      Don't mix fruits with Dryfruits/nuts, you can definitely eat Dryfruits/nuts after workout, Keep a gap of atleast 30 mins between Dryfruits/Nuts and your breakfast.

      Ma'am aap milk ke saath Dryfruits and nuts mat dijiye, - 4 soaked almonds - 2 Kernels Soaked walnuts - 4 soaked black kishmish - 2 pista - 1 khajoor ache se wash karke dena hai Aap milk evening meim de dijiye, around sunset, saunf and elaichi wala milk dijiye, bournvita ya koi pre mix add mat kariye.

      Ma'am the best time to eat Dryfruits/Nuts is morning, (30-45 mins) Before or (5-10 mins) after workout, You can separate chia seeds from Dryfruits/Nuts, you can add soaked chia seeds in coconut water or butter milk, you can drink coconut water 1 hour after breakfast and butter milk 45- 60 mins after lunch.

      Sir Badam aur kishmish ko alag alag bhigana hai, kaju ko nahi bhigana hai. Chana aur moong ko saath mein bhigana hai, Aapko bhigoe hue badam, chana aur moong ka pani nahi Pina, aap sirf kishmish ka pani pee sakte hai, Pani peene ke baad chaba kar khaiye, workout ke baad.

      Sir, aapka activity level, metabolism kaisa hai, us par bhi depend karta hai, 30 grams of mix Dryfruits/Nuts general public ke liye enough hai, jinka activity level moderate hai, Agar Dryfruits/Nut hum jyada khate hai toh fat percentage badhta hai, fatty liver ho sakta hai aur triglycerides ke levels bhi badh sakte hai, Isiliye calorie dense hone ki wajah se Dryfruits/Nuts hisab se hi consume karna chahiye.       Sir, each and every individual is different, the activity levels are different, and each and every Dryfruit/Nut has different nutrients, For a normal person whose TDEE is normal, we advice to eat 30 grams of mix Dryfruits/nuts as shown in the video, and that's good enough. If you are building muscles/do high intensity training then you can definitely eat 1 ounce of almonds with 1 ounce of other mix Dryfruits/nuts as well. Thankyou.

      Ye sab healthy fats hai aap max 50-60 grams 1 din mein kha sakte hai, aur Isse jyada khane se triglycerides badh sakte hai, weight badhane ke liye aapko carbs intake badhane ki jarurat hai, carbs jaise vegetables, cereals ka intake badhaiye.

      I never recommend Dryfruits/Nuts with fruits, please avoid as banana has 65% - 70%, have atleast 30 mins gap between Dryfruits/Nuts and banana. Dryfruits/Nuts ko chew karke khana is the best option and never eat raw almonds. Almonds should be soaked before eating. Chia seeds should be soaked in water for atleast 30 mins, Never eat chia seeds raw or roasted. I hope this helps.

      Agar aapko water peena hai toh alag alag soak karne honge, Aur 1 din mein aap koi bhi 1 Dryfruits/Nut soaked water pee sakte hai, Aap Raisins, walnuts, fig ka water pee sakte hai, Fig aur Raisins ko ache se wash karke soak kariyega, Don't mix different Dryfruits/nuts soaked water.

      1 din mein we can eat 4-5 pieces of Pista, the combination shown in the video is perfect, Sab Dryfruits/nuts milakar 1 din mein total 30 grams Kha sakte hai.

      You can drink soaked water of Raisin, wash the raisin properly before soaking keep it overnight, strain in the morning and drink after brushing the teeth, You cannot drink almonds soaked water and black chickpeas water.

      Milk heavy hota hai digest karne mein. Karna chahte hai toh mix kar sakte hai, lekin bohot heavy ho jata hai, We always recommend ke aap milk mein Dryfruits/Nut Mix na kare, atleast 30 mins ka gap rakhiye dono ke beech mein, pehle Dryfruits/Nut kha lijiye fir 30 mins ke baad milk le lijiye.

      Thankyou so much Sir, Wash the Rasin properly before soaking, Strain it in the morning and drink the Raisin water just after brushing your teeth, After 15 - 30 mins eat the Dryfruits/Nut, you can eat these Raisins with seeds no problem.     5 soaked almonds 5 cashews 10 soaked black raisins 1 walnut 2 soaked dates this adds up 150 calories. I eat them in early morning as a pre home workout meal. Is this a good Idea or should I change some quantity?

      Absolutely fine, make sure you eat dryfruits and nuts atleast 30 mins before workout and you can also add 1 banana if you want to get more energy, make sure to have a gap of 15 minutes between banana and Dryfruits and nuts.

    Can we consume roasted dry fruits and seeds during pregnancy???

      Instead of roasted, it's better to consume soaked seeds and Dryfruits/Nuts, Soaking makes easier to digest and it's more beneficial than consuming roasted Dryfruits or seeds.

      Agar aap wo pani peena chahte hai toh, Walnuts, black Raisins, anjeer ka pani pee sakte hai, Iske liye aapko Dryfruits/nuts alag alag bhigoney honge, Agar digestive issues ho toh Raisim water pee sakte hai, Constipation ya piles se related problem ho yoh anjeer ka pani pee sakte hai Thyroid se related problem ho toh walnuts ka pani pee sakte hai. Aur Agar koi problem na ho toh bhi achi health ke liye, alternate day aap Walnuts, Raisin ya Anjeer ka pani pee sakte hai.

      Breakfast ke saath nahi khana chahiye, Soaked Seeds khane ka best time hai, Khali pet after brushing your teeth in the morning, Roasted seeds aap evening snack ki tarah kha sakte hai, lunch aur evening ke beech mein around 4-5 pm.

      No, after sunset Dryfruits and fruits nahi khane chahiye. Aap chahe toh sirf 2 dates le sakte hai milk ke saath.

      Jai shri Krishna, Nahi bilkul nahi. After sunset, sone se 60-90 mins pehle 2 khajoor kha sakte hai, Baki aur koi Dryfruits/nuts nahi kha sakte.

      Agar aapne mix Dryfruits and nuts soak kiye hai toh, nahi pee sakte, Almonds ka pani toh pee hi nahi sakte, Agar walnuts aur raisin ka peena hai toh alag se soak kariye, ache se wash karke.

    Sir, is it okay to have 2 tbsp mixed seed powder daily containing roasted- flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, magraj, sesame seeds and melon seeds. Can we add roasted chia seeds with the mix? Or do we need to eat 1 tbsp soaked chia seeds separately with liquid foods?

      We can add chia seeds with other seeds. Seeds are warm in nature and summers are coming, eating 2 tbsp of roasted seeds can have some consequences, instead eat soaked seeds, soak 2 tbsp of seeds in the water soak it overnight, strain and drink after brushing your teeth, Soaked seeds are even more beneficial for our health.       5-6 ghante tak seeds ko soak karna hai, Aur pani nikal kar khana hai, soaked seeds ka pani nahi peena hai
