My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord,
my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,
for he has looked with favor on his lowly servant.
From this day all generations will call me blessed:
the Almighty has done great things for me,
    and holy is his Name.
He has mercy on those who fear him
    in every generation.
He has shown the strength of his arm,
he has scattered the proud in their conceit.
He has cast down the mighty from their thrones,
and has lifted up the lowly.
He has filled the hungry with good things,
and the rich he has sent away empty.
He has come to the help of his servant Israel
for he has remembered his promise of mercy,
the promise he made to our fathers,
to Abraham and his children forever.
Glory to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forever. Amen.

@@danielcristancho3524 D)Back to your distinction “pray “to” Mary”, is often said, but not meant that way. It’s actually “through” Mary. We ask the saints in Heaven, and obviously, the Mother of our Lord is there, to pray for us, but through their intercession. It has always been taught that the members of the church always pray for each other whether alive on Earth or alive in Heaven. It’s a spiritual form of CHARITY.
Mary is the greatest human saint. She was made, especially for the Son. God, Who is perfect, cannot physically dwell in a sinful vessel/person so she was exempt from Original Sin of the Fall of humanity, and lived that way until her death. If you read in Exodus the Ark of the Covenant prefigures Mary, where God dwelt. The show bread that was Holy, and the manna pre-figures Christ, the Bread from Heaven (Bethlehem means House of Bread); the manna was to nourish the Israelites. Jesus as the Eucharistic Bread is to nourish us spiritually in the soul.
(That’s why Catholics have to go to confession to confess mortal sin before receiving the Eucharist (the 10 Commandments and sins against charity and purity, or even habitual venial sins- if one can’t get out of the habit; there’s a problem, and needs to be worked on more intensely as it can morph to mortal sin). God who dwells physically for a short time after consumption without the stain of sin.)

The title Mother of God is not to say Mary is the Mother of the Trinity. It is to reinforce the reality of Christs divinity. Mary is the mother of God the Son, in that Christ was God incarnate in human flesh from the moment of his conception. To say otherwise is to deny Christs divinity, which then calls all of salvation history into question.
As for the Blessed Mothers being conceived without sin, this is due entirely to who she gave birth too. By the merits of the life, death, and resurrection of Christ, Mary was preserved from original and personal sin so that she could bear God the Son within her. She is the new Ark of the Covenant, overshadowed by the Holy Spirit, holding within her the True Bread of heaven (the Ark of the OT had manna, bread from heaven) the Word of God made flesh (OT Ark held the word of God engraved in Stone) and the High Priest of the New Covenant (OT Ark held the staff of Aaron, which was dead but became alive again, sprouting and bearing fruit).
Hope this clarifies a bit of where the Church Fathers were coming from, and can point you towards learning more about the logic behind it.

All the Protestants I know are first to point out that when a "saved" person dies, they are immediately alive in Heaven. Yet, somehow according to the same Protestants, all the saints are dead. Also, I would argue that when we pray to Mary and the saints, we are implicitly recognizing and praising God directly by recognizing God, specifically Christ himself, within and through the lives and works of those saints. Recognizing God in others is how we are able to see God manifest in the world. The miracles associated with the saints are a sign of their closeness to God, and we remember them and their works of mercy as fruits of their faith and cooperation with God's grace and will. So, when we commune with the saints, we glorify God along with that saint we are praying with. So, in actuality, when we pray to a saint, we are actually praying with the saint in communion together praying to God.

This goes to show that some people don't believe in the afterlife, even Christians. To cleave the body of Christ in half and think only those amidst our five senses on earth are those of cognizance and capability of intercessory prayer, to write them off, shows they don't think there is life after death. They unconsciously accept a materialist reductionist view of Enlightenment era metaphysics.

_All the Protestants I know are first to point out that when a "saved" person dies, they are immediately alive in Heaven. Yet, somehow according to the same Protestants, all the saints are dead._
Alive in Heaven does not mean they are up there receiving prayers or able to receive prayers. And 1 Thessalonians says they are dead.
*16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. **_And the dead in Christ_** will rise first.* _-- 1 Thessalonians 4:16_
That's where Mary is, dead in Christ, or as it's said, "asleep". But Catholics make up that Mary, or the false claim of "saints", answers prayers when there is nothing that supports that in scripture. There is no special designation of being a "saint". That's just something the Catholic church made up too. All believers in Christ are saints.

@@RaiderWolf-yd6nm The context of "dead in Christ" is referring to the resurrection of those asleep with new glorified bodies. Before then, those who have fallen asleep in Christ are more alive than you or me as spiritual beings like the angels, joined to Christ more truly and fully than we could hope to be while on Earth. God is of the living, not the dead. "Saint" is not a made-up designation. It is just a translation which means "holy". Of course, all believers in Christ are "saints". The term, however, is simply used to mark a person who has visibly manifested Christ in their mission to others in their works and verified by their fruits. The term marks them as worthy of example and reflection of how Christ shows himself to others in this world through true believers. Their faith is justified by their fruits and acknowledged by the Pilgrim Church still on Earth that we too may be Christ manifest to others in our cooperation with His divine will and grace. If you are not a reflection of Christ in your life and works, then you are still far from being a true believer. "You will know them by their fruits," correct? If you bear no fruit in your life, of what use was your faith? You would be like the fig tree that Jesus cursed for not bearing fruit. You would be like the servant in the parable that buried his talents and then was beaten by his master for not producing at least something with them. Some people manifest more visible fruit than others because they are entrusted to a particular mission by Christ. We cannot know who these people are until the Church has examined their lives and their fruits, and sometimes they are recognized as "saint" but not to the discredit of everyone else who is a true believer in the eyes of Christ. These designated "saints" are simply set apart from the whole, which is what "holy" means, that we may recognize Christ working through these "saints" for the sake of a holy mission. All of us are called to do the same. Some just happen to be chosen for a particular mission which often results in great tests of faith throughout the course of their lives. Through these tests fruits are born through works carried out by faith despite the trials having to be endured. The practice of designating saints is not uniquely Roman Catholic. This is a practice shared by all Apostolic traditions including the Orthodox, Armenians, Coptic, Assyrians, etc. We share these because we were for a relatively brief time in the earliest days of the Church, one holy and Apostolic Church founded directly by the Apostles and taught "The Way" before The Bible was even finished being written. Even after we parted ways from each other, we have maintained the same practices as taught to us by the Apostles all independently and unchanging throughout the entire Church history. Protestants are unfortunately clouded by a long tradition of anti-Catholic propaganda since the Reformation. In that case, look passed the Roman Church and look to the other Apostolic Churches, especially the ones that did not have any ties to the Roman Empire. You will see a much richer faith and tradition more perfectly aligned with Apostolic teaching than what you have been led to believe which is more anti-Catholic than it is Christian as taught by Christ and the Apostles. God bless you.

Thank you so much for your comments on the Blessed Virgin Mary. It was pointed out that Elizabeth's proclamation is directly related to the two old testament women who killed enemies of the Jewish people, both involved the head. Somehow, as a Protestant, I completely missed the fact the she is a warrior par excellence. And the heavenly hosts that announce Jesus' birth to the shepherds, are also warriors. So, the Bible clearly states that Mary, the saints & angels are fighting for the human race. It's amazing that I could have missed the fact. Thanks again for everything you do. Pax.

Catholics are taught to worship and adore only God.
We may have a devotion to the Blessed Mother, but we only worship and adore God.
Mary is beloved Daughter of the Father, Bride of The Holy Spirit, and Mother of The Son. She has a singular and universal calling.
In the book of Kings, when King David held court it is written that when the subjects wanted to petition the king, but considered that he would deny their petition, they would request that the Queen would petition on their behalf. It was well regarded that the King would not refuse his Queen. Since David had many wives it was the Queen Mother, his mom, who sat by his side! King David set the precedent of never refusing his mom any public requests, that’s probably why The Lord changed the water into wine, at the wedding feast at Cana, upon his mother’s request. That’s why Catholics trust to petition the Queen Mother of heaven to intercede for us! We know she has God’s ear and that His Favor rests in her. She has her Father’s ear, she has her Heavenly Spouse’s ear, She has her Beloved Son’s ear!
Please know that Catholics do not speak to the dead, we petition the Saints to pray for us, same as we ask fellow believers to pray for us. We trust that The Saints are truly more alive than we are! And they are our friends! Through the saving power of Jesus Christ we’re looking forward to spending eternity with G❤️D and with our friends!

If you pray to Mary, you worship Mary or you believe her to be Divine. That's a universal truism in humanity, whether pagan or Christian, we only pray to those we believe to be a God or those we worship.

Luke 1 38 Mary responds "Behold, I am the handmaid of the lord. May it be done according to your word". As a Protestant, using the Protestant bible, that statement makes no sense, since the Protestant bible does not explain what a handmaid is. Enter the Catholic Church, who had no need to remove books because of some disordered reason. In the book of Judith in the real bible, chapter 11 verse 17, Judith replies "the handmaid is indeed, a God fearing woman serving the God of heaven night and day". Mary would have perfected that , and thus to say that Mary was a sinner, makes absolutely no sense. It also makes sense based on that statement, that she probably never had to go through the process of dying and judgement as we would understand it. In fact, the bible gets even more Catholic than that. Other responses from the handmaid of the lord. "but now that you are a devout woman pray for us", or "whatever is pleasing to him I will promptly do. This will be a joy for me until the day of my death." "the lord struck him down by the hand of a female". It gets better "blessed are you, daughter, by the most high God, above all the women on earth." "may God make this redound to your everlasting honor" "Judith 15 "you are the glory of Jerusalem, the great pride of Israel,... and the lord is pleased with you". I could go on forever.

Sure there were several women named Mary, it was a common name. But Mary, the mother of Jesus, is also mother to several half brothers and sisters by Joseph. She did not remain a virgin. She married Joseph, so she had children after Jesus. James was a brother of Jesus, the one who wrote the book of James. So was Jude, of the book of Jude _(Jude also went by the name of Judas)._ And it lists some of his brothers, plus that he had sisters, who were children born to Mary the mother of Jesus.
*3 Is this not the carpenter, the Son of Mary, and brother of James, Joses, Judas, and Simon? And are not His sisters here with us?” So they were offended at Him.* _-- Mark 6:3_
And also Paul said James is "the Lord's brother".
*18 Then after three years, I went up to Jerusalem to get acquainted with Cephas and stayed with him fifteen days.*
*19 I saw none of the other apostles- **_only James, the Lord’s brother._*_ -- Galatians 1:18-19_
And then Jude says he is James' brother, which makes him Jesus' half brother.

Mary is the Mother of God, not according to any man-made doctrines, but according to the Holy Spirit (Luke 1:43).
Mary is not Eternally Begotten and is not part of the Holy Trinity. Yet, God found favor with her and she is proclaimed "full of Grace." Because in everything God works for good in those who love him and Mary was called according to Gods purpose. For He foreknew her and predestined her to be the Mother of God. And we can be certain that He justified her and glorified her. This is why Mary, the Mother of God, can proclaim to us "God My Savior." St. Paul tells us in Galatians 1:15 that he was chosen by God before he was born to preach the gospel to the Gentiles. And so was Mary, the Mother of God, chosen before the foundation of the world to be the Mother of God. On behalf of her Nation Israel and therefore on behalf of the whole world, Marys fiat was heard on earth and in heaven.

Cardinal Newman, a convert on the Immaculate Conception:
1.Does not the objector consider that Eve was created, or born, without original sin? Why does not this shock him? Would he have been inclined to honour Eve in that first estate of hers? Why, then, Mary?
    2. Does he not believe that St. John Baptist had the grace of God-i.e., was regenerated, even before his birth? What do we believe of Mary, but that grace was given her at a still earlier period? All we say is, that grace was given her from the first moment of her existence.
    3. We do not say that she did not owe her salvation to the death of her Son. Just the contrary, we say that she, of all mere children of Adam, is in the truest sense the fruit and the purchase of His Passion. He has done for her more than for anyone else. To others He gives grace and regeneration at a point in their earthly existence; to her, from the very beginning.
We do not make her nature different from others. Though, as St. Austin says, we do not like to name her in the same breath with mention of sin, yet, certainly she would have been a frail being, like Eve, without the grace of God. A more abundant gift of grace made her what she was from the first. It was not her nature which secured her perseverance, but the excess of grace which hindered Nature acting as Nature ever will act.

Especially since you provide context to our traditions and let alone scripture to reference to its fullness. I have been mocked and misconstrued repeatedly by protestants for my faith and its always just "SCRIPTURE! SCRIPTURE! Even if the intercession of the saints is not doctrinally declared more efficacious than my intercession for you, or yours for me, it is still well understood that it is. As Christians (Catholics) we understand that we are children of the Kingdom of Christ and that, like an earthly kingdom-- all of which are patterned off of the heavenly kingdom, there is a hierarchy of influence, and that, if fact, the influence of the queen mother, Our Lady, over her son, Our Lord, is vastly greater than mine is, for example, or yours. She is the most powerful advocate on our behalf, especially in spiritual warfare. She is the woman who will crush the serpent's head, mentioned in Genesis.

    Cyril of Alexandria 431 AD
We salute you, for in your holy womb was confined him who is beyond all limitation. Because of you the holy Trinity is glorified and adored; the cross is called precious and is venerated throughout the world; the heavens exult; the angels and archangels make merry; demons are put to flight; the devil, that tempter, is thrust down from heaven; the fallen race of man is taken up on high; all creatures possessed by the madness of idolatry have attained knowledge of the truth; believers receive holy baptism; the oil of gladness is poured out; the Church is established throughout the world; pagans are brought to repentance.
What more is there to say? Because of you the light of the only-begotten Son of God has shone upon those who sat in darkness and in the shadow of death; prophets pronounced the word of God; the apostles preached salvation to the Gentiles; the dead are raised to life, and kings rule by the power of the holy Trinity.
Who can put Mary’s high honor into words? She is both mother and virgin. I am overwhelmed by the wonder of this miracle. Of course no one could be prevented from living in the house he had built for himself, yet who would invite mockery by asking his own servant to become his mother?
Behold then the joy of the whole universe. Let the union of God and man in the Son of the Virgin Mary fill us with awe and adoration. Let us fear and worship the undivided Trinity as we sing the praise of the ever-virgin Mary, the holy temple of God, and of God himself, her Son and spotless Bridegroom. To him be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
This reading is from a homily Cyril of Alexandria to the council of Ephesus (Hom 4: PG 77, 992. 995-996) in AD 431..

Yes, Mary and the other saints aren’t dead, so that’s dispositive, but to make it even clearer that it has nothing to do with asking the saints to pray for us is that necromancy is not merely speaking to the dead, but rather the raising or conjuring of the dead to inquire of them to learn about the future, etc.

But, since we cannot separate the hypostatic union, Mary gave birth to the Man-God. This would actually be the best title, the most accurate. Jesus's Father was God 100%, and Jesus's Mother was human 100%. So, God is the Father of the God-Man Jesus, and Mary is the Mother of the Man-God Jesus.

I realized theologically what the church believed and taught such as the queen mother as found in the Old Testament and all the other doctrines, but what really turned me was when I realized that she is forevermore our Lord’s mother. I knew then that she would hold an even higher place of honor than even the apostles.
I know that for many that sounds outrageous and completely unbiblical, yet it is a reality. She is now and forever will be his mother. She did not give him his divinity, but she gave him his flesh and she bore him, raised him and nourished him. I’m sure that our Lord honors the commandment to honor thy mother. And that seat of honor is hers and hers only.
    Think about it!

@ShirleyAnnPetrillo-oj7sc If I followed your logic, I would have to deny Christ.
Yes the ancient isrealites fell into worship of a false "queen of heaven".
Just like when the Isrealites fell into false "baal" worship whose name means "lord" and rides on the clouds.
      Jeremiah 19:
      4 Because they have forsaken me, and have estranged this place, and have burned incense in it unto other gods, whom neither they nor their fathers have known, nor the kings of Judah, and have filled this place with the blood of innocents;
5 They have built also the high places of Baal, to burn their sons with fire for burnt offerings unto Baal, which I commanded not, nor spake it, neither came it into my mind:
Which has no bearing on Christ as the True Lord who rides on the clouds or the fact that in John's Revelation he describes the Ark as a woman with a crown of twelve stars. So there is a True Queen of Heaven.

Interesting parallel I've recently discovered. On his way out of this world, the handmaiden of the king, King David, was Abishag, a virgin, and she kept him warm. On his way into this world, the Handmaiden of the Lord, Jesus, the King of Kings, Mary, a virgin, her womb kept the King warm.
My question to those who doubt: When has any God ordained Handmaiden of a King ever been anything than a perpetual virgin?

Provided that's a valid analogy, when? Mary. That's when. Obviously that's the case since Jesus had several half brothers and sisters. But the analogy is false since there is nothing that says Abishag remained a virgin. And two, Mary didn't keep Jesus warm any differently than any other pregnant mother. So it's nothing unique. Your analogy is a huge stretch, at best, but more like a false analogy.

The rerisen deChristianized repaganized Roman "empire" started that with the apostate Peter the Hermit in the 11th century and popularized it with Dominic of Prussia and started to place their bread idols into pagan lunette sundiscs and hold processions in the 14th century.

I would suggest you start reading through some of the books of the New Testament, read SLOWLY, i mean read through a Gospel or Epistle once; then go back and read it again. Then a third time, highlight whst you read, check any cross references ( other books noted in the center or margins thst relate to what you are reading). Camp in one book of the Bible ( stay in the New Testament for a good long while). After like a month or more, read another one. Whst happens is you begin to really absorb it, it gets in you.And as you keep it up you find yourself not only knowing it better, but also remembering where you read what, and where it relates to other books in the Bible . I have found it a more effective way than just going through the whole Bible in a year. At least for me, although Fr Mike Schimtz pod cast of Bible in a year is still awesome. Hope it helps, God Bless.

The Roman Catholic view of Mary calls into question the compassion, the sympathy, the loving-kindness of God. It places in the people’s minds doubt about God’s care, concern, sympathy, compassion, and interest in their plight. Nothing could be further from the truth. The Bible ends in the 22nd chapter of Revelation with John having heard the amazing revelations, and in this particular case from an angel, when he heard, verse 8 of Revelation 22, it says, “I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who showed me these things. And he said to me, ‘Do not do that/ I am a fellow servant of yours and of your brethren, the prophets, and of those who heed the words of this book. Worship God.’“ In another scene in the book of Revelation there is an angel, an everlasting, flying through heaven with an everlasting message, “Worship God. Worship God,” who is to be worshiped as our Redeemer, our Benefactor, our Comforter, our Sympathizer, our Deliverer.
The Lord is the object of all our worship. The Lord is the object of all our thanksgiving. The Lord, the triune God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, He alone is to be worshiped, He alone is to be venerated, He alone is to be adored, He alone is to be supplicated, He alone is to be petitioned. There is no need for any other person to intercede. You can go directly to God. The Old Testament makes it abundantly clear, and in the New Testament, we go directly to God the Son, and by God the Son directly to God the Father. We are drawn to God the Son by the Spirit, and we are given access to God the Father by the Son. That’s why 1 Timothy 2:5 says, “There is one God, and one Mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” There is one Mediator and it is the man, Christ Jesus. Not angels, not saints, and not Mary. All our burdens, all our prayers, all our requests go directly to God through our relationship with Jesus Christ.
John 14:13, “‘Whatever you ask,’ Jesus said, ‘in My name that will I do that the Father may be glorified in the Son.’“ If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it. God is not reluctant to hear our prayers; nor is Jesus reluctant to hear our prayers, so that we need to go to the mother of Jesus who supposedly can soften up Jesus who then can soften up God to show some interest in our dilemmas. And John again writing in 1 John 5 and verse 14 says, “This is the confidence which we have before Him that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us and we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, and so we know that we have the request which we have asked from Him.” We go directly to God, directly by the prompting of the Spirit to God the Son, and through God the Son to God the Father.

No it doesn't, it in fact reinforces the compassion of God.
Your second paragraph is also in error, although we can go to Jesus, we can also go to others who will also go to Jesus. The Bible not only says so, but it instructs us so... It isn't a tradeoff.
Timothy states there is one mediator, he does not say there is *only* one mediator. Even if this was so you again make the mistake that others cannot mediate between us and Jesus. Timothy stated between Jesus and God, not between us and Jesus.
Then of course we have the first public miracle of Our Lord.
Not for the blind, lame, deaf or sick...
      The Wedding at Cana
1On the third day a wedding took place at Cana in Galilee. Jesus’ mother was there, 2and Jesus and His disciples had also been invited to the wedding. 3When the wine ran out, Jesus’ mother said to Him, “They have no more wine.”
4“Woman, why does this concern us?” Jesus replied. “My hour has not yet come.”
5His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever He tells you.”
I don't think you ever really read that passage.
Mary does not argue with her Son. She states a problem.
Jesus states it is not yet His time.
His mother simply tells the servants "Do whatever He tells you "Also a good instruction for us.
And the result of The Mother of God interceding for the wedding party is they received a VAST amount of the very best wine...against the first inclination of her Son.
(lets take a look at the amount of wine. 120-180 gallons @ 25.4 oz per bottle of wine =600-900 bottles of wine or 50-75 cases of wine or 3,000-4,500 glasses of wine.
I always thought this to be a perpetual gift for the couple's future)
Luke 18:1-8 Parable of the Persistent Widow
1And he spoke also a parable to them, that we ought always to pray and not to faint, 2Saying: There was a judge in a certain city, who feared not God nor regarded man. 3And there was a certain widow in that city; and she came to him, saying: Avenge me of my adversary. 4And he would not for a long time. But afterwards he said within himself: Although I fear not God nor regard man, 5Yet because this widow is troublesome to me, I will avenge her, lest continually coming she weary me. 6And the Lord said: Hear what the unjust judge saith. 7And will not God revenge his elect who cry to him day and night? And will he have patience in their regard? 8I say to you that he will quickly revenge them. But yet the Son of man, when he cometh, shall he find, think you, faith on earth?
      Luke 11:5-8 5
And he said to them: Which of you shall have a friend and shall go to him at midnight and shall say to him: Friend, lend me three loaves, 6Because a friend of mine is come off his journey to me and I have not what to set before him. 7And he from within should answer and say: Trouble me not; the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed. I cannot rise and give thee. 8Yet if he shall continue knocking, I say to you, although he will not rise and give him because he is his friend; yet, because of his importunity, he will rise and give him as many as he needeth.
      James 5:13-17
      The Prayer of Faith
13Is any of you sad? Let him pray: Is he cheerful in mind? Let him sing. 14Is any man sick among you? Let him bring in the priests of the church and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. 15And the prayer of faith shall save the sick man. And the Lord shall raise him up: and if he be in sins, they shall be forgiven him. 16Confess therefore your sins one to another: and pray one for another, that you may be saved. For the continual prayer of a just man availeth much. 17Elias was a man passible like unto us: and with prayer he prayed that it might not rain upon the earth. And it rained not for three years and six months. 18And he prayed again. And the heaven gave rain: and the earth brought forth her fruit.

Here is a comment read on this video: “Did you know? The first gospel is the one written by Mark (a close friend of the apostles Peter and Paul), he wrote it in 70 AD.
This comment confirms the truth: the Church was born, before the Bible! Through the testimony and missionary work of the apostles and disciples. By the Word and not the scriptures, which indeed did not yet exist.

This comment is crazy : "We do not know God, not even Jesus Christ"! Meanwhile Jesus himself tells us: “Whoever has seen me has seen God. Who knows me, knows God”. This is why we must learn a little more every day about Jesus-Christ. How ? by reading the Gospel, by praying to God, by going to the sacraments and by putting the Gospel into practice in our ordinary lives. And by practicing, Faith, Hope and Charity. But the most important is indeed the Charity (Saint Paul).

Someone has written “Jesus and the Scriptures are one”. But don't forget : Jesus Christ is the Word made flesh. Jesus is not the “Scriptures” of God. He is the Word of God. God created everything by His Word and not by “notes” (Read the beginning of the book of Genesis and the beginning of the Gospel of John).

No! I've spent years studying this issue, and, with respect, you've no idea what you're talking about. Nor do you have any understanding of the consequences of the "veneration" of Mary, as "Queen of Heaven," "Co-Redemptrix,"(that means Co-SAVIOR of the World), "Mother of God," "Celestial Queen," "The Second Eve," etc.
I can see very clearly the grave consequences of this in my most devout Catholic friends: They emphasize and blindly idealize the feminine, the Mother Church, the so-called Mother of God -- at catastrophic cost to Father, Son and Holy Spirit. They unknowingly choose permanent infancy and never grow up spiritually.

Of course it is. It just proves the corrupt religion it is as Mary is nothing more than the assimilation of the Roman goddess Isis into Christianity, which is where she gets her "deity", from Roman mythology. It isn't called _ROMAN_ Catholicism for nothing.

Peace be with you in the name of Jesus the Begotten Son of God.
this is what revelation 13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, WHOSE "NAMES" are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
Rev 13:9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.
Who worship that dragon? they are the people don't listed in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. Not only Mary. By the way mary can't worship that dragon because that revelation is our time not in time of Mary or the apostles.
You believe in Mary because you already deceived by the Trinity God.
Mary is not the mother of God. that statement is related to this: Rev 13:5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
Rev 13:6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
God is the Creator of everything and that is the Father and God of Jesus the begotten Son of God.
Jesus is the beginning of the creation of God and Jesus also the Last creation of God. Because through Jesus all creation are made by God and Mary part of creation of the Son of God.
That is why Jesus is the only begotten Son of God.
Now Catholic said Mary is the mother of God? it is BLASPHEMY against God who created everything and BLASPHEMY to the begotten Son of God who is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last through him all are created.
you proclaim Mary is before God Mary is there? YOU ARE BLASPHEMER against THE ONLY TRUE GOD.
Trinity God is rejecting the teaching of Jesus about his Father is the only true God.
Rejecting the teaching of Jesus is sign of anti-Christ spirit.
You are part of the dragon plan.

    GRECO-CHRISTIANITY OR JUDEO-CHRISTIANITY?
Given the fact that Jesus is not one of the many sons of Zeus, the god of the Greeks, and that the God of Abraham had never promised a Son to Israel but the Messiah (HaMashiak) which the Greek forgers and fiddlers translated as “Christos” as it is written:
"I will raise among them the Messiah(Christos)HaMashiak, a Prophet(Messenger) like you Moses, Him they must listen..."
    Deut.18:15-19; Acts 3:17-24; Acts 7:1-30; Luke 24:25-27 and 44-47; Acts 17:1-3; John 4:24-25, Surah 3:81, etc.
So Messiah(Christ) is a Prophet in the likeness of Moses as Matthew proved it. Like Moses He stayed in Egypt. Like Moses He is Mediator of a New Covenant.
Considering that the Gospel that Paul proclaimed to the world mentions JESUS CHRIST SON OF GOD and not just JESUS.
Therefore, we can deduce that Trinity is a misunderstanding of the Pauline doxology of “Father, Son, and Holy Spirit”!
Because between Jesus Christ (HaMashiak) Son of God and Jesus Son of God... there is a great philosophical and legal difference if we take as a legal framework the TEN COMMANDMENTS and the social environment where Jesus was born!

Rather than doing the strawman voice thing to present Protestant arguments, present them respectfully, and then actually address them. You bring up Romans 3:23, then get sidetracked onto original sin, and never circle back around
For a video from someone who used to be an Evangelical, I hoped to see their objections presented more respectfully, along with what convinced you to change your mind. Instead, it's "present Protestant argument in a condescending way, followed by some Catholic dogma that may or may not even address it."
It feels less like you are trying to persuade Protestants of anything as to score points with viewers who are already Catholic.
