Trying a Pokemon Leaf Green Nuzlocke with WATER TYPES ONLY

Today I attempt my first monotype pokemon challenge, using water types only in Pokemon Leaf Green. It's a wild ride, so stick around, you're sure to be on the edge of your seat!
Hardcore Nuzlocke Rules:
-Only the first water type pokemon encountered on any given route may be used.
-Any pokemon that faints can no longer be used in battle
-No items may used from the bag during battle except pokeballs (Held items are ok)
-No overleveling beyond the next gym leaders highest level pokemon
-Play on “set” mode

11:18 gonna be honest, i think the play was to instead go with wartortle and dig. that would probably skip one of 2 attacks, and with wartortle strength, it might've koed vileplume.

Why are you going for a bite- special move so much when you have takle- phisical move on gyarados in this game?

Bite is nearly double the base power of tackle, and also has the added bonus of potentially flinching.

@@JupiterSkyline yes it is but gyarados have special attack 60 and phisical 125 so double base power of bite is not better at all since bite is special move in gen 3 games
