While He was still talking to the multitudes, behold, His mother and brothers stood outside, seeking to speak with Him. Then one said to Him, “Look, Your mother and Your brothers are standing outside, seeking to speak with You.”
But He answered and said to the one who told Him, “Who is My mother and who are My brothers?” And He stretched out His hand toward His disciples and said, “Here are My mother and My brothers! For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother.”
      Matthew 12
Every episode of Jesus Christ is written down for a reason. In the books of gospel they say there are many things that Jesus did that are not written on those books. Jesus Christ knew that there will be people who will worship His physical family and prohibited them. Apostle Paul clearly said and prohibited worshipping any other figures including aposltes, making it clear that the only one we should worship is God. We should regard Mother Mary as it is written on the book, the blessed woman. That's all. There's no "Ark that carried the word of God" depiction or nothing like that. It's a pagan tradition. In fact Catholic didn't even serve Mary like that for several hundred years after its appearance. Almost all the pagan religions have the concept of God-like mother figure and its precious son, and the Roman Empire just exploited that figure to water down the absolute truth of Christianity. Catholic was created 3~400 years after Jesus Christ, before its appearance there were christians(being murdered by Roman Empire) and they didn't worship Mary. If they had worshipped Mary the early Catholic must've worshipped her too.
Actually there's no need to even try to explain it this deeply. There's just no single biblical encouragement to worship Mother Mary in the scripture. It's all about Jesus and it should be all about Jesus. Everything that turns our eyes away from it is pagan religion, a pagan practice, a pagan man made tradition. I'm not even opposing Catholic alone, just be simply biblical. If you read bible, You KNOW that worshipping Mary is a man made tradition. It's not even debatable.
Jesus TOLD us that His biological family members are not someone to worship. They are blessed human beings, by the grace of God, and we need to focus on God and our brethrens in Christ. That's all.

Remember this. Catholic didn't worship Mary for first few hundred years. It is a pagan tradition. All the pagan ancient religion in Judea, Greece / Roma have Gods of mother figures and their sacred son. They exploited that pagan figure to make christianity more acceptable. Bible clearly tells us that Mary is just a human, a blessed woman. Nothing more than that, nothing less than that.
      Catholic appeard at 300AD
the book of Revelation - the last book of the bible is writte around at 90AD
Catholic is NOT the originality of christianity. There were Christians before Catholic, and the apostles were not Catholic, they didn't worship Mary.

Jesus is the Word. Mary didn’t give Him to us. He would have come even if she said know - or if she had pulled a “yes…. And now I changed my mind, let me take this herbal tincture to end this.”
She didn’t - and that’s awesome. Speaks volumes for her wonderful spirit. But it doesn’t make her special any more than any other faithful person who says yes to God’s purposes. What she got to do is more awesome than what a majority of people in history could even dream of - but the actual faith it took wasn’t all that different from the faith we practice every day.

I was Catholic, and my whole family are Catholic right now. I am the first Christian and proud of it! My experience being Catholic was that I followed whatever my family did. This is what I did bc I saw it in my family. I worship Mary, I prayed to Mary, I asked her to help me, I celebrated Mary, her birthday every year 12/12 is supposedly her birthday. I had an image of her in my room. So I don't understand why my own family are lying that they say they don't worship her. They don't read the Bible. They go to mass on Sunday. We sinned. I repent and surrendered to Jesus and accepted Him as my Lord and Savior. I don't understand why ppl say they don't worship Mary. There's shows about her in spanish, christmas music about her, famous ppl singing about her. I'm Mexican, btw so Mary is pretty big in the Mexican culture.
It just made sense to pray directly to Jesus. He died for my sins. It's that simple! My mother gets offended🤦🏻‍♀️

If I weren't Catholic, I'd look for the Church that the world despises, for the world despised Jesus, and he would be there. - Fulton Sheen
Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood, you have no life in you; he who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is food indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him. As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so he who eats me will live because of me.". Things seemed to be going pretty well. That is until Jesus said “For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. He that eateth my flesh and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.” This was too much for many of his disciples and “From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.” Jesus turns to the 12 and asks, “Will ye also go away? Vs 61, Jesus did not back down, for He said, "Does this offend you?" it offends protestants. They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
Jn 20:21, "As the Father has sent Me, I also send you."
Jn 17:18, "Even as thou hast sent Me into the world, so I have sent them into the world."
Jn 17:22-23, "And the glory that thou hast given Me, I have given to
Matt. 28, 18-20: And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye, therefore. and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Jesus says to the crowd, "He who believes and is baptized will be saved." But in reference to the same people, Jesus immediately follows with "He who does not believe will be condemned." This demonstrates that one can be baptized and still not be a believer. This disproves the Protestant argument that one must be a believer to be baptized. There is nothing in the Bible about a "believer's baptism."
"Accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior," or "Ask Jesus into your heart" isn't the biblical answer.
It’s important to be saved from hell, damnation, and the stain of original sin, but what are we saved for? We are saved for union with Christ. Our salvation began when we were born again through baptism and God’s own Divine Life was restored in our souls, making us like Adam and Eve were in the Garden before the Original (first) Sin. As we go through life, we are united with Christ through the Sacraments he left as gifts for us, especially through Penance (forgiveness of our sins committed since Baptism) and the Eucharist (partaking of God’s own Life, His own Divine Nature, 2 Peter 1:4) - until that day when we are truly united with Him in heaven.
Scripture teaches that one’s final salvation depends on the state of the soul at death. As Jesus himself tells us, "He who endures to the end will be saved" (Matt. 24:13; cf. 25:31-46). One who dies in the state of friendship with God (the state of grace) will go to heaven. The one who dies in a state of rebellion against God (the state of mortal sin) will go to hell. (For the teaching on venial (non-deadly) and mortal (deadly) sins, see 1 John 5:16-17)
What I must do to be saved:
*I must be baptized with water and the Spirit. Mark 16:16, John 3:3-5, Titus 3:5, I Peter 3:20-21. (Exceptions: [1] If I desire Baptism but die before I can be baptized with water and the Spirit, God accepts my desire to be baptized, and [2] If I am killed (martyred) because of my faith, but I have not had the opportunity to be baptized, God accepts my death as my baptism, called the Baptism of Blood).
      * I must do the will of God the Father. Matthew 7:21
      * I must keep the Commandments of God. Matthew 5:19-20, Matthew 7:21, Matthew 19:17, 1 Timothy 6:14, and others.
      * I must accept the Cross (suffering). Matthew 10:38, Matthew 16:24-25, Mark 8:34, Luke 9:23, Luke 14:27. Phil 1:29, and others.
      * I must be a member of God's true church. Acts 2:46-47.
      * I must confess my sins. James 5:16, I John 1:9, John 20:19-23
      * I must heed the words of St. Peter, the first Pope. Acts 11:13-14, Acts 15:7.
      * I must eat the flesh and drink the blood of Jesus Christ. John 6:51-58, I Corinthians 10:16-17, 11:23-30.
      * I must do unto others as I would have them do unto me and love my neighbor as myself. I must feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, clothe the naked, visit the sick and those in prison or give other aid to those in need. Luke 10:33 ff, Mt 25:31-46. "Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are very pleasing to God" Hebrews 13:16. Good works don’t save us, but we will be judged by them.
*I must strive to be holy. "Strive for peace with everyone and for that holiness without which no one will see the Lord." Hebrews 12:14
*I must endure (persevere) to the end. Matthew 10:22, Matthew 24:13, Mark 13:13.
And ... ? What else must I do?
      Catechism
#432 The name "Jesus" signifies that the very name of God is present in the person of his Son, made man for the universal and definitive redemption from sins. It is the divine name that alone brings salvation, and henceforth all can invoke his name, for Jesus united himself to all men through his Incarnation, so that "there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."

They just assume you already "love" Jesus. They act like you can just start following Him without being born again. Well if you follow Him, you will know you gotta be born again, as He literally says in John 3:3-7. God rejecting trinity in QURAN
      Quran 5:72
Those who say, “Allah is the Messiah(Jesus is God) , son of Mary,” have certainly fallen into disbelief. The Messiah ˹himself˺ said, “O Children of Israel! Worship Allah-my Lord and your Lord.” Whoever associates others with Allah ˹in worship˺ will surely be forbidden Paradise by Allah. Their home will be the Fire. And the wrongdoers will have no helpers.
      Quran 5:73
Those who say, “Allah is one in a Trinity,” have certainly fallen into disbelief. There is only One God. If they do not stop saying this, those who disbelieve among them will be afflicted with a painful punishment.
      Quran 4:171
“The Messiah ‘Eesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), was (no more than) a Messenger of Allah and His Word, ("Be!" - and he was) which He bestowed on Maryam (Mary) and a spirit (Rooh)[] created by Him; so believe in Allah and His Messengers. Say not: ‘Three (trinity)!’ Cease! (it is) better for you. For Allah is (the only) One Ilaah (God), glory be to Him (Far Exalted is He) above having a son. To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. And Allah is All-Sufficient as a Disposer of affairs”
      Quran 5:75
“The Messiah ['Eesa (Jesus)], son of Maryam (Mary), was no more than a Messenger; many were the Messengers that passed away before him. His mother [Maryam (Mary)] was a Siddeeqah [i.e. she believed in the words of Allah and His Books]. They both used to eat food (as any other human being, while Allah does not eat). Look how We make the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) clear to them, yet look how they are deluded away (from the truth)”
      Quran 41:63
And when Jesus brought clear proofs, he said, “I have come to you with wisdom and to make clear to you some of that over which you differ, so fear Allah and obey me.

Christians should find their identity in Jesus Christ and should identify as Christians. As a former cradle Catholic (now a mere Christian), I've observed that most Catholics find their identity in the Roman Catholic Church, and that is why they automatically identify as Catholics instead of as Christians. I suspect you're counting on your Catholic Church membership and its Sacraments quite a bit for your salvation. Tell me, where in the Bible does it say to trust in the Catholic Church for eternal life? My trust is 100% in the propitiatory death and resurrection of my Savior, Jesus, for the full and complete remission of every one of my sins. I hope you will be of the same mind. Jesus said, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life" (John 6:47).

First off, the Catholic man recently joined the Catholic faith as I heard someone else mention.
The video commentator gives No Evidence when he says "Catholic doctrine for Sure teaches...worshiping Mary, doctrine does teach that". If he is Sure, then point to the Catholic document. There Isn't any document because Catholic teaching Doesn't ask/teach us to worship Mary.
The bible says, " hold fast to the traditions that you were taught " 2 Thes.2:15, & the thing is many Christians don't look at early Christian writings or persons.
A good early Christian reference about beliefs & the Holy Eucharist is The Didache, which is from first or second century.
If you look at early wall paintings at the catecomb graves of the Christian martyrs you will see some pictures of Mary in center places because she was seen as important in the Christian life.
Early Church fathers by the second century saw Mary as the New Eve.
Saint Justin Martyr( d. 165) describes Mary as the "obedient virgin" through whom humanity receives its Savior, in contrast to Eve, the "disobedient virgin," who brings death and disobedience to the human race. Also other early Christians who believe the same way & have writings.
Jesus is the one mediator, 1Tim 2:5 because of His perfect sacrifice of redemption, so He stands in the middle between us & the Father,
BUT at the same time Mary can stand in the middle between us & Jesus (not the Father) because she completely cooperated with God's will, is offered to be our spiritual Mother, John 19:26-27, and Jesus & Mary's Hearts are close together- the sorrows of Jesus & felt by His Mother Luke 2:35.
Those in heaven praying for us was supported by early Christians. Just one passage out of many is in 233 A.D. by Origin,
"But not the high priest [Christ] alone prays for those who pray sincerely, but also the angels . . . as also the souls of the saints who have already fallen asleep" (Prayer 11 [A.D. 233]).

      Quran 41:64
Indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. This is a straight path.”

So how can these priests guide anyone if they were not sober minded?? Needless to say i stopped going to mass, stopped going to confession and from there starting asking God where i needed to be. Took many years later but i am now born again and filled with the Holy Ghost!!!

I remember people coming to tell Jesus that his mother and brothers were outside and wanted to see him, and Jesus askes, who is my mother and brothers? (Mathew 12:48) Then he responds by stretching out his hand toward his disciples, he said, “Here are my mother and my brothers! For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.”
So even Jesus doesn't see his own mother as above anyone else.

amen. Even when Jesus did His first miracle turned water into a wine. He simply said to Mary my time hasn't come yet. I mean, Mary is one part the body of Church. Like Bible says, no one is more important than others, because we are in one body. That is clear, Mary's role is equal important like Moses, Paul, and everybody that mentioned in the Bible, and we are now. We can respect her. But Catholic point view so weird, they make her looks like as equal as Jesus' position. I can imagine that they put Mary like she is so super powerful, like she only stands 1 inch apart beside our Lord Jesus right now.

Mary as the first Person To say Yes to Gods plan for redemption
Mary Was the First person to say thy will Be done
Mary thru who the WORD was made Flesh
The words of the first part of the Hail Mary are words addressed to her by the angel Gabriel and her relative Elizabeth. The second part is merely a request for the mother of God to pray for us.
      But most important of all: the whole point (the context) of the Hail Mary is not Mary but the incarnation of Jesus. Without the incarnation, we would have no Our Father. If Jesus had not taken flesh in her womb, we would necver have heard of her. So whenever we pray the Hail Mary, we are professing our faith in Jesus, the Word made flesh. As she said to Elizabeth, her soul magnifies the Lord;
everything about her speaks of God.
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

2 Corinthians 1:11 "as you help us with prayer, so that thanks may be given by many on our behalf for the gift granted us through the prayers of many." (pray for us sinners now)
Matthew 10:22 "but whoever endures to the end will be saved". (and at the hour of our death. Amen.)

Mary knew who her son was special, that is why she approached Him. She not special, He, Jesus, her son, is special. So the above scripture renders every Believer the responsibility to question what they deem heretical. Jesus stands at the door. ““Look! I stand at the door and knock. @@sophiearmstrong6013 That would be the Word of God preserved by the Catholic Church as the bible, right?
We have the audacity to preach the truth - that the mirror is not the final authority
Jesus Christ founded a Church (Matthew 16:18). He did not command anyone to write a Gospel.
The Word of GOD is a person, and not a book (John 1:1,14).
The Catholic Church is based on the Word of GOD alone and not on Scripture alone.
the Bible came from the Church, and that the Church did not come from the Bible. The Catholic Church is the Mother of the Bible, not the Daughter.
THE BIBLE IS A CATHOLIC BOOK.
For those who deny that the Bible is a Catholic Book, the founder of Protestantism,
Martin Luther, concurred that the Bible is indeed a Catholic Book.
      He had this to say:
"We are compelled to concede to the Papists that they have the Word of GOD, that we received it from them, and that without them, we should have no knowledge of it at all."
Martin Luther, commentary on St. John.
Isn't it strange that other Christian Churches have to admit (since they use the same canon) that the Catholic Church made an infallible decision when it decided which books of the New Testament are inspired and which ones aren't, yet these same Churches reject the Canon of the Old Testament decided by the same Bishops in the same Councils?
Even Martin Luther saw the inescapable principle of fragmentation and disunity that lies at the heart of sola scriptura. In a letter to Urlich Zwingli, he complained bitterly about the doctrinal anarchy that was even then rampant among Protestants: "If the world lasts, it will be necessary, on account of the differing interpretations of Scripture which now exist, that to preserve the unity of faith, we should receive the [Catholic] councils and decrees and fly to them for refuge."😃😃

He has been set apart from sinners and has been given the highest place of honor in heaven. [27] Unlike those other high priests, he does not need to offer sacrifices every day. They did this for their own sins first and then for the sins of the people. But Jesus did this once for all when he offered himself as the sacrifice for the people's sins. In the protestant church, there is no mother and in the Catholic Church we have a father and we have a mother. If we truly believe that God, the father is the author of family and what he does in heaven is also done on earth, then why is it that we have a hard time excepting Mary as a mother? No one praises her no one worships her. Remember that those that have passed away are more alive than we are. So I am happy to say that I am a Catholic. People must understand, Mary never sinned in her life therefore she has an absolute closer relationship to God. God trust Mary more than anyone in this world and in history. Therefore anything she ask of God is never denied. Which is why we catholics pray to her ( This was explained to me by a catholic priest). Since you were once catholic you will then have no problem answering the question
Try to find "glorify Mary" in any Vatican document, or anywhere for that matter. Not very smart of you. Catholics who pray to Mary ask her to intercede with prayers. Mary is human, not divine and not capable of miracles, therefore the notion that worship is even possible is Protestant idiocy. It is only possible to worship what is divine.
However, if you're out to denigrate the Church and its authority that does not fit your narrative, so you invent a false one.
The Catholic Church has a Catechism and a Canon Law. Everything is codified and written down. Find in any VATICAN (Church) document Catholics being called upon to worship Mary. Canon Law expressly forbids worship of Mary and allows worship only of the Trinity.
Catholics worship God (Jesus) in the Mass every Sunday. If we worshiped Mary, there would have to be an equivalent service otherwise we would be slighting her by comparison. Enlighten us. What is the service that is equivalent to the Mass for Mary? Hmmm???
Before you say the rosary, let me spare you further embarrassment. No Catholic is ever called upon to recite the rosary, which is merely asking Mary to intercede with her prayers anyway. Its recitation is purely voluntary. If Catholics were to worship Mary, please explain how could the rosary be simply voluntary? Isn't that insulting to a (supposed) deity? How could the Catholic Church be calling on Catholics to worship Mary and then insult her with no worship service? So, if Catholics worship Mary and are supposed to, then we're obviously falling far short of worship. So, what is the worship service for Mary?
Once again, find any Vatican document proving that Catholics must not just honor Mary, but must worship her as we do Christ. Not interested in isolated cases of people kissing statues etc. How are ALL Catholics being called upon to worship Mary? What is that service exactly? BE SPECIFIC !!!!

WHAT IS THE WORSHIP SERVICE FOR MARY?😜😜

If bowing was always an act of worship, you would expect that the holy men and women of the Old Testament did not bow to any human. However, this is not the case:🤣🤣
In Exodus 18:7, Moses went out to meet his father-in-law Jethro, and did obeisance and kissed him.
In 1 Sam 24:8, David bowed with his face to the earth and did obeisance to King Saul.
In 1 Kings 1:23, the prophet Nathan bowed before King David, with his face to the ground.
In 1 Kings 2:19, King Solomon rose from his throne to meet his mother, Bathsheba, and bowed down to her.
From these and many other examples in the Old Testament, it should be clear that bowing down with your face to the gound before another person and kissing them can be a sign of respect and affection.
Also, in the New Testament, St. Paul often told Christians to greet one another with a holy kiss. (Rom 16:16, 1 Cor 16:20, 2 Cor 13:12, 1 Thes 5:26)
the act of bowing can’t be idolatrous in and of itself, because God commands that it be directed to finite beings. For example, in Revelation 3:9 Jesus says that he will make “those of the synagogue of Satan” “bow down” before the feet of the Christians in Philadelphia. If bowing before another were an act of worship, then Jesus would be commanding idolatry. But that’s absurd.
It’s possible that someone who bows before a statue of Mary might offer the statue, or Mary herself, worship. But the idolatry would not be due to the act of bowing. It would be due to the intentional offering of worship; like in the case of Cornelius who bowed before Peter and worshipped him (Acts 10:25-26). If a Catholic were to do such a thing, they would need to repent and begin offering worship to the one who alone has a right to our worship-namely, God.
Sometimes anti-Catholics cite Deuteronomy 5:9, where God said concerning idols, "You shall not bow down to them." Since many Catholics sometimes bow or kneel in front of statues of Jesus and the saints, anti-Catholics confuse the legitimate veneration of a sacred image with the sin of idolatry.
Though bowing can be used as a posture in worship, not all bowing is worship. In Japan, people show respect by bowing in greeting (the equivalent of the Western handshake). Similarly, a person can kneel before a king without worshipping him as a god. In the same way, a Catholic who may kneel in front of a statue while praying isn’t worshipping the statue or even praying to it, any more than the Protestant who kneels with a Bible in his hands when praying is worshipping the Bible or praying to it.

WHAT IS THE WORSHIP SERVICE FOR MARY?

"if it's not in the Bible, it's invalid" since you only believe what's in the Bible, please provide the Bible verse that states that!
And what do you make of John 21:25???
"Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written."
Don't you think the apostles held teachings and truths that were never written down in the Bible?
The reality is Sola Scriptura is not a thing. It's false teaching and I'm pretty sure you won't be able to justify it. No protestant I debated with was able to.
Protestants are believers but are missing a good portion of the teachings passed down through traditions, through the Apostles, then the Apostolic Fathers and the most important thing is you miss out on the 2 sacrements that support your spiritual life, the Eucharist and the Reconciliation. That's why many protestants struggle because once they have real spiritual questions, they kind of hit a void place where pastors tell them basically, it's up to you. In catholicism, it doesn't exist. There's an answer to all the spiritual/theology questions one can have if you give yourself the chance to look for it. The only thing is you have to be humble enough to accept that you may have been wrong and accept the teaching of the apostles and all who came before us. Nowadays, it's a very difficult thing to do because we live in a society that encourages pride and self praise.
And for those who say there's nothing in the Bible that says Mary is that important, there's also nothing that says she isn't. So we defer to tradition, the very one part protestants reject.
Luther actually venerated Mary. Many people don't know that. It's very weird. He knew he messed up. He was depressed ,had mental issues and was a drunk and persevered out of stubbornness, not faith. He got entire villages killed because people refused to renounce catholicism. Look into his life you'll be amazed. A lot of his work has been inspired by his conversations with the devil, as per his own claims. His conclusion was he didn't need the authority of the pope. We all know conversing with the devil doesn't bring anything good. The devil only needed that little opening to succeed in splitting Christ's church and make people doubt the wholesomeness of Catholicism. Doubt in the teachings, doubt in the authenticity of the Scripture, doubt in the sacrements, etc.
I pray for the world conversion. 🙏🏾

    One thing that Catholics tell and told me was; “we ask her to go to Jesus because a mother is close to the son” and then they mention the wedding feast, but what if I told you Jesus didn’t do what Mary wanted most of the time during His ministry and Jesus does what we ask;
“If you abide in me and my word abides in you, you shall ask for what ever you will and I will give it to you” now with this, even if Mary could hear me, I’m not so afraid of my Older brother that I need my “mother” to ask him something for me. And I’m even the oldest in my family so I know, my bros ask me to ask him my dad, or me asking the youngest to.

At 30 years old at a new biblical teaching church, I decided give my life to Christ. Was truly baptized, and I can literally feel the Holy Spirit in my life. Now that I’m constantly reading and studying the Bible, I’m more knowledgeable about Catholic doctrine than I’ve ever known. I guess the question people should be asking themselves is “Do I believe man’s word or God’s word?” For me I choose the latter, because I know the enemy is in “man’s word.”

It’s generational. Many of them have made being Catholic, an idol to them, and have little actual faith. My prayer is whether Catholic or not, is that you truly repent and believe in the Gospel, and accept Jesus as your true lord and savior.
But it does hurt my heart, when I attend a Catholic mass, funeral, wedding, and it comes time for Eucharist, and the priest announces “if you are not of this faith or good standing with the church” you cannot take the Eucharist. So you are telling me as Christians, we can’t break bread together?? Our denominations might differ, but at the heart of the church we can’t even do something basic together?

No offense to the Catholic Church, but this is one of the main reasons why I am not Catholic because a lot of their teaching is twisted and goes against Scripture, a lot of the teachings are being taught, and are trying to be justified through scripture, I love all of my Catholic friends but I’m glad that this video was put out so that some people can wake up and realize that not everything they were taught in the Catholic Church is actually true, the only person that we would ever pray to alone is Christ, but just because some religious people come up with that idea, does it mean terms of fact, we all know that purgatory does not exist, because Christ died on the cross, and shed his blood for our sins, and purified us, I also find a pretty funny on how Catholics can try to label us as protestants just because we disagree with their doctrine, all we are is just Christians that are part of the body of Christ, they claim that only priests can cast out demons, but in reality, we all could, I’ve done it myself and I would love to do it again. But for all my Catholic friends, I pray that you ask God to guide you to the correct teaching and set you free, the last time I went to a Catholic mass I felt something really dark, and was extremely uncomfortable, especially with all of the statues of Mary, don’t give me wrong I do love Mary, but I don’t obsess over her, but I’m still amazed on how they deny her as an idol because almost every house I go to that is Catholic, that’s all I ever see him, I have talk to a lot of ex-Catholics that truly repented and realized that the teachings were not adding up and they got rid of all of the statues and got freed from the spirit of religion, I know for sure that some Catholics are going to see my comment and possibly say something nasty or possibly receive some backlash but I’m always willing to fight for the truth, God bless you all

I was raised Catholic and I truly believe as I read the New Testament and finished it that no where does it say or even try to mention praying to dead saints. It’s all about Jesus the savior of the world and that he is our mediator! If praying to dead saints becomes even a small violation then ima stay away from it. I rather worship God then go to traditions! Hallelujah thank you Jesus!
Most Catholics don’t read their Bible! Most priests I’ve encountered don’t tell everyone to go read the Bible and they rarely quote scripture!
Thank God I live somewhere where I can read the Bible for myself and ask the Holy Spirit to lead me to full truth!
Think about it. Are you pleasing people and tradition or trusting fully in the word of God!
Many times Jesus had the chance to exalt Mary and he never did! Most of the time he called her women! And when they said your mom is waiting for you. Jesus answered back “who is my mother?” And says “anyone who does the will of my father is my mother” and when the women said “blessed is the womb that carried you” and Jesus says “no rather blessed be God”
“While Jesus was saying these things, one of the women in the crowd raised her voice and said to Him, “Blessed is the womb that carried You, and the breasts at which You nursed!” But He said, “On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God and follow it.””
    ‭‭Luke‬ ‭11‬:‭27‬-‭28‬ ‭
“[Someone said to Him, “Look, Your mother and Your brothers are standing outside, seeking to speak to You.”] But Jesus replied to the one who was telling Him and said, “Who is My mother, and who are My brothers?” And extending His hand toward His disciples, He said, “Behold: My mother and My brothers! For whoever does the will of My Father who is in heaven, he is My brother, and sister, and mother.””
    ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭12‬:‭47‬-‭50‬ ‭
People were already trying to exalt Mary at that time and Jesus seems to always rebuke them! Mary is blessed and in heaven and was filled with the Holy Spirit! But no where does it say she became queen of heaven and full of powers to hear all human prayers at once and that she was sinless and didn’t die and just went to heaven!
Trust me read the word of God and the Holy Spirit will lead you to truth!

The Hail Mary Is all about Christ incarnation guess these morons are against Jesus ..Without the incarnation, we would have no Our Father. If Jesus had not taken flesh in her womb, we would necver have heard of her. So whenever we pray the Hail Mary, we are professing our faith in Jesus, the Word made flesh. As she said to Elizabeth, her soul magnifies the Lord; everything about her speaks of God
The Power of Intercessory Prayer: Intercessory prayer proceeds from faith in God that holy men and women who have died are as alive today as they were on earth (Luke 20:38). If the prayer of the just man avails much, how much more the prayer of the one made perfect (Rev. 21:27) and living with God in heaven (the patriarchs, apostles and other holy men and women).James 5:16b "the fervent prayer of a righteous man is very powerful." Rev. 5:8 "When he took it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each of the elders held a harp and gold bowls filled with incense, which are the prayers of the holy ones. The angels, too, mediate our prayers. This is taught explicitly in the Jewish book of Tobit (Tob. 12:12), accepted by Christians as inspired until Luther on his own authority rejected it. It remains part of the Catholic Bible. Tobit 12:12 I can now tell you that when you, Tobit, and Sarah prayed, it was I who presented and read the record of your prayer before the Glory of the Lord; and I did the same thing when you used to bury the dead. Rev. 8:3 "Another angel came and stood at the altar, holding a gold censer. He was given a great quantity of incense to offer, along with the prayers of all the holy ones, on the gold altar that was before the throne." Is the rosary mindless babbling? The purpose of the different beads on the rosary is to count the various prayers as they are said. Unlike the Moslem prayer beads and the mantras of Buddhism, the prayers of the rosary are meant to occupy our whole being, body and soul, while meditating on the truths of the Faith. Any prayer is vain, however, if said mechanically without devotion. Simply to repeat prayers is not the vain repetition condemned by Christ (Mt 6:7), since He Himself repeats His prayer in the Garden three times (Mt 26:39, 42, 44) and the Psalms (inspired by the Holy Spirit) are often very repetitive (Ps 119 has 176 verses and Ps. 136 repeats the same phrase 26 times). Matthew 6:7 In praying, do not babble like the pagans, who think that they will be heard because of their many words. Psalm 136:1-26 Praise the LORD, who is so good; God's love endures forever; Praise the God of gods; God's love endures forever; . . . Praise the God of heaven, God's love endures forever. Matthew 26:39 He advanced a little and fell prostrate in prayer, saying, "My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from me; yet, not as I will, but as you will." Matthew 26:42 Withdrawing a second time, he prayed again, "My Father, if it is not possible that this cup pass without my drinking it, your will be done!" Matthew 26:44 He left them and withdrew again and prayed a third time, saying the same thing again. The Church believes that it is necessary for a Christian to meditate (prayerfully think about) the will of God, the life and teachings of Jesus, the price He paid for our salvation, and so on. Unless we do this we will begin to take these great gifts for granted and ultimately fall away from the Lord. Every Christian must meditate in some way in order to preserve the gift of salvation (James 1:22-25). Many Catholic and non-Catholic Christians prayerfully read and apply Scripture to their lives, that is, meditate on them. With the rosary this can be done virtually anywhere and anytime.🤣🤣

I was raised Catholic and was taken to church by my mother. I couldn’t understand a thing in mass. Never learned anything about Jesus. There was always a Catholic bible in the house but no one opened it. Nothing was taught in church about Jesus. It was merely a religious ceremony. I never saw either my mother or father grow in any fruits of the Spirit throughout their life sadly. Both are gone now. Jesus and Jesus only saves. I’ve witnessed the truth and I’m incredibly grateful that God showed me the truth at a very early age.

As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so he who eats me will live because of me For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.

Speaks volumes symbolically between Catholics and Christians and the doctrines we deem has the authority. We actually read the Bible...many Catholics do not which is why they are practicing so many things that don't line up with the Word of God.

The Catholic Church is the only church that can claim to have been founded by Christ personally. Every other church traces its lineage back to a mere human person such as Martin Luther or John Wesley. The Catholic Church can trace its lineage back to Jesus Christ who appointed St. Peter as the first pope. This line of popes has continued unbroken for almost 2,000 years.

Thank you Isaiah for this video and thank you all of your followers. I converted to Catholicism this past Easter. The hard part of this video is that Protestants want Catholics to respond like protestants. Where is interceding to Mary in the Bible? John 2:1-12. Mary intercedes for a wedding party that the wine has ran out and told (not asked) Jesus. And He obeyed his mother. Before Jesus died on the cross, He looked at Mary and John and told Mary to "behold your son!" and to John, "behold your mother!" And John took Mary to his own home. (john 19:26-27) This also showed that Mary had no other sons, but that can be for another video. As a Catholic, we believe that Mary become our mother given as Christ told John.
What else about Mary? When the angel Gabriel came her, he first says "Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you!" (Luke 1:28) This is a very respective greeting coming from Heaven. In fact, whenever there has been in an angel talking to someone, he always says first "Do not be afraid." But Gabriel greeted Mary in a royal way.
Us Catholics also believe that Mary is Ark of the New Covenant. Why? In the Ark of the covenant which God told Moses to build, inside was the manna from heaven, Aaron's rod and the tables of the covenant (Hebrews 9:4, Exodus 25:16, Exodus 16:33-34, 1 Kings 8:9, 2 Chronicles 5:10). Jesus is the living bread from heaven (John 6), Jesus is our High Priest (Hebrews 2:17) and Jesus is the Word made flesh (John 1). In 2 Samuel 6:14, when David brought the Ark to Jerusalem he danced. In Luke 1:41 when Elizabeth heard Mary's greeting the child (John the Baptist) leaped. David prayed "Who am I, O Lord God, what is my house that you have brought me this far? (2 Samuel 7:18). Elizabeth greats Mary, "Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb! And why is this granted me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? (Luke 1:42-43). (This verse also said that Mary is mother of God as Lord is capitalized). Also, when David left the Ark of the Covenant with Obed-edom, his house was blessed (2 Samuel 6:12). Mary says that all generations will call her blessed (Luke 1:48).
Lots more, but there is a start.

I was raised Catholic, and it is this Doctrine of asking those who have passed to pray for us that made me question the religion. With regards to Mary, many have quoted the scripture about the wedding in Canaa, where Mary asked Jesus to assist when they had run out of wine, so it is believed that she can intercede on the people's behalf. Regarding the saints, they are saying that they are Martyrs, so they want to be like them. But we should desire and strive to be more like Jesus who had no sin, so that we can know where we will spend eternity. And I read one of the comments in this thread, yes, it is a fear of letting go of the familiar and opening ourselves up to hear the truth. I can only pray for the scales on my family's eyes to fall off, only God can get through to them, I pray that they hear His voice and become obedient to it. Forgive my grammar if the text doesn't make sense.

We don't ask for intercession from the saint just to be like them. We ask because we believe dead doesn't mean death for souls who are in Christ and so we are in communion with all saints here and those who have passed before us. And just as we ask our friends, family and brethren at church to pray for us, so we do with the saints. And I am born again and saying all Catholics aren't is a fallacy of generalization

Your father may have had wonderful faith and done good works but it’s the Holy Spirit that helps us do the will of the our Father, we should never pray to be like other people. We should pray to be more like Jesus. Before we came to Christ we were doing what we wanted to do and once we’re filled with the Holy Spirit and allow Him to lead our lives we start to do Gods will for our lives and to help others, but it has nothing to do with us but everything to do with God leading our lives. This is why all honor and glory goes to Him. Jesus said, from apart from Him we can do nothing. “And the Holy Spirit helps un is our weakness. For example, we don’t know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be explained in words. And the Father who knows all hearts knows what the Spirit is saying for the Spirit pleads for us believers in harmony with Gods own will”

Do you really think you follow the Bible teaching?🤢🤢
You have mentioned Mary in your post. I will prove
from your very own words (or lack of) that you do not follow
all of Scripture, but pick and choose as you see fit.
      Luke 1:48
"Henceforth", means from the moment she said it until the end of time.
"All generations", I would presume includes you as well as myself and everyone
who has lived ever since the time she said it.
"Shall/Will", denotes a command and not a suggestion.
      "Call me Blessed".
You did not call her blessed even once, and I
sincerely doubt that you ever have in your entire life.
Catholics call her "blessed" and obey this command.
Martin Luther, the first protestant, called her "blessed".
      He obeyed this command.
Now, please tell me why you do not follow this command of Holy Scripture?
Show me the verse which authorizes you to accept a verse which appears
to conform to your teaching and reject another which does not conform to it?
Aren't we commanded to conform our teaching to the Bible and not to try to conform
      the Bible to false teaching?
All generations will call her blessed for she is blessed among women. Of all women, our Lord chose her holy womb, full of grace, as His own dwelling. The power of the Most High overshadowed the mother of our Redeemer and she was found to be with child of the Holy Spirit. Our Lord Himself honoured her as His own mother and we must honour whom the Lord honours. Blessed be her name, Mary, and blessed be the name of the fruit of her womb, Jesus.
The Lord will honour His own mother, blessed Mary, for all eternity & we cannot but follow His example and honour her as He does: hail, Mary, the Lord is with thee! He is flesh of her flesh & bone of her bone. We are born of Him & He is born of Her and of the Father. The blood which was poured out for us was blood of her blood. A spear pierced His side & a sword pierced her heart. Unless we eat His flesh, which is of her flesh, we have no life within us.
Hail Mary, who gave birth to incarnate Love and Salvation and who raised for us sinners the Hope of Israel. The Lord is with her. With her is Redemption, with her is Forgiveness for all iniquities. Blessed be her name by all generations!
“If you’re ever worried about loving the blessed Virgin Mary too much don’t be, you can never love her more than Jesus does.” - St Maximilian Kolbe
Mary does not take away from the redemptive work of Christ nor does she add to it. If you want proof that Christ's redemptive work is perfect look to exhibit A- The blessed virgin Mary.
So then you do not believe Mary carried the divinity in her womb and gave birth to it?....You believe rather that the divinity of GOD only came into Christ after he was born and seperate the divinity from the humanity of Christ(this is Nestorians)?....Do you believe the word mother means source?...If so do you believe your mother is the source of your soul?...or is she your mother because she carried you in her womb and gave birth to you?
Mary as the first Person To say Yes to Gods plan for redemption
Mary Was the First person to say thy will Be done
Mary thru who the WORD was made Flesh
The words of the first part of the Hail Mary are words addressed to her by the angel Gabriel and her relative Elizabeth. The second part is merely a request for the mother of God to pray for us.
      But most important of all: the whole point (the context) of the Hail Mary is not Mary but the incarnation of Jesus. Without the incarnation, we would have no Our Father. If Jesus had not taken flesh in her womb, we would necver have heard of her. So whenever we pray the Hail Mary, we are professing our faith in Jesus, the Word made flesh. As she said to Elizabeth, her soul magnifies the Lord;
everything about her speaks of God.
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
Luke 1:29 "Hail, favored one! The Lord is with you." (Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee)
Luke 1:38 "Most blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb." (blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus)
1 Corinthians 7:34 "An unmarried woman or a virgin is anxious about the things of the Lord, so that she may be holy in both body and spirit." (Holy Mary)
Luke 2:6-7 "6 While they were there, the time came for her to have her child, 7 and she gave birth to her firstborn son." (Mother of God)
2 Corinthians 1:11 "as you help us with prayer, so that thanks may be given by many on our behalf for the gift granted us through the prayers of many." (pray for us sinners now)
Matthew 10:22 "but whoever endures to the end will be saved". (and at the hour of our death. Amen.)
I don't think you would disagree with me on the Lord's Prayer, Glory Be, and the Apostle's Creed, but if you do, then tell me :0)
➨INTERCESSION of a holy person on our behalf:

@@bibleman8010 i would like to briefly point out that shall/will is not a command in context of a song. It is a declaration of the future, not an instruction to be obeyed. This is Mary's song, her personal song that I believe God gave her. And I believe that line was a prophetic utterance of things to come. For it is true, that all generations are calling her blessed. But songs in that day ... Group songs were made with instructions in it. Personal songs were not, unless they were to yourself, like how David would command his soul to sing. And I would also point out that giving Mary the title of blessed Mary is not quite necessary in order to call her blessed. I think that must've been some kind of convenience thing somebody started, because I can say "she is blessed" and that is calling someone blessed. Especially since she didn't say "and they must call me the Blessed One" ... She simply said "and they will call me blessed", aka "and they will say of me that i am blessed". You don't have to give them that as a title. That's like an Old English kinda thing, like when you would say Frederick the Brave instead of just saying oh yeah Frederick is really brave. People don't give titles like that anymore! Anyway. Food for thought
