      @@doctor4596 Absolutely sir, but make sure to have a gap of atleast 60 mins.
      Dryfruits/Nuts are nutrients dense it takes time to digest and sprouts are also rich in protien, it also takes time to digest,
      So it's advisable to have a gap of 60 mins between the two.

    Sir please answer can I eat 4 badam soaked, 3 nuts soaked, 2 khajoor soaked, 4 kaju, 10 raisins soaked and also drink raisins water in morning it is good to eat thin dry fruits combination together in morning and raisins water

      It's absolutely fine to drink raisin water empty stomach in the morning,
      The combination is also fine,just reduce the amount of Rasin,
      you can eat 4-5 pieces of Raisin(as you are drinking raisin water also),
      And wash the raisin with clean water before soaking as you are going to drink it's water.

    Most of the dry fruit's have preservative like Sulphur & other chemicals to keep it fresh & increase shelf life

      Sir, dry fruits is a comprehensive word,
      There are 2 things to dry fruits
      1. Dried fruits
      2. Nuts
      Dry fruits like Raisins,fig,apricot are made by drying fruits and sulfites or sulfur dioxide is added to it to preserve them,
      So we should always soak dry fruits for 6-7 hours or else we should wash them with clean water before eating, to save ourselves from any sideeffects.
      Nuts are natural, almond skin has tannins in it because of which it takes time to digest and we don't get its nutrients, so we should eat soaked almonds,
      Other then almonds it's our personal preference that how we want to eat Nuts.

      It is not advisable to have Dryfruits/Nuts either with Milk or Curd, have a gap of 30 mins.
      Dryfruits/Nuts are high in Calories and it takes time to digest,
      It aids digestion if you keep a gap of 30 mins.

      It's good that you observed that walnuts create problem for you,
      What can you do is,
      Take walnuts wash them with clean water, soak them in drinking water, keep it overnight,
      In the morning after brushing your teeth,strain it and drink the water.
      This soaked walnut water has all the properties of walnuts and medicinal properties adds up to it.
      It will taste like Medicine but has enormous health benefits.
      Try this and observe and do reply me if it suits you,

    Sir I planned to go new food routine plz correct them if it seems wrong👇🏻
    -> 6 a.m _Fenugreek ,hibiscus tea
    -> workout
    -> 8 a.m_ soaked dry fruits juice (2cashew,2fig,2dates,5almonds,2pista,1s sunflower seed, 1s pumpkin seed, 1s groundnut)
    -> 11a.m _abc juice
    -> lunch _ add keerai/egg
    -> eve_ sprouted black channa /greengram
    -> ni8_ milk
    Will this helpful for my weight loss nd skin glow????

      Ma'am I would suggest these changes
      1. Shift sprouted soaked chana and green gram in the morning as breakfast, (it is full of protein and it takes time to digest)
      (Best time for breakfast 9:00 am to 9:30 am)
      2. 1 glass Milk = 1 full meal and it's heavy to digest
      (Skip milk at night), shift it in the evening around 5:30 to 6:00 pm
      3. Shift ABC juice between
      Breakfast and lunch, you can drink it around 12 noon
      (Best time for lunch is between
      (12:30 pm - 1:30 pm)
      4. Include fruits in your diet,
      You can eat fruits around 3:30 pm ( one fruit at a time, don't mix different nature fruits)
      5. Always eat as light as possible after sunset

      we have to rinse all the nuts before eating,
      So doesn't matter we soak together or separately.

      First of all sorry,sub titles are not added in the video,will definitely add subtitles in upcoming videos,
      we can eat walnuts either way,soaked(but don't peel the skin,it's skin contains vital nutrients) or Raw.
      The main difference is soaked Walnuts are easy to digest as compared to Raw walnuts.
      In my opinion eat Soaked Walnuts it contains all the nutrients and are easy to digest.
      Always eat dryfruits and nuts early morning after workout.

    Your information is very detailed and best but I have one question
    I have low haemoglobin level around 8 percent so I drink milkshake of mix soaked dry fruits resins also in morning empty stomach and eat dates in evening with soaked desi black chana
    I’m already overweight it’s means I don’t want to gain my weight, finally my question is that Am I going in a right way? Or I should skip anything from this?

      As you said that you are overweight, this extra weight is also responsible for your haemoglobin deficiency but nothing to worry , Ma'am change 3 things in your daily routine
      1. Don't have dryfruits and nuts milkshake
      Reason- Milk itself is heavy to Digest and when mixed with Dryfruits and nuts it becomes heavier ( because dryfruits and nuts are also high in calories)
      Eat soaked Dryfruits and nuts separately in the Morning.
      2. Soaked chana is full of Protein it takes time to digest, so shift that in the morning(you can eat dates and chana separately)
      3. Drink Milk in the evening and you can have dates 30 - 45 mins before drinking Milk.
      There are many other sources to improve haemoglobin percentage like green leafy vegetables, beet route,carrot,fruits.
      You will be fine, just stay positive.

    How to add chia seed/ pumpkin seed/ flax seed with nuts? I am worried about excessive amount leading to weight gain

      Ma'am what you can do is, make Dryfruits/Nuts and seeds laddu,
      Roast all the seeds you want to add in the mix separately,
      take dates make a paste (add little bit of ghee in it) mix all the Dryfruits/Nuts/seeds and make laddu.
      Dryfruits/Nuts/seeds laddu is very healthy you can consume at the most 2 laddu"s a day,
      (though, 1 laddu is enough to get all the benefits)
      and the best time to consume is after workout,
      This will energize your body after workout and you will also get the amazing benefits of Dryfruits/Nuts/seeds,
      And make sure to keep a gap of ATLEAST 1 hour between laddu and breakfast.
      And this will also keep your weight in check.

      You can increase the quantity,you can double it,

      You can eat this combination before sunset in the evening also,

      Aap observe kariye,daily 1-2 pieces alag alag dryfruits/nuts khaiye, aur observe kariye, jaise Monday sirf almonds khaiye,tuesday sirf walnuts khaiye,
      Wednesday sirf raisin khaiye etc.,
      Isse aapko pata chal jayega konse dryfruit/nut se aapko allergy hai,jisse allergy ho usko skip karke baki aap small quantities mein kha sakte hai.
      (Almonds soaked hi khane hai,walnuts soaked khaiye,raisin wash karke khaiye,dates wash karke khaiye,anjeer bhi soaked hi khane chahiye)
      Aapki gastric problem ke liye bohot easy upchaar hai,Roj subah 2 glass lukewarm water pijiye(subah uthte hi brush karne se pehle),lukewarm water se body ke toxins aur wayu(gas) nikal jati hai,do this daily you will feel the difference.
      Aapka metabolism weak hai, Morning Exercise aapke liye bohot important hai,
      (Walking,jogging,cycling,swimming,yoga)
      Kuch bhi kar sakte hai,atleast for 30 mins.

    Sir I like your content, I think i found your video on a right time. I bought a mix dryfruits jar (Almonds, Cashew, Green & Black Raisin,walnut, Apricot, cherry, kiwi, pineapple). Whole family wanted to intake it while I wanna gain weight where as my parents have diabetes and they concerned it may cause digestion problems. Can you pleaseee suggest a right way of intake? 🙇🏻‍♀️

      For you if you want to gain weight,
      Eat 30-40 grams of this before workout in the morning and each 15-20 grams of this mix in the evening 2 hours after lunch.
      And for your parents avoid
      Raisin , cherry, kiwi and pineapple

    Thank you for the video. Will soaking walnuts for 6-8hrs reduce their nutrition content? You said it's okay to eat them raw or soaked but you preferred raw more, is it because soaking would reduce their nutrition to some extent? Once again thank you for this informative video

      I am glad that you liked the video😀,
      Soaking walnuts doesn't affect the nutritional value,
      it's so nutrient dense ,
      Its' important to eat them, infact soaked walnuts are easier to digest,
      it's your personal preference to consume it either way,
      Raw walnuts tastes a bit better, that's why I mentioned in the video that I prefer eating raw walnuts.
      I always suggest to eat Dryfruits/Nuts after workout, when the metabolism is at it's peak,
      which enables easy digestion of this nutrient dense snack and the body absorbs all the nutrients easily.
      So you can eat walnuts either way.

      Ma'am we can eat dates either way, Raw or Soaked, if we eat Raw then we should wash them before eating.
      If you want to drink soaked water then soak Dates and almonds separately, wash them before soaking,
      We can drink dates water Empty stomach in the Morning (it's beneficial for bowel movement),
      but no need to drink almond water.

      Don't mix dryfruits/nuts with milk or almond milk, dryfruits/nuts are nutreint and calorie dense, hence it takes time to digest, and milk is also high in calories and takes time to digest, . You can have all these separately.

      Aur 1 din mein aap koi bhi 1 Dryfruits/Nut soaked water pee sakte hai,
      Aap Raisins, walnuts, fig ka water pee sakte hai,
      Fig aur Raisins ko ache se wash karke soak kariyega,
      Don't mix different Dryfruits/nuts soaked water.

      1. Juices are high in CALORIES,
      Drink them occasionally
      2. Drink fruit juices before sunset
      3. Fruit juices are not COMPATIBLE with other FOODS, so don't add dryfruits/nuts.

      Dryfruits/Nuts khane ka 1 hi tareeka hai,
      Almond,
      fig(Anjeer)(Anjeer ko soak karne se pehle ache se wash karna jaruri hai),
      walnut aapko soak karke khana hai,
      Baki sab Dryfruits/Nuts aap raw kha sakte hai.
      Weight gain karne ke liye aap morning mein 30 grams tak Dryfruits/Nuts mix consume kar sakte hai,
      Evening mein before sunset bhi aap 30 grams tak Dryfruits/Nuts mix kha sakte hai.

      Wash the Rasin properly before soaking,
      Strain it in the morning and drink the Raisin water just after brushing your teeth,
      After 15 - 30 mins eat the Dryfruits/Nut, you can eat these Raisins with seeds no problem.

      Fine that you are consuming dryfruits and nuts at right time and in right quantity,
      But don't do this big mistake of drinking milk tea with omelett,
      Milk tea only has SIDE-EFFECTS on our digestion,stop consuming milk tea with immediate effect,
      You will feel the difference, your digestion will improve and you will never feel bloated.

      - lunch se 90 mins(lunch ke pehle ya baad mein) ka gap rakhiye
      - almonds soaked he khane hai, outer layer peel kar ke
      - Dryfruits/Nuts sunset ke baad bilkul nahi khane.

      Sir don't eat Dryfruits/Nuts with Oatmilk,
      Drink Milk after 1 hour of eating Dryfruits/Nuts
      You will not face any problem.

      The nutrients present in different types of dates, do not differ much,lal khajoor bilkul sasta milta hai but the nutrients present in them are approx the same as kimia dates(it's just that the quality of kimia dates is superior)
      But the carbohydrates and macronutrients are double in dried dates.
