I like the way your videos often take a ‘tested myself’ approach. It adds credibility that other, including the so-called celebrity product evaluators, are missing. And I appreciate your frequent charts, graphs, personal experiences and anecdotes - they make it a lot easier to understand the subject matter. Keep up the good researching and content!! PS, And your sensitive diplomacy also makes a positive difference, like when you said, “No offense to any Joe Smoes out there, you guys are killin’ it!” (2:55) 👏😂

I'm wondering why you are linking to a completely different product after testing the oriveda one ? That other product completely lacks the main active cordyceps ingredients: cordycepin and adenosine; so you won't get similar effects.

The approach is insufficent, because it fails to take medium- to longterm effects of cordyceps into account, wihich would only become evident from comparing several weeks of cordyceps supplementation with serveral weeks of cordyceps abstinence. And yes, studies have indicated that the effects increase with supplementation time and with dosage up to at least 4 g of the powder of the dried mushroom.

    hi there shin
loved your videos. So i have hogh heart rate. More than 80 bpm. I cannot do exercises because my heart rate goes up with simple movements. When my heart rate goes up i feel anxiety and feel like i will have a panic attack anyways. I generallt do breathong execises and take vit min d suppliments and other vitamin actually messes me up only vit d suits me.
I was wondering that if i take cordyceps will it help me to reduce my heart rate while working out and if it does which brand would be good.
    Thank you.

Thanks Tanvir! Glad to hear that you've found what works for you. Your question on Cordyceps is best directed at a medical professional. All I know is that Cordyceps is a vasodilator, so it will help increase blood flow - whether that's desired or undesired for your heart in particular... I don't know.

But they don't know which is the original culture study, they're multiple different mycelium chasing the fruit body up the worm, not just cordyceps but multiple different fighting to fruit, when cultures was taken they got a different culture of what they thought was cordyceps until they figured out not just any culture will work, taking the right culture means taking multiple cultures and testing until you get the right one, only then can you reproduce a good product, rn what you have on the market is culture of a cultured of a cultured of a cultured of a cultured of wrong mycelium, it's a nightmare, the proper thing to do is start from scratch and work from there and only use the thousands of case studies as cheat sheet to develop a proper product, when you find a company who does this then that would be the perfect product to trust, as of rn best product is the black market from etsy buying it 44$ per 10g
