*How long does weight loss take to show up?
The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc.. It takes at least two weeks and significant weight loss and muscle gains will take approximately eight weeks to see. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1 to two pounds per week.
▶Calories: 100~300 calories in 10 min workouts (Depends on your weight, height, gender, and muscle mass, the activity level, body fat percentage, etc.….
▣My Height: 164. 8 // Weight: 43kg ~ 44kg // Body Type: between Mesomorph and Hourglass
▶For teenagers- It's important for teens to lose weight the healthy way by making diet and lifestyle changes that nourish growing bodies and can be followed long term.
1)firstly think of a healthy eating plan, not diet; Fruits and vegetables every day. .. ( healthy eating doesn't mean going hungry)
2)Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week-that's a start, including, aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing(not too much)
3) Get enough sleep
4)Protein to build muscles and organs
5)Love yourself

day 1 : ✅️ tiring

I did her 7 day challenge (the first one) and it was so fun! it also gave me amazing results!
day 1: did it! and a 35 min walk (i do my walks with resistance band). and YESSS it was hard
day 2: did it, and 1h walk
day 3: done, and 35 min walk
day 4: it's not as hard as before (i didn't skip this day because i wasn't going to be able to do it the next day) but i did do my 30 min walk
day 5: "rest day", it's only rest day cause i didn't do her workouts but I had 2hrs of dance (reggaeton & house) and 30 min walk
day 6: I only did her workout routine this day
day 7: this day i repeated day 1 and 30 min walk.
During the week i ate 3 meals a day but much healthier than my old meals (i started eating 1 healthy meal per day 5 days before november started so i could get used to it quicker later on). from day 1 till 4 i was on my period so don't make excuses unless you really really can't on those days. Also it's not like i just started hard with the workouts without doing any exercise before, i played tennis (took a break from it that's why i don't metion it) and before i decided to only do 2hrs a week (only saturdays) of dancing clases i did about 5hrs a week, but the walks were added the same day i started this challenge (i don't really like running so walking atleast 30 min everyday with a resistance band made me enjoy that time to space out for a moment and not worry about anything)
weight before: 76,1kg
weight after: 74kg
waist before: 83cm
waist after: 81,6cm
tummy before: 95,5cm
tummy after: 89,4cm
(my legs and arms didn't really change (measurements) but i do feel stronger)
I loved the workouts i feel great and the changes are visible! Remeber bodies are diferent you might not get results this fast but if you are consistant with a workout you like you will star seeing changes in your body. Also i tried to say everything i did while doing this challenge so you know i didn't do just this. Start with positive mindset but don't wait for motivation because when you get it i might not last long, eat well and don't stop yourself from eating things you like, for example i noticed that when i ate high-sodium meals/food at night i would get bloted the next day sooo i had fruits, healthier pancakes, bread, and oatmeal for breakfast then anything for lunch I ate a healthy meals except for three days and for dinner i had salads with 2 eggs, fruit, one day i had sushi, and guac with slightly healthier chips. I knew snacks were harder for me so thats why i tried to be healthy with my meals. It's important that if you have a cheat day or cheat meal yo control your portions (the portion you eat is usally more important than what you eat).
I'll keep going until i get to a healthier weight for my age and working hard to keep a healthier lifestyle.

I DID THE GET TALLER AND SLIMMER TEEN PROGRAM (this workout is apart of it) AND I WENT FROM 106 POUNDS (48.4KG) TO 104 POUNDS (47.6KG) IN A DAYYY OMGG YOUR SO UNDERRATED IM UPDATING
Starting weight; 48.4kg
Day 1: went from 48.4kg to 47.6kg and my stomach is flatter
Day 2: I haven’t did it yet but I’m about to do it now, I weighed myself in the morning and now I’m 47.1kg (I’m usually 47.2kg or higher)

Day 1:✅ a bit hard, but easy at the same time. Did them at diffrend times during the day.
I did this workout with a few more ab and waist and cardio workouts and my waist went from 27 to 25 inches i am aiming for 24inch but overall the workouts are fun and she gives me loads of motivation to reach my goal thank you so much shirlyn ur workouts are the best ones i have found , i also found many differences in my body as i started doing ur workouts and workout weekly summer challenges and now my body is much healthier than it was in lockdown and before

Hi, Shirley, is it necessary to have lower back on the floor? Idk maybe my butt is to musculine but if my lower back is on the floor, my legs can be only 80-90° from vertical, not like you do in the video
