I don't think magazines would photoshop that hard the license plate to make it look like it doesn't have one. They would just do a simple black box over it, or fill it white... Kinda mysterious lol.

ball boy jones if all you care about is gas price then you would be first to get a Tesla. The energy cost is lower. The maintenance cost is close to none - no oil changes, no timing belt/chain changes, very very low brake wearing, many magnitudes less of moving parts that eventually would wear out. Yes the price is high at the moment for an EV with extra-urban capable range. But even that is starting to change as every major automaker is planning to release an EV car for the masses in comming 5 years. I respect that you like ICE vehicles, but please be reasonable. Shouting simply "better" or "sh*t" isn't great way to start a healthy conversation :(
