them another day and way! Just keep praying for them!)

@@amyp4369 Yeah, I occasionally pray for them, as we moved and no longer in touch. But I am not the first one to do that. This guy was born and spent early years in northern India. There was a Western missionary family in his village that was not allowed to evangelize aside from showing the Jesus movie. So the family invited kids to the movie at their home and treated kids with candies. They attended mainly for the candies but the missionaries managed to plant some seeds and apparently prayed for them that God would encountered them somehow. So me meeting this random guy on the bus stop was not really random.

I was leaving a Walmart with my 5yo, and there was a couple walking out behind us with a child of their own. The couple, especially the guy, were cussing like Crazy. Now their little girl was YOUNGER than my daughter. I was so so sad for them, but especially their daughter.
Back when our parents, grandparents and great-grandparents grew up, it was Not like this. And you were allowed to say something about people acting so obscenely in public.
Nowadays, you are not even allowed to speak to someone else you're with about such, as I found out that night. 🤦♀️🙄🙏
We should be praying for the entire world.. Not just our own..

My husband rants about the wicked and curses while doing it saying the answer of the tongue is from the Lord and he’s speaking prophetically..He does this in front of our two very young children and it makes me so repulsed. He just dismisses me anytime I ask him to please stop the foul language in front of the girls and he says he’d rather them curse like a sailor than fornicate or grow up to be wicked adulterous women. I feel so defeated. Please pray for him.

I used to have a mouth worse than a sailor. After I was saved, that stuff stopped coming out of my mouth. I slipped and said the S word one day and I felt so crushed afterwards. It felt so wrong.
