Hello! 😊I have tried to make the taiyaki. Can I check if the taiyaki’s skin is supposed to be crispy ? Mine was soft but not crispy !

No it's not suppose to be crispy. If you want it crispy you can bake it in an air fryer for awhile until it becomes crispy.

Ini adonan soufle pancake bukan taiyaki ..kalau pakai adonan seperti ini hasil nya tidak akan seperti Taiyaki yg aslinya
